Abstract

This research was conducted because employee turnover experienced an increase and to test the effect of Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction Against Turnover Intention with Organization Citizenship Behavior as an intervening variable in PT. Watusalam Textile Pekalongan. The study sample consisted of 80 respondents. Sampling is done using the simple random sampling method. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction have a positive effect on Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment and organization Citizenship behavior does not affect turnover intention and Organization citizenship behavior cannot mediate the influence of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on turnover intention.

Abstract

Human resources have a very important role in every activity of the company. Human resources itself is a determinant of the effectiveness of the activities within the company. Although the company has been supported by facilities and infrastructure and sufficient funding sources, without the support of quality human resources, the company's activities will not run well and smoothly. The first step that becomes the main key to obtaining quality human resources is the recruitment and selection process to recruit and select workers that are suitable for the company's needs. This type of research is used to analyze the process of implementing recruitment and selection of new agents at PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) Cabang Pekalongan is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach, in this study analyzing how the recruitment process and selection to get agents. The technique used in this study is to use interview techniques. The results of the research on the method and process of implementing recruitment and selection in general have been well implemented, what is also applied is also applied. In recruitment, you should increase the number of relationships and take advantage of online media owned by registered employees and agents in order to reduce costs and for selection there should be additional psychological tests to find out measuring or testing personality or temperament, talent, interest, intelligence and achievement desires from potential new agents

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja reksadana saham syariah di Indonesia yang diukur menggunakan risiko dan return berdasarkan metode Sharpe, Treynor, Jensen, M² dan TT periode April – September 2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan metode Sharpe dan Treynor menunjukkan hasil yang sama, yaitu tidak terdapat reksadana saham syariah yang berkinerja positif. Selama periode pengamatan (April – September 2018) menggunakan metode Jensen, M² dan TT hanya ada dua reksadana yang memiliki kinerja terbaik diantara reksadana lainnya karena mampu outperform dari SBIS dan ISSI selama 6 bulan. Reksadana tersebut adalah TRIM Syariah Saham dan Batavia Dana Saham Syariah, oleh karena itu kedua reksadana tersebut adalah reksadana yang layak dijadikan pilihan berinvestasi di tahun 2019.
