Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis dan mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan bank terhadap kepuasan nasabah tabungan mudharabah di Bank Syariah Mandiri Kantor Cabang Tasikmalaya. Dalam penelitian ini metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Deskriptif Kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer berupa pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dan data sekunder. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisi regresi linier sederhana dengan terlebih dahulu dilakukan pengujian instrumen penelitian berupa uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan pengujian asumsi klasik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menyatakan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan bank terhadap kepuasan nasabah tabungan mudharabah di Bank Syariah Mandiri Kantor Cabang Tasikmalaya. Hal tersebut didukung oleh adanya alat transaksi yang modern, pelayanan yang tuntas, cepat dan akurat serta informasi yang jelas terkait produk Bank Syariah Mandiri. Adapun rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan yaitu perlunya peningkatan dalam hal pengetahuan karyawan dalam menjawab pertanyaan nasabah dan kenyamanan bertransaksi di Bank Syariah Mandiri Kaantor Cabang Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

The mosque is a religious infrastructure which mostly carries out activities related to devotion to Allah, because the function of the mosque has four main functions, namely as a place of worship, social, educational and economic. Therefore the mosque is not only a place to carry out worship to The Creator, but at the same time facilities muamalah activities. This study aims to determine, describe and analyze the optimization of the role of the al-Muhsinin mosque as a place of worship that is integrated with the service of the people as strengthening the economy of rural communities. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach with the method of observation and interviews with informants who were considered to understand the system applied to the Cisontrol village mosque-based economy. Data analysis used is interactive data analysis. The main purpose of the establishment of a mosque-based economy in the village of Kubang Cisontrol village is to meet the needs of the community for food needs before the month of Ramadan and various other goods so that it does not fall into the ribawi gorge

Abstract

Amidst the dynamic global economy that is often characterized by inequality, the development of an inclusive and equitable Islamic monetary system is a crucial urgency. An Islamic monetary system based on sharia principles and values can offer a promising alternative. In this context, blockchain can be utilized as a transformative technological innovation that can be aligned with the Islamic monetary system. This research utilizes a comprehensive literature review methodology from scientific journals and related books. This literature study analyzes the use of blockchain in the development of an inclusive and equitable Islamic monetary system, exploring the alignment of principles, potential applications and implementation challenges and implications. The findings of this study show that the core characteristics of blockchain such as decentralization, transparency, immutability and cryptographic security are aligned with the objectives and philosophical foundations of Islamic macroeconomics, such as the prohibition of riba, gharar, maysir, fairness of wealth distribution and financial inclusion. Potential applications include developing the efficiency of zakat, waqf and alms, issuing digital sukuk and developing Islamic crowdfunding. Although the opportunities are wide open, the implementation still faces significant challenges, such as sharia compliance issues related to digital volatility, fatwa fragmentation, scalability issues, data security, consumption of shariah-compliant digital assets, and the need for digitalization.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the Muslim population, both in Indonesia and globally, has driven an increasing need for products to support worship, including Muslim socks. PT Soka Cipta Niaga (PT SCN), a producer of Muslim socks under the brand "SOKA", faces the challenge of low brand awareness, where consumers are more familiar with the product as "wudu socks". This research aims to analyze effective marketing strategies for the "SOKA" brand. The research results show that social media-based promotional strategies, such as Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn, are able to reach potential consumers more widely. In addition, activities such as bazaars, Muslim seminars, and Collaboration with Hajj and Umrah organizers has proven effective in expanding the market. The momentum of Ramadan and the Hajj season is a strategic time to increase sales.
