Abstract

Organizational change is a process whereby an organization change from the current state to the desired state to increase its effectiveness. These changes required the support of a leader, management, and all employees. The change will be successful if all of the organization's role in it. Someone who has a transformational leadership style will affect the readiness for change that will impact on the development and formation of commitment to change from employees. This study aimed to analyze the effect of transformational leadership toward commitment to change with readiness for change as a mediating variable. The variables used in this study are: transformational leadership, readiness for change, and commitment to change. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey method and supported by primary data from interviews and questionnaires. This study uses primary data from 70 employees, where the data is retrieved using a questionnaire distributed to permanent employees of PT. Telkom Divisi Regional V Surabaya. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (SmartPLS 3.0). The results showed that transformational leadership does not have a significant effect on the commitment to change, transformational leadership has a significant effect on the readiness for change, and readiness for change has a significant effect on the commitment to change. This means that the readiness for change proved to be a mediating variable and fully mediate between transformational leadership and commitment to change. Abstract

Every company needs competent employees to achieve the company's goals, vision, and mission. Competence in Islam is the feasibility of employees in carrying out their obligations (jobs). To measure the Competence of employees using three dimensions, namely knowledge, skills, and abilities. The Competence of these employees can increase along with the achievement of the company's vision and mission and the goals of the company, one of which is through training. The main purpose of this study was to analyze the Competence of employees with CV. Kampung Kaos Kidung in an Islamic perspective and efforts to improve the Competence of employees CV. Kampung Kaos Kidung. The type of research used in this research is field research with a research approach using a qualitative approach. This research was conducted on the CV Kampung Kaos Kidung with observation, interviews, and documentation data collection techniques. The results showed that the Competence of employees in the Islamic perspective was not good employees of CV. Because of poor Competence, Kampung Kaos Kidung has not carried out its job obligations. CV. Kampung Kaos Kidung has improved employee competence by training using two methods, namely information presentation and the job training method.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of Zakat, Infak, and Alms (ZIS) funds at LAZISMU KL BMT Hasanah Ponorogo related to the management, fundraising, and distribution of ZIS funds to improve the mustahik economy. The research method uses a qualitative research model where data collection techniques are carried out by in-depth interviews and documentation over a period of one month. While the data analysis technique is done by reducing, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the management of ZIS funds at LAZISMU KL BMT Hasanah Ponorogo is not only done in traditional ways (consumptive in nature), but also productive. So from the production that has been done, it is hoped that it will be able to increase the mustahik economy. The fundraising technique used is door to door as well as online. Regarding the distribution of the collected ZIS funds, it is not only given to mustahik around the institution, but also throughout the Ponorogo Regency area so that its benefits will be more widespread.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan dana Zakat, Infak, dan Sedekah (ZIS) di LAZISMU KL BMT Hasanah Ponorogo terkait dengan cara pengelolaan, fundraising, dan pendistribusian dana ZIS untuk meningkatkan perekonomian mustahik. Adapun metode penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian kualitatif dimana teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara secara mendalam dan dokumentasi selama kurun waktu satu bulan. Sedangkan teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan dana ZIS di LAZISMU KL BMT Hasanah Ponorogo tidak hanya dilakukan dengan cara-cara tradisional (bersifat konsumtif), tetapi juga bersifat produktif. Sehingga dari pemproduktifan yang telah dilakukan diharapkan akan mampu meningkatkan perekonomian mustahik. Adapun teknik fundraising yang dilakukan adalah dengan cara door to door juga melalui online. Terkait dengan pendistribusian dana ZIS yang terkumpul tidak hanya diberikan untuk mustahik disekitar lembaga, tetapi menyeluruh dalam wilayah Kabupaten Ponorogo sehingga kebermanfaatannya pun akan lebih meluas.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic brought economic, financial and social shocks to the world community. The emergence of this outbreak in Indonesia has made the capital market experience various challenges, especially earlier this year, which had decreased due to the emergence of the Covid-19 outbreak. No wonder the Covid-19 pandemic is likened to a black swan event for the global economy. The data analysis technique used in this study was a simple regression model. The test results prove that the exchange rate has a significant effect on the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI). The coefficient of determination was 48.4 (48.4%), which indicates that the exchange rate could explain 48.4% toward the variation of share prices during the pandemic for all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from March to August 2020. Meanwhile, the other 51.6% is explained by other factors which are not disclosed in this study.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the governance of ZISWAF in philanthropic institutions placed in hospitals. Hospitals are health facilities that are often not affordable for the underprivileged. Some cases of displaced patients because they do not have funds to get health services in hospitals often occur. Islamic philanthropy in hospitals is vital to address this issue. This research is qualitative, with the location of three hospitals in Ponorogo, namely RSU 'Aisyiyah, RSU Muhammadiyah, and RSU Muslimat. The informant of this study is the manager of Islamic philanthropy. In addition, data is also collected from recipient patients and donors. The results showed that Islamic philanthropy in the three hospitals was carried out by philanthropic institutions affiliated with community organizations. At 'Aisyiyah and Muhammadiyah Hospital, philanthropy is managed by the Lazismu Service Office. Meanwhile, at Muslimat Hospital, philanthropy is managed by JP-ZIS NU Care. Philanthropic governance in the three hospitals can be divided into two models: integrated Islamic philanthropy institution and external Islamic philanthropy institution.

Abstract

This research discusses the application of resource efficiency principles in the context of green economy by culinary Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and their impact on the environment. Green economy is an approach that aims to improve human welfare and social justice while reducing the risk of environmental damage and resource scarcity. In this study, the authors identify the challenges that MSMEs face in implementing green practices. Case examples from several MSMEs show that despite the commitment to implement the principles, there are still difficulties in sustainable management operations. This research aims to provide recommendations for improving the implementation of green economy in the culinary sector, so that MSMEs not only contribute to the economy but also preserve the environment.

Abstract

Introduction: Bank strategy is a planning and management to achieve certain goals carried out by bussiness entities to collect funds from the public in the form of savings and channel them to the community in the form of financing to improve people’s lives. The main objective of this study in to analyze the strategy of BPRS Mitra Mentari Sejahtera in increasing students’ interest saving, secondly to analyze the factors influencing students’ interest in using Simpel iB saving, and thirdly to analyze the effectiviness of the strategy implemented by BPRS Mitra Mentari Sejahtera in increasing student interest.to save. Research Methods: This type of research is field research with a qualitative approach. As for the data collection techniques of observation, interviews and docummentation. The analysis used uses the inductive method, namely a method that draws conclusions based on these observations. Result:The results of the study show that: 1) The strategies used by BPRS Mitra Mentari Sejahtera in creasing students’ interest in saving using the 4P Marketing Mix are, Product, Price, Place, and Promotion. However, of the 4P, the most frequently used are promotions with direct socialization using bank sarvice cars (ball pick-up systems) and inderect socialization (print and online media). 2) factors that influence students’ interest in saving are internal and external factors. Internal factors are factors from within ourselves, namely factors needs and desires. While external factors are factors that are influenced from outside, namely culture and environment. 3) The effectiveness of the strategy implemented by BPRS Mitra Mentari Sejahtera increasing students’ interst in saving can be said to be effective with a system implemented in the form of outreach.
