Abstract

Abstrack: This research aims to describe the of adaptive physical education instructional strategies for student with special needs in school outstanding section C Dharma Asih Pontianak. The method was used descriptive qualitative survey approach. The sample was learn adaptive physical education at school outstanding C Dharma Asih Pontianak. The results obtained, the adaptive physical education learning one adaptive physical education teacher who leads the learning process and assisted five teachers not adaptive physical education. Student learning in delivering mental retardation need to modify the learning that will be delivered as rules are used, devices or media used. On small classes (The level of preparation and SDLB) the learning process is done simultaneously and the same material, similarly in a large class (SMPLB and SMALB) adaptive physical education learning process is done simultaneously and with the same materials as well. Keywords: Adaptive Physical Education Strategies, Pupils With Special Needs Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi pembelajaran Penjas Adaptif bagi murid berkebutuhan khusus di SLB C Dharma ASih Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan survey. Sampel penelitian ini adalah proses pembelajaran Penjas Adaptif di SLB C Dharma Asih Pontianak. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, pada pembelajaran Penjas Adaptif 1 guru Penjas Adaptif yang memimpin proses pembelajaran dan dibantu 5 orang guru Non Penjas Adaptif. Pada murid tunagrahita dalam menyampaikan pembelajaran perlu memodifikasi pembelajaran yang akan disampaikan misalnya peraturan yang digunakan, alat atau media yang digunakan. Pembelajaran yang diberikan kepada murid tidak semua murid dapat melakukannya sendiri, bagi murid yang tidak dapat melakukan tugas gerak sendiri maka guru pendamping akan membantu murid tersebut. Pada kelas kecil (Tingkat Persiapan dan SDLB) proses pembelajaran dilakukan bersamaan dan materi yang sama, begitu pula pada kelas besar (SMPLB dan SMALB) proses pembelajaran Penjas Adaptif dilakukan bersamaan dan dengan materi yang sama pula. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price, and promotion through Instagram social media on purchase intention of Lafy products in Samarinda. The background of this research is based on the increasing competition in the beauty industry and the importance of marketing strategies in attracting consumer interest. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey technique using questionnaires. The sample consisted of 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that partially, product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention with a significance value of 0.009, price has a positive and significant effect with a significance value of 0.007, and promotion through Instagram social media has the most dominant influence with a significance value of 0.000. Simultaneously, these variables significantly affect purchase intention with a significance value of 0.000 and a coefficient of determination of 92.2%. it can be concluded that product quality, price, and Instagram promotion together can increase consumer purchase intention toward Lafy products in Samarinda.
