Abstract

PT Telkom Access is one of Telkom's subsidiaries which is engaged in the construction and management of network infrastructure services which was established in 2012. Telkom Cipete STO (Automatic Telephone Center) is one of the PT Telkom Access STOs spread throughout Indonesia which is a switching-device telecommunications as a connector and breaker of information that is sent in a centralized and distributed manner and has its address at Cilandak – South Jakarta. In running its business, STO Telkom Cipete must be able to ensure that the Optical Distribution Cabinet (ODC) spread over the work coverage area of ​​STO Telkom Cipete can work properly. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out periodic maintenance and inspections in case of disturbances to ensure that all services provided by Telkom can work properly. The reporting process by the existing Operations Team Leader is all done via telegram messages to the existing telegram working group which will be read and processed by the maintenance administrator and forwarded back to field technicians so that repairs can be made to the problematic Optical Distribution Cabinet (ODC). received report messages. This reporting system often causes problems with report messages that are often missed and unread because of the large number of messages in the telegram group. In addition, the damage reporting history is not recorded properly so that the search for past damage history data is difficult to find. The process design method is focused on model development using UML (Unified Model Language) and using the PHP programming language, as well as Xampp v3.2.2 with Apache as the web server and MySQL as database storage. This research produces an application that is able to record all damage reporting data so that damage reporting is not missed and provides good notifications to speed up the damage repair process and is able to make it easier for admins to search for damage reporting history data that has occurred as a reference for future improvements.

Abstract

Different companies have different attendance systems. The Regional Infrastructure Development Agency (BPIW) is one part of the PUPR Ministry whose employee attendance system already uses technology, namely the fingerprint attendance system. However, there are still many shortcomings in its use. It is necessary to update the existing employee attendance system by using technology. Based on these problems, the author will create an attendance system using RFID and a web-based camera, which is an object identification method using radio waves. The identification process is carried out by an RFID reader and an RFID transporder (RFID tag). The RFID tag is placed on the employee's id card to be identified. Each RFID tag has a unique identification data number (ID number), so that no RFID tag has the same ID number and its presence data will be identified automatically by the RFID reader and stored in the database, while the ESP-32 CAM is for validation employee attendance, and besides that, in this research, use the Website Interface to provide employee attendance information to personnel and can help to increase effectiveness in processing employee attendance data.

Abstract

A control system for opening and closing the roof of a house is very likely needed for today's millennial society. In addition to convenience, this system is very useful for improving air circulation in the house, getting direct sunlight which can be used for drying and there are many other advantages that will be needed later. As we know that building an open room requires land that cannot be used under certain conditions or weather, such as a drying area which cannot be used when it is raining, so a roof control system that can be opened and closed is very efficient for solving problems in the room. open. The best solution for building an open roof is with an automatic roof system using a microcontroller. The microcontroller system using Arduino Uno is very helpful as an automation system for controlling the opening and closing of the roof of the house, so that it can help control the roof of the house without problems. Coupled with a remote control system and weather detection sensors that will make the control process easier. BlackBox Testing was carried out on the Blynk application that was created and connected to the ESP8266 to produce an output that is valid and can be connected to the microcontroller, as well as sensor functions that run and detect weather accurately. With the existence of a roof control system with a microcontroller, it is hoped that it can create more useful home functions.

Abstract

Pada era globalisasi kemajuan teknologi semakin canggih, mengakibatkan tingkat kompetisi pada dunia usaha semakin tinggi dengan memacu perusahaan - perusahaan yang ada untuk meningkatkan kualitas di segala bidang. Teknologi informasi merupakan alat untuk mempermudah, mempercepat, dan merapikan pekerjaan. Toko Usaha Baru merupakan sebuah usaha yang bergerak dibidang perdagangan, masalah yang ada pada toko Toko Usaha Baru adalah sistem penjualan yang dilakukan masih kurang efesien. Hal ini dikarenakan pengolahan data sistem penjualan masih menggunakan sistem konvesional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah sistem untuk mencatat setiap transaksi. Selain itu melalui aplikasi ini juga dapat mencatat laporan penjualan harian maupun bulanan, sehingga pemilik toko bisa mendapatkan gambaran laba/rugi. Dan dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi ini, dapat mempermudah dan meminimalisir kesalahan yang terjadi dalam proses transaksi.

Abstract

This research develops a web-based Sundanese speech translation system incorporating visual enhancement through Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). The primary challenge is insufficient accuracy in audio-only Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) for low-resource languages under noisy conditions. The solution integrates fine-tuned Whisper Medium for transcription, CNN-based lip-reading, and attention-weighted audio-visual fusion. Training used OpenSLR36 Sundanese corpus with ~35,000 samples from 175,324 available instances (subset due to memory constraints). Optimization was executed on RunPod using NVIDIA RTX 4090 GPU (24GB VRAM) for 5,000 iterations (~11 hours). Results show the optimized model achieves Word Error Rate (WER) of 2.45% at optimal checkpoint (iteration 3500), improving 7.37 percentage points from baseline (9.82% at iteration 500). This performance approaches state-of-the-art by Raharjo & Zahra (2025) reporting 2.03% WER using Whisper Small. The visual module comprises three-layer CNN producing 512-dimensional features with MediaPipe facial detection. Black-box testing validates functional compliance, while responsive interface ensures cross-device compatibility. This work advances Sundanese preservation through accessible translation with competitive accuracy.

Abstract

Fluktuasi volume permintaan pembuatan Akta Fidusia dengan tingkat urgensi yang bervariasi menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi operasional Kantor Notaris Lusyana Trika, SH., MKn. Metode penentuan prioritas yang berjalan saat ini masih mengandalkan cara manual dan subjektif, yang berpotensi menyebabkan ketidakefisienan alokasi sumber daya serta rendahnya transparansi layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis web untuk memberikan rekomendasi prioritas pengerjaan akta secara objektif. Metode yang diterapkan adalah Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) dengan mengacu pada empat kriteria: nilai aset, kelengkapan dokumen, tingkat urgensi, dan waktu pengajuan. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan Extreme Programming (XP) yang mencakup fase perencanaan, desain, pengkodean, hingga pengujian. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa sistem berhasil menyusun peringkat prioritas berdasarkan kedekatan relatif terhadap solusi ideal. Pengujian Blackbox juga mengonfirmasi bahwa seluruh fitur sistem berfungsi sesuai spesifikasi. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional serta kualitas pelayanan notaris kepada klien.
