Abstract

The School Operational Assistance Fund is a government program that is basically for the provision of non-personnel operational cost funds for basic education units as implementers of the 9-year compulsory education program The specific purpose of BOS funding at the elementary school (SD) education level is to reduce and waive the costs of all students in both public and private schools. At SDN Karang Tengah 7, for example, to determine the recipients of school operational assistance funds (BOS) is still determined manually so that the target is not right for underprivileged students. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to make it easier for the school to determine prospective students who receive school operational assistance funds (BOS) to be more targeted. To find out how to determine the students who receive school operational assistance funds (BOS), the author uses the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method. Decision-making will be easier to determine who is entitled to receive school operational assistance funds (BOS) so that it is right on target. From the results of this study, a system was produced that can be used to determine who is entitled to receive the aid funds to be right on target at SDN Karang Tengah 7.

Abstract

Dalam proses pengambilan keputusan yang melibatkan banyak kriteria dan banyak alternatif, metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dan Rank Order Centroid (ROC) digunakan sebagai metode pemecahan masalah. Pengambilan keputusan dilakukan dengan memberikan nilai persepsi sebagai pembobot oleh seorang pengambil keputusan atau ahli. Proses penerimaan karyawan baru di PT. Musik Hub Indonesia mengalami kendala yaitu sulitnya menentukan pelamar mana yang memenuhi kriteria untuk menjadi karyawan dari sekian banyak pelamar, sedangkan pelamar yang akan diterima menjadi karyawan terbatas. Selain itu, Adanya subyektivitas dalam pengambilan keputusan juga masih menjadi salah satu kendala dalam penentuan kandidat karyawan. Dengan adanya aplikasi pendukung keputusan berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dan Rank Order Centroid (ROC) menghindari perekrutan karyawan secara subjektif dan mempercepat tercapainya tujuan perusahaan.

Abstract

Proses dalam mengambil keputusan yang melibatkan banyaknya kriteria dan alternatif digunakan metode MABAC (Multi-Attributive Border Approximation Area Comparison) sebagai salah satu metode pemecahan masalah. Dalam mengambil keputusan dilakukan dengan memberikan suatu nilai yang dianggap oleh pengambil keputusan atau ahli sebagai bobot. Proses pemilihan guru terbaik di SMK Wiraniaga masih mengalami kendala saat ini, dimana sistem penilaian guru terbaik masih menggunakan metode kuisioner yang membuat sangat sulit dalam proses perhitungan dan tidak terstruktur serta membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama , tidak objektif dan tidak tepat dalam proses perhitungannya. Dengan adanya aplikasi penunjang keputusan berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode Multi-Attributive Border Approximation Area Comparison (MABAC) bisa menunjang kelancaran dan keakuratan dalam pencapaian suatu tujuan.

Abstract

At the moment, technology has advanced quickly throughout many industries, including education. Many processes in the sphere of education continue to be manual and unaided by technology, such as the calculation and reporting of scholarships, which is still done by hand without the use of a system or application. The study's focus was at the YAPIA Pondok Aren Vocational High School. Because of this, a decision-making assistance tool is required to decide which students, using the fuzzy method, are eligible for a website-based scholarship. Using the Tsukamoto fuzzy model, this system can help identify students who fit the requirements for scholarships depending on predefined criteria. Decision support systems (DSS) are used as a tool for decision makers to expand the capabilities of decision makers, but not to replace the evaluation of decision makers.

Abstract

Toko Sembiring was founded in 2000 by Mr. Pio Sembiring. This shop sells various necessities such as groceries, snacks, soft drinks, kitchen needs such as cooking spices, then there is also bath soap, laundry soap and sells gas and mineral water in gallons. However, along with the increasing number of competitors, sales figures at the Sembiring Store have decreased, because the system currently running at the Sembiring Store is still manual, that is, there is no system that can find out which products are most in demand by consumers and there is no good method for determining products. the most interested. With so many items sold, Toko Sembiring has difficulty determining what products have met the sales target or not in the last 1 year. An application will be designed to be able to predict sales using the K-Nearest Neighbor Method. The accuracy rate of the prediction system using the K-Nearest Neighbor method is 93.3%. So it is hoped that this application can facilitate the Sembiring Store in predicting future sales in order to create a faster and more efficient work system.

Abstract

PT FHADIRA INOVASI TEKNOLOGI or commonly known as PT Fitek is a company engaged in the field of vehicle inspection and buying and selling of vehicles, but in reality based on what currently exists PT Fitek has not fully implemented technological developments, because at this time consumers who want their vehicles Inspection is still done manually, namely still using a booking order using WhatsApp, in a manual way like this based on the results of an interview with one of the PT Fitek parties, many problems were found, namely frequent clashing inspection schedules and this caused another problem, namely when making reports it takes a lot of time because you have to manually record orders. Then PT Fitek also doesn't have a website for buying and selling cars that have been inspected, so to see the vehicles offered, consumers still have to come to the location to buy cars that have been inspected. In making this system using the Extreme Programming method. The system created is based on the codeigniter framework with the mysql database. The results of this study have created a special website-based system for buying and selling used cars at PT. FHADIRA TECHNOLOGY INNOVATION.

Abstract

The development of science and technology has made the quality of human life increasingly developed, the agricultural and plantation product processing industry has also developed rapidly. One of the stages in the processing of agricultural and plantation products is the selection of products based on their quality, for example the maturity level of tomatoes. In the process of checking tomatoes, it is still done manually and is done based on the visible color so that it can take a long time to choose. To solve the problem, it is necessary to do research by designing tools that can help traders work in the process of detecting the ripeness level of tomatoes. The tool is designed to use a sensor type TCS3200 as a tool to determine the color composition of tomatoes and then processed by Arduino as a DC motor controller and a servo motor to sort fruit based on red, green. In this method using the method of preliminary studies, heritage studies, preparation, tool design, tool manufacture, tool testing and analysis, conclusions. The results of the study carried out 10 × testing, there were 7 × successful and 3 × errors. From these tests it can be concluded that the accuracy rate of the tool is 70%.

Abstract

Network monitoring at BFI Finance Cisauk is still done manually by tracking directly on devices in the company environment. This has an impact on the time efficiency used by the Network Operation Center (NOC) because it has to check the devices one by one. In addition, with so many devices managed, the problem is even more complex, because NOCs have difficulty monitoring existing devices. On the other hand, the absence of a system that monitors the condition of network devices at BFI Finance Ciasuk slightly interferes with the company's operational continuity because NOC still relies on conventional methods, namely waiting for reports from clients so that if there is a problem with devices such as routers, switches and server handlers are not fast. For this reason, a Network Management System is needed, where the standard used is (SNMP) Simple Network Management Protocol. In the construction of a software, system failures often occur, errors in the development are often called software crisis which basically the software built is not in accordance with the goals to be achieved. To avoid this software crisis there are several methods in creating a software where in this study the author used the waterfall method. The result of this research is that the network monitoring process can be carried out in real time so that work becomes more effective, fast, precise and efficient.

Abstract

The ordering system at Ayam Bakar Lamongan Cak Di still follows a conventional system, which involves contacting the restaurant owner, resulting in limited information regarding the menu and operating hours. Additionally, the ordering process for customers still adheres to a conventional system, leading to delays and inefficiencies in order management. To address these issues, the researchers developed a cashier, courier, and admin ordering application to facilitate an effective order processing system. This application aims to simplify the ordering process for customers, providing information on menus and facilitating food ordering. To integrate these ordering, cashier, courier, and admin applications, the researchers employed the API method as a connector. By utilizing API, these applications can seamlessly communicate and share data, ensuring more efficient integration. The development method chosen for the system is the agile method, coupled with UML architecture and MySQL database. Implementing the agile method involves several stages, including design, analysis, implementation, testing, documentation, deployment, and maintenance. This ensures that the creation of the Android-based food ordering application's information system allows for order placement, provides order status information, and indicates menu availability and operating hours.

Abstract

Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler adalah aktivitas pendidikan non-formal yang dilakukan oleh siswa di sekolah, biasanya di luar jam pelajaran kurikulum reguler. MTS Muhammadiyah 1 menawarkan berbagai kegiatan ekstrakurikuler seperti futsal, voli, dan silat, dan setiap tahun mereka berpartisipasi dalam kompetisi O2SN (Olimpiade Olahraga Siswa Nasional). O2SN adalah acara nasional yang bertujuan untuk menemukan bakat-bakat olahraga baru di Indonesia dalam berbagai cabang olahraga. Proses pemilihan siswa untuk berpartisipasi dalam kompetisi-kompetisi ini di MTS Muhammadiyah Depok belum terstruktur dengan baik, sehingga diterapkanlah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (Decision Support System) dengan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Sistem Pendukung Keputusan merupakan bagian penting dari sistem informasi berbasis komputer dan berperan krusial dalam mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan. Metode SAW sering disebut sebagai penjumlahan tertimbang dari penilaian kinerja untuk setiap alternatif pada setiap atribut. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, perangkat lunak basis data MySQL, dan metode SAW. Hasil dari aplikasi ini mengidentifikasi siswa-siswa yang memiliki potensi untuk berpartisipasi dalam kompetisi berdasarkan sembilan kriteria. Berdasarkan hasil uji dengan Black box testing menunjukkan seluruh fungsionalitas dapat berjalan sebgaimana mestinya. Sistem ini membantu sekolah dalam membuat keputusan yang lebih objektif dan kurang bersifat subjektif dalam proses pemilihan siswa.
