Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Sharia Compliance, Islamic Corporate Governance, Capital Adequacy Ratio and zakat on financial performance at Islamic Commercial Banks. The independent variable used was Sharia Compliance, proxied by Islamic Income Ratio, Profit Sharing Ratio, Islamic Investment Ratio, Islamic Corporate Governance, Capital Adequacy Ratio and zakat. The dependent variable used in this study was financial performance as proxied by Return On Assset (ROA) in Islamic Commercial Banks. This research was a quantitative study using SPSS version 21 and Microsoft Excel. This study used a population of 14 Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia in 2015-2018, so that the total sample is 32. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the result of this study, the Islamic Income Ratio, Profit Sharing Ratio, Islamic Investment Ratio, Islamic Corporate Governance, Capital Adequacy Ratio and zakat simultaneously affected the financial performance of Islamic Commercial Banks. Partial testing showed that the Islamic Income Ratio and Profit Sharing Ratio had a significant effect on the financial performance of Islamic Commercial Banks. Meanwhile, Islamic Investment Ratio, Islamic Corporate Governance, Capital Adequacy Ratio and zakat did not affect the financial performance of Islamic Commercial Banks. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of Product Knowledge, Halal Label and Promotion on Purchasing Decisions of Halal Cosmetics Products with Price as a Mediation variable. The object in this study was a student at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Pekajangan Pekalongan. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique with a sample of 100 respondents. Primary data was collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale. The analysis technique in this study used path analysis with the mediation test using the Sobel test. The results of this study indicated that: (1) Product Knowledge had a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions for Halal Cosmetics Products. (2) Halal Label had a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions for Halal Cosmetic Product. (3) Promotion had a significant effect on the Decisions to Purchase Halal Cosmetics Products. (4) Price can be a mediating variable between Product Knowledge, Halal Label and Promotion on Purchasing Decisions of Halal Cosmetics Products. Abstract

Pembiayaan murabahah adalah akad akad jual beli antara penjual dan pembeli, dimana penjual menyebutkan harga beli barang dan margin keuntungan yang telah disepakati kedua belah pihak. Salah satu produk pembiayaan di KSPPS BMT Bahtera yang menggunakan akad murabahah adalah pembiayaan Armadaku, yaitu pembiayaan untuk pembelian sepeda motor. Dalam prosesnya, berdasarkan fatwa DSN-MUI tentang murabahah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pelaksanaan akad murabahah pada produk pembiayaan Armadaku di KSPPS BMT Bahtera berdasarkan fatwa DSN-MUI. Seperti alur pembiayaan, objek atau barang yang diperdagangkan, harga barang, jangka waktu pembiayaan, uang muka, jaminan, diskon atau potongan dari pihak ketiga, pelunasan dini, penyelesaian pembiayaan dan penjadwalan kembali tagihan murabahah. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan pengambilan sampel sumber data yang dilakukan secara snowball. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, kesimpulannya adalah implementasi diterapkan dengan baik di sebagian besar aspek yang disebutkan di atas. Namun, syarat pengaturan uang muka  dan penawaran diskon dari pemasok (dealer) masih kurang sesuai dengan fatwa DSN-MUI.

Abstract

Saving is highly recommended for Muslims to prepare for the future when something unexpected happens. One of the agencies that offer Gold Savings products is the Pekalongan Dinar Outlet. It founded by several people who focus on economic development, especially in the field of purchasing gold with sharia principles. As we know, gold is an item that is traded and is very flexible in nature for investment. The purpose of this study was to determine the mechanism of buying gold, purchasing suitability, and storing gold against the DSN-MUI Fatwa on Gold Savings products at Pekalongan Dinar outlets. Since it is field research, with qualitative method, the procedures of collecting data are observations, interviews, and documentations. The analysis method conducted by collecting data related to Gold Savings products at Pekalongan Dinar outlets. The sale and purchase of gold at the Pekalongan Dinar outlet is in accordance with the DSN-MUI fatwa no 77/DSN-MUI/V/2010 concerning non-cash buying and selling of gold. The concept of sharia in the Gold Savings product at the Pekalongan Dinar Outlet is in accordance with the DSN-MUI fatwa No. 02/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 concerning Savings. Likewise with the pillars and conditions in carrying out a wadiah contract, it also fulfils Islamic law. Keywords: DSN-MUI Fatwa, Gold Purchasing, Gold Purchasing
