Abstract

School is an educational institution that has an important role in changing the behavior or abilities of students in the teaching and learning process, as well as instilling a culture of achievement in students. Organizational culture is related to achievement culture, because the advancement of organizational culture is a culture that leads to increased organizational performance, so that the goals set are achieved. The focus of the problem raised is the inculcation of the main values ​​(core values) for students to have a culture of achievement, leadership strategies, their implementation in building a culture of achievement in students at MTs Negeri 1 Lumajang. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, with a case study approach. The results of implementing the madrasa principal's leadership strategy in building a culture of achievement include an increased ethos, a conducive work climate, increased achievement and increased educational productivity.

Abstract

Madrasah merupakan sebuah lembaga pendidikan Islam yang merupakan salah satu unsur dalam sistem pendidikan masyarakat, yang berhubungan secara timbal balik dan saling tergantug dengan unsur-unsur lainnya. Pendidikan Islam member kontribusi terhadap berbagai masalah dalam masyarakat, baik dalam bentuk gagasan konsepsional maupun dalam bentuk aksi kemasyarakatan. Adanya kemitraan antara pendidikan Islam dengan masyarakat, mempunyai kedudukan sejajar dan saling menghormati. Wawasan demikian dapat menimbulkan pandangan dan sikap egaliter serta terbuka dalam masyarakat. Pendidikan Islam peduli terhadap pemeliharaan dan pengembangan masyarakat daerah, yang dapat diwujudkan dengan menyebarluaskan dan memanfaatkan beberapa keunggulan yang dimiliki. Adapun pihak masyarakat dibantu mengenai pengembangan potensi yang telah ada dalam masyarakat dan menggali potensi yang belum ada. Pengkajian tentang hubungan antara pendidikan Islam dengan masyarakat telah lama dilakukan, namun pembicaraan itu tetap relevan, dalam rangka perkembangan potensi masyarakat di era otonomi daerah. Dengan adanya otonomi daerah sedikit banyak akan berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan madrasah.

Abstract

The current learning pattern is in principle a process to make understanding of a material easier to understand, through this process it is hoped that students can and easily understand each subject. Educators need to create a pleasant learning atmosphere so that students do not feel burdened in carrying out learning activities. By using the right media in the learning process it will be more interesting and fun and also help students more easily understand the material being taught. Implementing fun learning is needed in all lessons that are considered difficult for students to understand. The learning process with the game system used in the Teams Games Tournament learning is hoped that students receive material that is easier to understand, relax, and can also foster a sense of responsibility and togetherness in teaching and learning.

Abstract

Globalization poses strong and diverse challenges, one of which is the rampant moral degradation that still often occurs everywhere, including at the school level, for that it is necessary to instill and develop values ​​in students. Pesantren is considered capable of being a medium for scientific transformation that can shape good character through its strong characteristics and culture. In building the character of students, it is not only done in classroom learning, but can be done through the development of other activities in school. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, with a case study approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation which were analyzed descriptively. While the data analysis used was data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data used three techniques, namely extension of participation, persistence of observation and triangulation. This research shows that; the application of internalizing pesantren culture to character building students includes class-based design, school culture-based design and organization-based design. The factors supporting and inhibiting the internalization of pesantren culture on the formation of student character are seen from the students themselves, the carrying capacity of all school members and infrastructure.

Abstract

Perubahan musim merupakan fenomena global yang belakangan ini sering dibahas dan memiliki dampak salah satunya adalah peningkatan suhu Selain itu, penelitian sebelumnya mengatakan bahwa Perubahan musim berpengaruh pada sumber daya air yang ada di seluruh dunia yang terjadi juga di Wonokerto. Dimana saat musim hujan kapasitas air bertambah, jika terlalu besar air hujan bisa merusak pipa yang ada di sekitar sungai, membawa sampah dedaunan sehingga air di kran warga jadi macet atau tidak lancar, sedangkan saat musim kemarau kapasitas air menurun. Hal ini menyebabkan warga yang mampu di Desa Wonokerto membeli air bersih dari air yang dijajakan warga Kabupaten Lumajang bagi yang tidak mampu mereka mengantri di sumber Sedaeng dan Sumber Winong saat musim kemarau. Ditambah lagi dengan isu perubahan musim dan letak geografis yang berada di wilayah Pegunungan Barat Kabupaten Lumajang diduga kian memperparah krisis air pada di wilayah studi. Metode yang akan dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode PAR, yakni metode Participatory Action Research. Dengan dampak perubahan musim yang menyebabkan kenaikan atau menurunnya kapasitas air di Wonokerto sehingga mengakibatkan tidak stabilnya air, yang menyebabkan air tidak merata di masyarakat. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi pemerintah dan instansi terkait penstabilan air bersih. Selain itu, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menyadarkan masyarakat terutama di wilayah studi mengenai dampak dari perubahan musim terhadap krisis air yang terjadi.
