Abstract

Poverty is a problem in development. With the existence of poverty, development is hampered. The factors causing poverty include population and GDP. This study aims at determining the effect of population and GDP on poverty in North Sumatra in 2008-2017 so that the bias is used as a basis for determining policies and strategies in overcoming poverty in North Sumatra. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) while the data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 24. The results show that the population and GRDP had a significant effect on poverty in North Sumatra.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine (1) the effect of organizational culture to intrinsic motivation, (2) the effect of work team to intrinsic motivation, (3) the effect of organizational culture to normative commitment, (4) the effect of work team to normative commitment (5) the effect of intrinsic motivation to normative commitment and (6) the undirect effect who organizational culture and work team to normative commitment weather intrinsic motivation. The result showed that: (1) There is a significant direct possitive of effect between organizational culture and work team, individually to intrinsic motivation with significance level of 0,399 and 0,414. (2) There is a significant direct possitive of effect between organizational culture, work team and intrinsic motivation, individually to normative commitment with significance level of 0,324, 0,181 and 0,169. (3) There is a indirect effect between organizational culture and work team, individually to normative commitment with the significance level of 0,210 and 0,229 weather intrinsic motivation. The study concluded: (1) Organizational culture and work team has a direct effect, individually to intrinsic motivation by 16% and 17%. (2) Organizational culture, work team and intrinsic motivation, individually has a direct effect to normative commitment by 10%, 3,3% and 2,8%. Thus suggested to improve the normative commitment should be increased organizational culture, work team and intrinsic motivation of teacher.

Abstract

Pendidikan yang berkualitas merupakan salah satu tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan di tahun 2030. Tercapainya pembangunan berkelanjutan di tahun 2030 sangat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pendidikan suatu negara. Mahasiswa adalah agent of change dan generasi millineal yang menjadi titik tumpu terwujudnya Sustainable Development Goals 2030. Kualitas mahasiswa di Perguruan Tinggi sangat dipengaruhi oleh implementasi kurikulum yang menjadi acuan pembelajaran. Adapun objek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Unimed sebanyak 143 responden angkatan/stambuk 2016 dan 2017, dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian expost facto. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel X (Kurikulum KKNI) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Y (Kualitas Mahasiswa) dengan hasil dari t-hitung> t-tabel (10,799 > 1,9769) dan taraf signifikansi alpha (0,05) Penerapan Kurikulum KKNI < 5% (0.000 < 0,005).
