Abstract

The focus of this research is how the madrasah management process includes planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring in realizing character education for students at MTsN Bondowoso II? The purpose is to describe the process of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising madrasas in realizing character education for students at MTsN Bondowoso II. This study uses a qualitative approach, with descriptive analysis methods. Data collection is done by using quasi observation techniques, participation, interview and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Checking the validity of the findings is done by means of peer discussion and triangulation techniques that use source triangulation and methods/techniques. The results of this study that madrasah management process in realizing character education at MTsN Bondowoso II was implemented through four aspects/four management functions, namely planning in the form of a madrasah activity program plan, organizing in the form of division of tasks for all teachers and madrasah staff to realize the program activities, implementation in the form of implementation from the program plan for madrasah activities, and supervision in the form of evaluating all performance in implementing the madrasah program, which are four aspects integrated with character values that can be used as role models for students. Keywords: Madrasah Management, Character Education.

Abstract

This study discusses the importance of science learning that is oriented towards giving direct experience to students. The aim of this research is to find out how the implementation of science extracurricular activities carried out at the Integrated Islamic Primary School of Bina Anak Islam Krapyak (SDIT BAIK), the development of scientific attitudes and scientific process skills of students through science extracurricular activities and scientific attitudes and process skills science shown by students who follow and who do not follow extracurricular science. This research is a qualitative research, which takes the setting in SDIT BAIK. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Analysis of research data through data reduction, data presentation, and data verification which is then checked for validity through data triangulation. The results showed that the implementation of extracurricular science activities at SDIT BAIK was held once a week which in its application used the role playing method that refers to the material in KUARK magazine and the experimental method based on material obtained from print and internet media in accordance with the level of knowledge of students. The development of scientific attitudes and science process skills for students is carried out through the application of learning that provides stimulants to the emergence of components of attitudes and skills related to scientific attitudes and science process skills. Every learning activity carried out in extracurricular science is oriented to the growth of the components of scientific attitudes and science process skills in students. Scientific attitudes and science process skills shown by students who take extracurricular activities are higher and deeper than students who do not participate in the activity.

Abstract

ABSTRACT (ENGLISH) The spread of thr Covid-19 outbreack to all comers of the world, including Indonesia, has forced educational institutions to implement online learning. The application of online learning is a challenge for educators in improving the character of students in terms of honesty, responsibilty and discipline in the learning process. This study aims to determine how the implementation of web and android-based online learning in improving the character of students at Islamic Elementary School At-Taqwa Bondowoso. The researcher uses this type of field research through a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The test of validity is done through triangulation of sources. The results showed that the implementation of web-based online learning used at Islamic Elemntary School At-Taqwa Bondowoso was using classroom and google form. Android-based online learning using whatsapp, google meet, and zoom applications. Through the application of such learning, it is found that character formation occurs in students including self-confidence, discipline, responsibility, caring for others, and tolerance. ABSTRAK (INDONESIA) Merebaknya wabah Covid-19 ke seluruh penjuru dunia termasuk Indonesia menjadikan lembaga pendidikan harus menerapkan pembelajaran secara online. Penerapan pembelajaran online menjadi tantangan bagi pendidik dalam meningkatkan karakter peserta didik baik dari segi kejujuran, tanggung jawab dan disiplin dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi pembelajaran online berbasis web dan android dalam peningkatan karakter peserta didik di MI At-Taqwa Bondowoso. Peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian field research melalui pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan melalui triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pembelajaran online berbasis web yang digunakan di MI At-Taqwa Bondowoso yaitu menggunakan classroom dan google form. Pembelajaran online berbasis android menggunakan aplikasi whatshapp, google meet, dan zoom. Melalui penerapan pembelajaran yang demikian didapatkan hasil bahwa terjadi pembentukan karakter pada peserta didik meliputi sikap percaya diri,disiplin, tanggung jawab, peduli terhadap sesama, dan toleransi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the teacher's strategy in increasing the effectiveness of learning through the application of web-based e-learning at Islamic Elementary School At-Taqwa Bondowoso. The research method used is a qualitative method with a type of field research where the research object is Islamic Elementary School At-Taqwa Bondowoso. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction activities, data display, as well as drawing conclusions and verification. To test the validity of the data, technical triangulation was carried out. The results showed that the teacher's strategy in increasing learning effectiveness through the implementation of web-based e-learning courses at Islamic Elementary School At-Taqwa Bondowoso, namely through the use of learning media in the form of goggle forms, google classroom, google meet, zoom meet, youtube, and CBT e-learning. The material delivered to students through these media is contextual, adapted to students' needs, situation and class conditions (online), and is directed at how learning can be more meaningful while still emphasizing student involvement in the learning process. Through the implementation of web-based e-learning courses are able to provide a stimulus for teachers and students in an effort to increase digital literacy competence.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the attention of educational institutions (Islamic Elememtary School At-Taqwa Bondowoso) to the preservation of the natural environment amid the widespread impact of technological development in the digital era. The objectives of this research are: 1) Knowing the use of environmentally friendly learning media in growing students' environmental care attitudes in the digital era at Islamic Elememtary School At-Taqwa Bondowoso. 2) Knowing the results of the use of environmentally friendly learning media on the growth of students' environmental care attitudes at Islamic Elememtary School At-Taqwa Bondowoso. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with the type of field research and using data collection techniques of observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis is done through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing in the form of verification. The results of this study are the use of environmentally friendly learning media in fostering students' environmental care attitudes in the digital era at Islamic Elememtary School At-Taqwa Bondowoso is through the use of used goods in the surrounding environment by actively involving students in developing their creativity in processing used goods into learning aids.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of inclusive differentiated learning as a strategy to increase student active participation. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews, direct observation, and documentation. The results showed that adjusting materials, methods, and assessments according to students' needs and learning styles can increase engagement and create a more inclusive learning environment. Differentiated learning allows teachers to accommodate a variety of abilities, including students with special needs. The findings also emphasize the importance of ongoing training for teachers and the provision of adequate support facilities. Overall, inclusive differentiated learning has proven effective in addressing student ability gaps, creating more equitable learning, and improving the quality of education. This study recommends the development of policies that are more responsive to student needs and increased support for teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the integration of local cultural values into inclusive education practices at SD Alam Insan Cendekia Bondowoso. Using a qualitative approach and a single case study design, data were collected through participant observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. Analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman interactive model with triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. The results indicate four main patterns of cultural integration: the application of mutual cooperation values in collaborative learning, the use of regional languages in interactions, the involvement of indigenous communities in the learning process, and the development of a contextual curriculum based on local culture. These results strengthen the framework for developing multicultural education that is responsive to culture and supports the achievement of SDG 4 on inclusive and quality education. The resulting integration model provides a practical framework for elementary school administrators in developing inclusive curricula that are responsive to cultural development while strengthening school partnerships with indigenous and social communities. This study contributes to the literature on multicultural and inclusive education based on local culture and can serve as a reference for policy and the development of comparative studies in various social and geographical contexts.
