Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the relationship between emotion regulation and prosocial behavior of psychiatric hospital nurses. The subjects in this study are nurses in the Grhasia mental hospital, Yogyakarta by the number of subject’s as many as 115 people, including 45 men and 70 women. Selection of subjects is using study population. study population was all subjects are used as research subjects. Product moment correlation of test results between emotion regulation and prosocial is resulted correlation coefficient of 0.001 with p <0.01. This case shows that there is a positive correlation between emotion regulation and prosocial behavior. Effective donations given by emotion regulation toward prosocial behavior is 14.8% and 85.2% caused by other factors.Keyword: prosocial behavior, emotion regulation.

Abstract

Seks pranikah yang terjadi dikalangan remaja saat ini yang semakin hari semakin memprihatinkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penanganan seks pranikah persfektif behavior dan konseling islam yang dilakukan di Desa Tepas Kecamatan Brang Rea Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Artinya data yang dikumpulkan bukan dari berupa angka-angka melainkan data tersebut berasal dari naskah wawancara, catatan lapangan, dokumen pribadi, catatan memo dan dokumen resmi lainnya. Teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik behavior dan konseling islami. Teknik behavior berupa model assesment fungsional, eksposure terapi, asestion traning, dan self management. Sedangkan teknik konseling islami yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan sepritual dan menjalin kasih sayang. Hasilnya dari beberapa teknik diatas, teknik yang sangat berpengaruh dan bisa membuat para konseli atau korban merasa nyaman dan terelepas dari segala beban ialah teknik konseling islam yang pendekatan secara spritual karena para korban merasa lebih dekat dengan Sang Peciptanya.

Abstract

This article discusses the pattern of sexual violence that occurs at Islamic Religious Universities, Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB). The benefit of this research is providing information about patterns of sexual violence that occur at Islamic Religious Universities, NTB so that it can be used as material for research. Policy for campuses under other religious ministries or the Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education. The aim is to find patterns of sexual violence that occur at Islamic Religious Universities, NTB. The research methodology is qualitative with a case study approach because the research object is in the form of symptoms which are easier to explain thoroughly by describing words. Case studies are used to investigate and understand an incident or problem in the form of sexual violence that occurred at Islamic Religious Universities, NTB, then processed to obtain a solution in the form of preventing and handling cases of sexual violence. This research found perpetrators of sexual violence at Islamic Religious Universities, NTB is dominated by men. The forms of sexual violence experienced include verbal, physical sexual violence and through information and communication technology. Of the three forms of sexual violence, verbal sexual violence is the most common form of violence compared to other forms of sexual violence.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of emotional regulation training on increasing subjective well-being in Special School Teachers (SLB). The subjects in this research were 20 SLB teachers. The hypothesis proposed in this research is that there is a difference in the subjective well-being of special school teachers who take emotional regulation training and special school teachers who do not take emotional regulation training. The research design used was a control group design. Quantitative analysis uses an independent sample t-test to determine whether or not there is an effect of emotion regulation training on increasing subjective well-being in the experimental group that was given emotion regulation training and the control group that was not given emotion regulation training. The results of the research, in the form of all aspects of subjective well-being, show that there are very significant differences, SLB teachers in the control group and the experimental group who were given treatment with the final subjective well-being test score in the form of life satisfaction with a value of p=0.003 (P<0.01), affect positive with a value of p=0.003 (P<0.01) and negative affect with a value of P=0.003 (P<0.01).
