Abstract

Cipta Harapan Jaya Cooperative Savings and Loans is a financial institution that provides loan funds to the community, namely micro, small and medium entrepreneurs. Lending is done with a system and procedure that is easy, fast and safe. But many customers do not fulfill their obligations or are not fluent in paying installments, thereby causing bad credit and reducing cooperative income. The cause of customers who are not fluent in paying installments cannot be detected with the current selection system for prospective customers. This research proposes the use of a decision support system with the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method used to determine the criteria weights and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to find the best alternative. Both of these methods can facilitate the cooperative in making decisions about prospective customers who apply for loans more effectively and efficiently. The criteria used are collateral, capital, condition, capacity, and character. Based on the results of the calculation and implementation of the proposed method obtained an accuracy of 90.67%. This means that this accuracy is close to good value and can be used as a guideline for determining potential customers who are eligible for loans.

Abstract

Klinik adalah sarana pelayanan kesehatan masyrakat yang umum dijangkau dalam segi keuangan maupun lokasi. Klinik adalah suatu fasilitas kesehatan publik kecil yang didirikan untuk memberikan perawatan kepada pasien luar. Biasanya klinik hanya mengobati penyakit-penyakit ringan seperti demam dan sebagainya, sedangkan kasus-kasus yang lebih parah diajukan ke rumah sakit. Kualitas mutu pelayanan kesehatan bukan hanya bagaimana melayani pasien melainkan juga pencacatan rekam medis yang dilakukan oleh bagian petugas juga harus terorganisir secara komputerisasi agar pencatatannya lebih baik dan efisian sehingga ketika data dibutuhkan sewaktu–waktu akan mudah dalam pencariannya. Dalam kasus diatas adalah dengan cara membuat system informasi rekam medis yang mampu melakukan pencatatan data-data pendaftaran pasien, serta dapat melakukan pencatatan dan memberikan informasi mengenai riwayat rekam medis pasien, sehingga dapat membantu petugas medis dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Program aplikasi sistem informasi rekam medis yang dikembangkan ini menggunakan bahasa PHP dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Program aplikasi terdiri dari input data pasien, input data obat, input data dokter, dan pemeriksaan pasien, serta laporan untuk membuat Laporan Medis..

Abstract

The payroll system is a system that can help companies manage matters relating to employee salaries, as well as to record and store employee salary payment data within an organization or company. A payroll system is needed in a company to manage the salaries or wages of employees in that company. The system currently in use at PT. Nusantara Bona Pasogit 12 still uses conventional systems or Microsoft Excel so that payroll data is not archived optimally. To handle this, a special application is made that is used to manage and record various employee payroll transactions that will be paid. Payroll information system application that can generate or manage employee salary data, employee absences and overtime. This application was created using the waterfall method. The results of this payroll system application design indicate that the role of computer applications in information systems is very important as a support in improving the quality of data processing activities, collecting employee salaries in a company. To increase work effectiveness and provide information quickly and accurately, this application was built with the PHP programming language and MySql as a database, using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) tools.

Abstract

SMK AZ ZAHRA SEPATAN currently still has several shortcomings in accepting new students, namely prospective students must come to the school to carry out registration directly to the school, fill out the form with paper and pen and submit supporting files to the committee, then the candidates Students still have to return to school to find out the announcement and results of the eligibility selection for students accepted at SMK AZ ZAHRA SEPATAN, besides that, the committee must validate files and sort out the eligibility of prospective students based on test scores. school, then make a list of students who pass the selection by sticking it on the school wall. This method is considered less effective because it can cause various problems, one of which is that files are often lost or lost. With this method, several problems arise, including taking up time and energy, PPDB committee members still often have difficulty reading students' handwriting if the handwriting is not clear. . Prospective students still have to return to school to find out about the announcement and results of the eligibility selection for students accepted at SMK AZ ZAHRA SEPATAN.

Abstract

Perkembangan industri yang mengarah ke Industri 4.0 membuat komputer memegang peranan penting hampir di setiap aspek kehidupan, sehingga menimbulkan kebutuhan untuk mengenalkan pemrograman pada dunia komputer, khususnya pada anak usia sekolah. Hal ini merupakan langkah awal dalam mempersiapkan Era Industri 4.0. Salah satu aplikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengajarkan pemrograman komputer kepada anak adalah Scratch. Scratch dirancang dengan pendekatan belajar pemrograman sambil bermain yang menyenangkan, dan dilengkapi dengan animasi. Berbeda dengan bahasa pemrograman berbasis teks lainnya, Scratch menyediakan grafik untuk membantu siswa memahami logika pemrograman. Hal ini memudahkan anak-anak mempelajari pemrograman tanpa harus bersusah payah menulis kode sintaksis yang ada dalam bahasa pemrograman berbasis teks. Kegiatan ini menggunakan aplikasi Scratch untuk memperkenalkan dan menjelaskan algoritma pemrograman kepada siswa sekolah menengah pertama. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SMP PGRI Serpong. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan, yaitu pengenalan algoritma, pengenalan pemrograman yang disertai dengan contoh dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, dan praktik.

Abstract

Pelatihan "Fundamental Web Design: Pengenalan Dasar Membuat Website dengan HTML dan CSS" bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dasar kepada siswa SMP tentang cara membuat dan mendesain website sederhana. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di SMPN 3 Pasar Kemis dengan metode pembelajaran interaktif yang melibatkan teori dan praktik langsung. Materi yang disampaikan mencakup pengenalan HTML untuk struktur halaman dan CSS untuk mempercantik tampilan. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep dasar pengembangan website, serta mampu menghasilkan website sederhana secara mandiri. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi langkah awal dalam membangun keterampilan digital siswa di era teknologi.

Abstract

Monitoring system is a system that functions to monitor, supervise and control an activity in a job. The monitoring system plays an important role for a company in processing data such as client data, employee data, project data, task data that includes deadlines and report data to optimize supervision of the company. Data processing system at PT. Cakra Abadi still uses conventional or Microsoft Excel so that the data has not been archived optimally. To handle this, a special application was made to monitor and manage production data in the company. The monitoring system can generate and manage data such as client data, employee data, project data, deadlines, task data and report data. This application is made using the waterfall method. In this monitoring system, it is very necessary to monitor the work of previous employees with the current one. The results of this monitoring system application design indicate that the role of computer applications in information systems is very important as a support in improving the quality of work in managing data. To improve work effectiveness and provide information quickly and accurately, this application was built using the PHP programming language and MySql as a database, with Unified Modeling Language (UML) tools.

Abstract

Information technology is needed to be able to speed up the work carried out by the management of SMP Negeri 2 Kota Tangerang Selatan. The goal to be achieved by researchers is the application of a web-based academic assessment information system. This study uses a qualitative approach and the type of research is descriptive with the aim of providing an overview of a particular symptom. Data collection techniques through literature study, observation, and interviews. The research method used is the rapid application development (RAD) method. With this research, the results of a web-based academic assessment information system were obtained which included assessment reports, attendance, grade summaries, and reports that could be accessed online. So that this system can be implemented by SMP Negeri 2 Kota Tangerang Selatan.

Abstract

Learning geometry material requires a medium to visualize the shapes of geometric shapes. Learning geometry material in elementary schools still uses printed books so that students have difficulty visualizing geometric shapes because they only see through 2-dimensional images in books. This resulted in a lack of interest in learning elementary school students in studying geometry. Although these obstacles can be overcome by making crafts, especially on geometric objects, there are some drawbacks such as requiring costs to make geometrical crafts and requiring sufficient space to store geometrical crafts. The solution that can be done to overcome this is to design an application to assist in the teaching and learning process by utilizing Augmented Reality technology. The purpose of designing this application is to help students visualize geometric shapes and increase students' interest in studying geometry material. The results of this study are in the form of an Augmented Reality application for learning geometry with the Android-based Markerless method which can help students visualize geometric shapes with the results of testing the target user, which is 82.6%. In addition, this system can increase students' interest in learning with the results of testing the target user, namely 86.1%, so that the eligibility criteria for this application are "Very Feasible".

Abstract

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into educational settings, particularly in formative assessments, offers significant benefits in terms of personalized learning, real time feedback, and increased efficiency. However, the successful implementation of AI driven formative assessments depends not only on technological capabilities but also on socio cultural and organizational factors that shape its adoption. This study explores the socio technical factors influencing the use of AI in formative assessments, emphasizing the importance of considering cultural diversity, institutional culture, and educators' beliefs. AI technologies, while powerful in automating grading and providing personalized assessments, often face limitations in addressing complex student responses that require human judgment. Furthermore, cultural factors, such as students' prior exposure to technology and different cultural attitudes towards AI, play a critical role in the acceptance and effectiveness of these tools. Organizational factors, including leadership support, digital literacy, and the readiness of institutions to adopt AI, are also key determinants in the successful implementation of AI systems in education. Teachers’ beliefs about assessment influence their acceptance and use of AI tools, highlighting the need for professional development and training to ensure that AI enhances pedagogical goals rather than replacing human expertise. The study concludes that the alignment of technology, culture, and assessment beliefs is essential for the effective use of AI driven formative assessments in educational settings. Recommendations for educational institutions include adopting a socio technical approach to AI integration, with a focus on providing resources, training, and fostering a culture of innovation. Future research directions should focus on expanding studies to diverse educational contexts, conducting longitudinal research on AI’s impact on learning outcomes, and exploring additional socio technical frameworks to guide AI adoption in education.
