Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of academic supervision of class visits by school principals in order to improve the performance of teachers in SMP NW Jerua and can provide technical assistance and guidance to teachers to be able to improve the quality of performance in carrying out tasks and carrying out teaching and learning processes. This research is a qualitative study using descriptive methods. To describe this research, a measurement will be carried out on the implementation planning and evaluation of the academic supervision of class visits by the school principal in NW Jerua Middle School. For this reason, this research is intended to find out more about the data collection about the academic planning documents for class visits, the academic supervision documents for class visits, the academic supervision documents for class visits. The informants in this study were the principal and teachers at NW Jerua Middle School. Data collection techniques in this study using observation techniques, documentation studies, and interviews. Observations were made to obtain data and conditions of academic supervision by the principal's class visit to improve teacher performance in NW Jerua Middle School by direct observation. Documentation studies are conducted to view and obtain authentic data that can be used to match the same data using other techniques. Interview with the teacher as an informant to get information related to the academic supervision techniques of class visits. The flow of this research reveals academic supervision in the NW Jerua Middle School. The supervision management system is as follows: The headmaster conducts academic supervision supervision of the visit by discussing with the teacher first. Then conduct academic supervision of class visits by applying principles and preparing instruments. The final stage is the evaluation and academic follow-up of class visits.

Abstract

Education as one of the key progress and development of a country, Therefore, the right to get education for the community and citizens, of course now must be acceptable for all layers and the community. This review, will speak on the "Right to Education derived from epistemology and axiology" or from where and for whom this educational policy was made. Furthermore, this study speaks of several important points such as Education as a Nation character, an epistemological and axiological review of the right to education, the right of citizens to receive education and the obligations of government / State to organize and ensure education. In this article, the author uses the library research method to understand and find answers to some of the issues related to the right to education.

Abstract

Head school as a leader is accepted metaphor general, with the teacher as follower or teacher as worker. Later This increasing Lots educational reform literature that is consistently emphasizes that effective leaders do not apply in a way straight away. By general study aims to know how leaders head schools in developing culture and religion at Jabal Hikmah Suwangi Islamic Middle School. Study this nature of qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques use method observation, interviews, and documentation. The research purpose is to know the leadership head school and, the culture of religion at the school as the impact of the development culture of religion at Jabal Hikmah Suwangi Islamic Middle School findings study This is: Leadership at Jabal Hikmah Suwangi Islamic Middle School is supportive/democratic leadership that is oriented towards vision and mission, decides with method discussion as well as take policies that don't harm party anywhere. Culture religion applied at Jabal Hikmah Suwangi Islamic Middle School is uniform Islamic schools: 1) boys wear a shirt green, black pants, and a skullcap (piece) and 2) Women wear clothes brackets colored green, skirt black, and green hijab with the Jabal Hikmah logo on it. Next 3). Required culture Salat Dhuha congregation and continue with deep Language Arab before entering class, 4) Culture greetings and greetings, 5) Culture Embarrassment come late, 6) Culture discipline as well as culture Salat noon congregation before going home school, and so on. In an attempt to develop a culture of religion things to do is give motivation to all school stakeholders to continue Work The same in developing a culture of religion in school to become a school that can inspire schools other.

Abstract

Villages are the seeds of the formation of a country, not only in Indonesia but throughout the country. But ironically, the development of rural areas in Indonesia is always marginalized, public services at the village level are the worst level of service among public services in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to 1) find out the planning of BPD in supervising governance in Sepit village, 2) find out how the implementation of BPD strategy in supervising governance in Sepit village, and 3) find out how the obstacles of BPD in supervising governance in Sepit village. This study highlights the importance of a strong understanding of the roles and responsibilities of BPD in supervision. In addition, an effective strategy requires an efficient understanding of resources, independence from political interference, increased access to information, and the development of networks and cooperation. By implementing these strategies, BPD can strengthen its role in improving transparency, accountability, and quality of governance at the village level. The implications of this study can provide practical guidance for BPD and related parties in strengthening the supervision mechanism at the village level.
