Abstract

Students abilities differ when given questions that require representing aspects to appear. This is because the ability of mathematical representation is influenced by the characteristics of the student way of thinking. The purpose of this study was to analyze the mathematical representation abilities of students in graph theory in terms of the characteristics of the way of thinking. This type of research uses qualitative research in the form of case studies. The research subjects were class B students in the sixth semester of IKIP PGRI Pontianak with one student taken for ways of thinking in Concrete Sequences (SK), Abstract Sequences (SA), Concrete Random (AK), and Abstract Random (AA) with selected using purposive sampling technique. The main instruments in this research is the researcher and the necessary supporting instruments include test questions on mathematical representation abilities, questionnaires on the characteristics of ways of thinking, and interview guidelines. To test the validity of the data used triangulation techniques. Data analysis was performed by data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the study showed that students with the SK and Sa way of thinking had fulfilled all the indicators of mathematical representation abilities, namely verbal, visual, and symbolic representations because their way of thinking was detailed and mastered the concept, while students with the AA and AK thinking only met the indicators of verbal representation due to the unstructured way of thinking and not mastering the concept.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman karakter islam melalui penerapan model halaqah pada mahasiswa muslim pendidikan matematika. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan bentuk penelitian tindakan dan dirancang menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Hasil penelitian Aktivitas Dosen dan Murobbi dalam mengelola pembelajaran dengan penerapan model Halaqah pada mata kuliah Pendidikan Agama Islam di salah satu kelas program studi pendidikan matematika IKIP PGRI Pontianak mengalami peningkatan secara signifikan terutama pada kegiatan memotivasi mahasiswa dalam mengaitkan pengalaman sehari-hari dan kemampuan mendorong siswa untuk mengajukan pertanyaan mengenai materi yang belum dipahami. Aktivitas mahasiswa dengan penerapan model halaqah sebagian besar mengalami peningkatan, terutama pada kegiatan mengajukan pertanyaan mengenai materi yang dipelajari, memberikan alasan terhadap jawaban yang diberikannya dan partisipasi dalam menanggapi jawaban mahasiswa lain. persentase aktivitas guru dan mahasiswa sebagai berikut: persentase keterlaksanaan aktivitas guru yang diamati pada siklus kedua adalah sebesar 91% yang termasuk kategori sangat tinggi dan persentase keterlaksanaan aktivitas mahasiswa yang diamati pada siklus kedua adalah sebesar 89% yang termasuk kategori sangat tinggi.

Abstract

This research aims to develop MATCA learning media for mathematical understanding abilities in algebra material that reaches levels of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. This research is included in development research with the ADDIE model. The instruments used in this research were expert validation sheets, questionnaires, and test questions. The subjects in this research were 24 students in class VII of SMP Negeri 19 Pontianak. Based on the results of the first research, the validation of MATCA learning media with an average score from the three experts was 81.78% in the very valid criteria with the very valid category. The second is practicality, judging from the questionnaire scores filled out by teachers and students, the percentage obtained was 85.41% with very practical criteria. Meanwhile, effectiveness can be seen from the results of the posttest results of students with a total of 18 students completing the test out of 24 students with a percentage of 75% and the average student score which is calculated using the average score formula and as a percentage of the overall student score so that A score of 77.96 was obtained based on the school's KKM score of 74, so the average student test results had complete criteria and were classified as effective. So that the MATCA learning media is suitable for use in mathematics learning in algebra material

Abstract

The aim to be achieved through this tennis tool socialization activity is to provide insight for teachers in preparing learning media, especially for tennis subjects, and also for students with the tools to motivate students to do more, and no less important, the learning process does not cause boredom. for students to perform punching movements. The targets of this activity are teachers and students at SMP N 1 Segedong. This dedication will be carried out in September 2023. The tennis aids have been made and are ready to be used on the court. The final result is that it is hoped that with the socialization of the tennis stone tool, it can improve the results of good tennis shots, both forhend and backhand, in students. Meanwhile, for teachers, it is hoped that it can become an innovative alternative learning media so that it can motivate students to learn.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan “Randomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest Design”.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui  perbedaan pengaruh latihan plyometric depth jumps dan single leg terhadap kemampuan vertical jump pada  pemain sepak bola IKIP PGRI Pontianak. Setiap kelompok melakukan tes vertical jump sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan dengan standing broad jump. Dari uji-t diperoleh ttabel (0,05;1;14) = 1,761, pada kelompok eksperimen I diperoleh hasil vertical jump thitung = 17.780. Jadi, ada pengaruh latihan plyometric depth jumps terhadap hasil vertical jump pada pemain sepakbola IKIP PGRI Pontianak. Pada kelompok eksperimen II  diperoleh hasil vertical jump thitung = 17.960. Jadi, ada pengaruh latihan plyometric single leg terhadap hasil vertical jump pada pemain sepakbola IKIP PGRI Pontianak. Untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh antara kedua kelompok maka, dilakukan uji beda kedua kelompok. Nilai t hitung (2,036) > t tabel (0.05;42) 1,684 atau nilai Sig 2 tailed (0.000) <  α (0.05) maka Ho ditolak. Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh Pelatihan plyometric depth jumps dan single leg terhadap kemampuan vertical jump pada  pemain sepak bola IKIP PGRI Pontianak.
