Abstract

Abstract

Ketatnya persaingan dalam proses kuliner ayam, saat ini menuntut para pengusaha kuliner untuk lebih kreatif dan inovatif dalam membuat produk. Salah satunya adalah ayam goreng (ayam balut soseu). Ayam balut soseu merupakan salah satu olahan ayam yang siap saji dimana kualitas rasanya tidak kalah dengan makanan lainnya. Melihat dari peluang bisnis ini, saya terinspirasi untuk membuat inovasi produk ayam goreng yang dibungkus dengan saus racikan sendiri dengan cita rasa yang jauh berbeda dengan ayam goreng saus terkenal lainnya dan untuk menjual produk ini menggunakan sistem e-commerce.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of product quality, advertisements, electronic words of mouth, and brand image on Oppo smartphone buying interests. This is a quantitative research with survey method. The population in this study are students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Papua, with sample of 105 respondents, determined by the non-probability sampling technique. The analytical method used is the validity test and the reliability test using Cronbach's Alpha. The analysis technique used is the hypothesis and the multiple linear regression. The results of this study partially indicate that (1) a product quality has no effect on Oppo smartphone buying interest, as evidenced by the t-value of -0.662 and the significant value of 0.536 > 0.05, (2) advertisements have no effect on Oppo smartphone buying interest, as evidenced by the t-value of 1.067 and the significant value of 0.289 > 0.05, (3) electronic word of mouth has a positive effect on Oppo smartphone buying interest, as evidenced by the t-value of 4.999 and the significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, (4) and brand image has a positive effect on the Oppo smartphone buying interest, as evidenced by the t-value of 4.934 and the significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of this study simultaneously indicate that product quality, electronic word of mouth and brand image have a positive effect on the buying interest of Oppo smartphone with a significant value of 0,000 < 0.005

Abstract

Entrepreneurial characteristics and business location selection are factors that encourage the achievement of business success. This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial characteristics and business location selection on the success of a basic food stall business in Macuan Village, Masni District, Manokwari Regency. This type of research approach uses a quantitative approach. The population used in the study were all food stall entrepreneurs with a total of 46 respondents. The sampling technique used a saturated sample. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, while the data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that partially entrepreneurial characteristics have a significant effect on business success, business location selection has a significant effect on business success, and simultaneously entrepreneurial characteristics and business location selection have a significant effect on business success. Some things that need to be considered by entrepreneurs include being confident, willing to take risks, future-oriented, strategic business locations, and frequent public transportation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, brand equity, and price on the purchase decision of Toyota Avanza cars. The sample in this research is who bought a Toyota Avanza in the Manokwari Regency. By using a non-probability sampling method, as many as 120 respondents were identified as research samples. Statistical tests were performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The research method used is quantitative data using primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The results showed that simultaneously, product quality, brand equity, and price variables significantly influence the purchase decision of the Toyota Avanza. Partially, product quality and price variables significantly influence the purchase decision of Toyota Avanza cars, while the brand equity variable does not affect the purchase decisions of Toyota Avanza cars.

Abstract

Pembuatan batu bata dari batu bara ini ditujukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan sekaligus keterampilan khususnya pemanfaatan limbah batu bara dari pembangkit listrik tenaga uap (Fly Ash) menjadi batu bata, di Desa Kuala Enok Kecamatan Tanah Merah Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir Riau, yaitu dari limbah batubara yang belum termanfaatkan menjadi batu bata yang pada akhirnya bermanfaat untuk pembangunan sarana dan prasarana sipil bangunan yang semula memakai bahan kayu dan kemudian memakai batu bata dari batu bara ini. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, PKM yang dilaksanakan mulai Januari sampai Februari 2019 menggunakan metode pelatihan dan pendampingan. Adapun transfer IPTEK dalam kegiatan pelatihan yang telah digelar yaitu: experiment pembuatan batu bata dari baru bara, strategi pemasaran dan manajemen usaha. Hasil PKM ini menunjukkan bahwa anggota dari Kelompok Mandiri memahami teknik-teknik pembuatan batu bata dari batu bara pemasaran atau segala jenis aktivitas jual beli yang dilakukan dalam pemasaran produk secara secara langsung kepada masyarakat desa Kuala Enok pada khususnya dan Kecamatan Tanah Merah pada umumnya.

Abstract

Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini ditujukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan sekaligus keterampilan pengelola kesenian kethoprak di Desa Bakaran Wetan Kabupaten Pati Jawa Tengah terhadap cara peningkatan pendapatan grup kesenian Ketroprak melalui media online facebook, instagram, youtube dan media media yang lain serta bagaimana memanage keuangan maupun membuat laporan keuangan groub kesenian Ketroprak di Kabupaten Pati Jawa Tengah, yaitu beberapa groub kesenian Kethoprak di Kabupaten Pati dalam hal: Pemasaran dan manajemen usaha. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, PKM yang dilaksanakan mulai Maret hingga Mei 2019 meng- gunakan metode pelatihan dan pendampingan. Transfer IPTEK dalam kegiatan pelatihan yang telah digelar yaitu: strategi beriklan menggunakan media sosial . Hasil PKM ini menunjukkan bahwa pengurus groub kesenian memahami teknik-teknik pemasaran untuk memperoleh “tanggapan” dan manajemen usaha groub kesenian kethoprak di Kabupaten Pati Jawa Tengah.
