Abstract

Industrial manufacturing company is a company whose main result in the production proccess are in the form of product. To expedite the company’s production activities supported by adequate machinery, so even with PT. X. But in maintenance activities, the Downtime that occurs exceeds the set downtime limit, which is 7,2% of 5% toleranacce limit. This study aims to find critical componenets of hammer mill machines baseed on one year engine failure history at PT. X using the Failure Mode Effecy and Analysis method. From the result of analysis there are 6 critical components of the hammer mill machine, namely: fixed blade, rotor blade, dynamo, V-Belt and gears.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the impact of top management support, system quality and business process reengineering on the successful implementation of PT Semen Padang's enterprise resources planning (ERP) system. A questionnaire survey collected 100 respondents of the study. Using multiple linear regression, F-test and t-test, hypotheses were tried in order to simultaneously understand (mainly) the influence of the independent variable on the need variable at the confidence level (α=0.05). The results based on the t-test show that top management support and business process reengineering have a significant impact on the success of enterprise resource planning, while system quality has no significant impact on the success of enterprise resource planning.

Abstract

This study will only focus on the external side of the hospital, namely from the point of view of patients who use services at the hospital, especially on services during inpatient visits, which are delivered through the available suggestion box. The collection method in this study used observation, interviews, and questionnaires. In this study, the researcher used the servqual method and the fuzzy Promethee ranking to measure the quality of service. The results of the research on the quality of service at the Prof. Dr. MA Hanafiah Batusangkar Regional Hospital are of the five criteria studied by the researchers, namely, tangible, reliability, responsiveness assurance, and empathy.

Abstract

The objectives of the study: (1) describe the interest in learning mathematics with the open ended and media concrete models, (2) compare the influence of the open ended and media concrete models on interest, (3) compare the influence of learning styles on interests, (4) determine the influence of interactions between teaching methods and learning styles on interests. The study used a pseudo-experimental research design with two experimental groups, namely open ended and media concrete. Research instruments in the form of questionnaires, while the data analysis technique uses multivariate analysis, two-way factorial design with unequal cells, and further tests with Bonferroni procedures. The results of this study are as follows: (1) the open ended and media concrete models are good for increasing students' interest in learning mathematics, (2) media concrete is better than the open Ended learning method in terms of student learning interest, (3) there is an influence of learning styles on student learning interests, with visual learning styles having better learning interests than auditorial learning styles, (4) there is no influence of interaction between learning methods and students' mathematics learning styles on students' interest in learning mathematics.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve the learning outcomes of mathematics through the use of discovery learning models in fourth grade students of SD Negeri 15 Muara Siberut semester 1 of the 2023/2024 academic year. The design of this study is classroom action research (CAR). The research variable is the independent variable discovery learning model and the dependent variable the results of learning mathematics students. Data collection techniques by means of observation and evaluation, instruments of data collection with observation sheets, written tests and multiple choice. Quantitative data analysis (learning outcomes) and qualitative techniques. The results showed an increase in mathematics learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 13 Muara South Siberut Subdistrict, Kepulauan Mentawai Regency, first semester of 2022/2023 academic year after discovery learning model action. Before the action, 7 students (30%) were completed. After being given action in the first cycle, there was an increase in the number of complete students to 14 (61%) in the second cycle there was an increase in the number of completed students to 21 (91%).
