This study aims to determine the effect of overconfidence, herding effect, and self-monitoring on investment decision in the covid-19 pandemic period. The research sample is as many as 201 respondents who have earned income and experiencing pandemic covid-19 period. This research method uses SmartPLS and by distributing questionnaires with Google form. The results of this study are there are influences of overconfidence, herding effect, and self-monitoring on investment decisionin the covid-19 pandemic period.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari overconfidence, herding effect, dan self-monitoring terhadap investment decision pada masa pandemi covid-19. Sampel penelitian adalah sebanyak 201 responden yang sudah berpenghasilan dan mengalami masa pandemi covid-19. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan SmartPLS dan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner dengan google form. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh overconfidence, herding effect, dan self-monitoring terhadap investment decision pada masa pandemi covid-19.

At this time the Trading industry is experiencing a decline in purchases as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic that has occurred throughout the world. The purpose of this study is to determine whether 1) Online Trust has an effect on consumer purchase intention on Facebook social media users in Jakarta. 2) Financial Value has an effect on consumer purchase intention on Facebook Social Media users in Jakarta. 3) Perceived Risk has an effect on consumer purchase intention on Facebook Social Media users in Jakarta. The sample selected using the convenience sampling method with a total sample of 155 respondents to consumers in Jakarta who have transacted online purchases through social media facebook. Data analysis using Smart PLS.11 software. The results of this study are online trust has a positive and significant influence on purchase intention, as well as Perceived risk has a positive and significant influence on purchase intention, and financial value is a positive and significant influence on purchase intention. Pada saat ini industri Perdagangan sedang mengalami penurun pembelian akibat dari pandemic covid 19 yang terjadi pada seluruh dunia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah 1) Online Trust berpengaruh terhadap purchase intention konsumen pada pengguma Media Sosial Facebook di Jakarta. 2) Financial Value berpengaruh terhadap purchase intention konsumen pada pengguma Media Sosial Facebook di Jakarta. 3) Perceived Risk berpengaruh terhadap purchase intention konsumen pada pengguma Media Sosial Facebook di Jakarta. Sampel yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode convenience sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 155 sampel responden pada konsumen di Jakarta yang pernah bertransaksi pembelian online melalui media sosisl facebook. Analisis data menggunakan perangkat lunak Smart PLS.11. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalam Online trust memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan siginifkan terhadap purchase intention, begitu pula Perceived risk memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan siginifkan terhadap purchase intention, serta Financial value merupakan pengaruh yang positif dan siginifkan terhadap purchase intention

This training in community service activities is expected to encourage the pace of steps in advancing economic life in rural areas. This activity aims to provide understanding for MSME actors on the problems they face related to financing aspects in business management. After this activity, participants can understand what is included in the aspect of financing for businesses and the management and control of these financial aspects. The purpose of this study is to improve understanding and awareness of the importance of entrepreneurship, especially creative and innovative financing in order to obtain additional income, as well as improve soft skills, skills in running a business, family living standards based on individual abilities, availability of resources and potential in the community. around, so that later it is hoped that it can be imitated and applied by the village community. The achievement of the objectives of this community service activity is good, this can be seen from the participants' understanding of business management related to risk management and services and the ability of participants to apply risk and provide services as seen from the results of observations during the activity. For sustainability programs, training and assistance related to business management must be held so that the standard of participants is not only limited to the aspect of understanding but also at the level of practice and preparation of business financial reports.

Changes in marketing behavior from conventional to digital are not balanced by the presence of MSME actors who use digital marketing, even though MSMEs are believed to be able to spur the Indonesian economy. The use of digital technology-based marketing concepts is a hope for MSMEs to develop into economic powerhouses. Digital marketing promotion media is expected to be an effective choice for MSME players in developing business and reaching national and international markets. Conventional promotional media that cost a lot and are much more complicated by themselves are no longer a problem. The purpose of this study is to help MSME business actors use social media as a means for them to promote and provide an understanding of the importance of digital marketing in broadly introducing their products in running a business, family living standards based on individual abilities, availability of resources and potential available. is around, so that later it is hoped that it can be imitated and applied by the village community. Digital marketing training containing the introduction of digital marketing, social media marketing and e-commerce, content marketing and digital marketing management is a means of education and adding insight related to digital marketing for MSME partners. Training on implementing digital marketing strategies for MSME partners has been delivered through workshops and practices during the activity.

Desa wisata akan memberikan nuansa baru bagi masyarakat, hidup menjadi harmoni dengan alam yang menghadirkan suasana dami dan tentram, terhindar dari suasana hiruk pikuk dan polusi dan merasakan satu keterlibatan dalam aktivitas masyarakat sertempat, jadi para wisatawan tidak saja sebagai penikmat dari keindahan alamnya tetapi mesara hadir dan bagian dari kehidup didalammya. dalam artian bahwa wisatawan tidak hanya melihat begitu saja keindahan alam, tetapi dapat hidup di dalamnya. Para wiisatawan juga secara utuh dapat merasakan serta menikmati keberadaan alam dan kehidupan sosial budaya desa setempat. Aksi yang dipertontonkan adalah perjalanan dengan menikmati suasana aktivitas keseharian masyarakat, pengolahan sawah/ladang/pekerjaan kerajinan rakyat di desa serta pembuatan cinderamata. Dari pertimbangan tersebut, maka diadakan sosialisasi tentang “Pengembangan Desa Wisata di Desa Cihanjuang Rahayu menuju Pariwisata Kerakyatan Berkelanjutan di Kabupaten Bandung Barat”. Dari kegiatan tersebut tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah: untuk dapat mengembangkan kepariwisataan yang berbasis masyarakat dan berkelanjutan, memberikan manfaat kepada masyarakat, yaitu dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat, Dapat menjaga kelestarian Desa Cihanjuang Rahayu dan untuk menghindari alih fungsi lahan yang tidak terkendali. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode diskusi, sehingga terjadi interaktif yang positif untuk dapat menghasilkan beberapa simpulan dan solusi positif. Adapun kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini yang dilaksanakan oleh Tim LPPM Universitas Tarumanagara ternyata mendapatkan respon yang positif dari masyarakat Cihanjuang Rahayu dan sekitarnya. Dari pengamatan tim PKM ternyata masyarakat sangat mendukung jika Desa Cihanjuang Rahayu dijadikan sebagai Desa Wisata yang mana pada gilirannya akan dapat memberikan manfaat yang sebesar-besarnya bagi masyarakat setempat. Bahkan masyarakat Cihanjuang Rahayu memohon kepada Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat LPPM Untar agar kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat semacam ini dapat dilaksanakan secara rutin dan berkelanjutan dengan mengangkat topik-topik yang sejalan dengan potensi dan kondisi masyarakat pada wilayah tersebut.

Pada zaman sekarang, dimana sebagian besar karyawan yang sekarang bekerja di suatu perusahaan atau organisasi merupakan orang-orang yang termasuk dalam generasi Z. Perlu diperhatikan juga hal-hal seperti apa yang dapat memotivasi kerja generasi Z di Jakarta melalui penghargaan dan iklim organisasi. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari penghargaan dan iklim organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja generasi Z di Jakarta. Penelitian ini juga dilakukan dengan mengambil data primer dengan cara menyebar kuesioner kepada karyawan yang termasuk generasi Z di Kota Jakarta. Sampel yang diambil adalah sebanyak 180 responden yang memenuhi syarat dan kriteria dengan teknik purposive sampling dan data dianalisis dengan metode SEM atau Structural Equation Modeling dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data diolah dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 3.2.9. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa variabel independen yaitu penghargaan dan iklim organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap motivasi kerja generasi Z di Jakarta. Hasil dari penelitian ini juga dihimbau dapat memberikan saran kepada seluruh organisasi atau perusahaan di daerah Jakarta dalam menghadapi karyawan yang termasuk generasi Z dalam memberikan motivasi kerja dengan penghargaan dan iklim organisasi. Sumber daya manusia memiliki peranan yang sangat penting bagi setiap perusahaan, oleh karena itu setiap perusahaan harus selalu menjaga dan memperhatikan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang dimilikinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 karyawan dan sampel yang digunakan menggunakan metode simple random sampling sebanyak 50 responden dengan menggunakan rumus slovin, teknik analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS versi 3.2.8. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan di PT. Mibo Digital Indonesia. Human resources have a very important role for companys, therefore every companys must always maintain and pay attention to the quality of its human resources. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of job satisfaction and work environment on employee turnover intention. The population in this study were 100 employees and the sample used was simple random sampling method with 50 respondents using the slovin formula, data analysis techniques using SmartPLS version 3.2.8. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on employee turnover intention and the work environment has a significant negative effect on employee turnover intention at PT. Mibo Digital Indonesia.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, motivasi kerja dan pengetahuan manajemen terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 karyawan dan sampel yang digunakan menggunakan metode deskriptif / simple random sampling mengutamakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data dan data yang dikumpulkan dengan alat ini kemudian dijadikan sebagai bahan baku utama untuk mengolah data, sebanyak 50 responden dengan menggunakan rumus slovin, teknik analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS versi.3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Pengetahuan Manajemen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Chandra Ekajaya Logistik Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to determine work motivation and management knowledge on employee performance. The population in this study were 60 employees and the sample used was descriptive / simple random sampling method prioritizing questionnaires as a data collection tool and the data collected with this tool was then used as the main raw material for processing data, as many as 50 respondents using the slovin’s formula, data analysis technique using SmartPLS version.3.0. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, management knowledge has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Chandra Ekajaya Logistik Indonesia.

Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan faktor penting bagi perusahaan atau organisasi yang harus dikelola dengan baik. Perusahaan yang berfungsi dengan baik mampu menjaga kualitas stafnya secara memadai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh promosi jabatan dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 468 karyawan dan sampel yang digunakan menggunakan metode simple random sampling sebanyak 50 responden dengan menggunakan teori Gay & Diehl, teknik analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS versi.3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa promosi jabatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Mayapada. Human Resources (HR) is an important factor for a company or organization that must be managed properly. A well-functioning company is able to adequately maintain the quality of its staff. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of position promotion and organizational commitment on employee performance. The population in this study was 468 employees and the sample used using the simple random sampling method was 50 respondents using Gay & Diehl theory, a data analysis technique using SmartPLS version.3.0. The results of this study show that position promotion has a significant effect on employee performance and organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Mayapada Bank.
