The declining economic situation during the pandemic made people’s livelihoods unstable, forcing people to be even more creative in opening business to carry on their fields or opening their own businesses to carry on their lives so that unemployment did not increase too much. By opening a small business such as corn dog an mozzarella sausage. The community’s economy will be helped and reduce the increase in unemployment during the current pandemic. Organization and communication are two things that cannot be separated, where one is related to the other. Organization is the art of organizing something, while communication is a means of conveying the intentions of the organization. Presumably the ability of school/madrasah principals needs to pay attention to these two aspects so that as leaders, managers (madrasah heads) are able to lead Islamic educational institutions to become superior educational institutions. This type of research uses qualitative research methods, namely research methods used to examine natural objects as experiments. The results of this study indicate that communication is a process of exchanging ideas, messages and contacts, as well as social interaction, including the main activities in human life. Etymologically, the term communication comes from the Latin word communication which is derived from the word communis which means making togetherness or building togetherness between two or more people. Communication in educational organizations can take place at any time involving people who are in the organization, both superiors, subordinates or elements of leadership and subordinates, between teachers and students at school, as well as between students and other students, as well as between teachers and parents. students and so on. Supervision and control in the organization is an activity that must be implemented. This activity is carried out to check the implementation of the tasks that have been set in the previous planning process. Writing this article aims to describe the function of the hadith on the Koran and what the scholars think about the function of the hadith in Islam. The existence of Hadith in people's lives becomes important if the Al-Quran does not provide a detailed explanation of a problem. The Al-Quran as the first source contains teachings that are mujmal or general and global in nature while the Hadith as the second source functions as an explanation for the generality of the contents of the Al-Quran. adis is the second source for Islamic laws, explaining everything that the Koran wants, as an explanatory, advisory, interpreter, tahsis, pentaqyid and who is responsible for the non-existent. The Qur'an and Hadith are life guidelines for their adherents, as sources of law and legal references in Islam, the two cannot be separated. In other words, hadith is the second source of Islamic law after the Koran. Hadith as an explanation (bayan) of the Koran has four kinds of functions, namely: First, Bayan al-taqrir is also called bayan al-ta'qid and bayan al-isbat, namely establishing and strengthening what has been explained in the Koran. Second, Bayan al-tafsir is a hadith function that provides details and interpretations of the verses of the Koran that are still global (mujmal), provides conditions or limitations (taqyid) of the verses of the Koran that are absolute, and specializes (takhshish) verses of the Koran that are still general. Third, Bayan at-tasyri' is realizing a law or teachings that are not found in the Koran or in the Koran there are only the main points. Leadership is a collective effort to solve problems facing the organization through joint thinking and action to achieve well-planned goals. Even though the principal/madrasah is affiliated with an Islamic educational institution, he or she has a leadership role among all members of the school and shares this leadership role and responsibility to achieve a goal. development in an Islamic context urges As a leader, start with those closest to you. Allah says in QS At-Tahrim verse 6 that Allah intends: Remind family members to take care of each other. We are commanded to take care of our families, make sure they do not do what is forbidden to us, and manage our families as God has commanded. Under the protection of 19 leaders, we are trying to save our family from the torments of hell. From the perspective of Islamic education, education management plays an important role in the administration of educational institutions such as schools and madrasas which are based on Islamic values originating from the Al-Quran and As-Sunnah and supported by Islamic educational ideas. This research in motivated by observational data wich shows that Social Emotional development in group A RA Nurul Ilmi Arrafi Kec. Medan Polonia Kel. Sari Rejo is still said that not all of them have developed very well. To help improve social emotional development the researchers made a game of squatting hide. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether the game of squatting hide can improve social emotional development in group A children in group A as subject. The study wa conducted in 2 cycles. The results showed that in the preaction the average value of children’s social emotional development wa still 5.4 after the action cycle I the average value of children began to increase to 7.2 and in the last cycle II the average value of children increased to 9.7. this shows that squatting hide games can improve children’s Social Emotional development.
