Abstract

The development of Islamic boarding schools needs attention in improving the quality of management of facilities and infrastructure in line with technological developments. This Islamic boarding school has made changes in rearranging management and data collection in a modern way in the digitalization era. The aim is to develop the quality of website-based simatren as one of the manifestations of developing facilities within Islamic boarding schools. Researchers who use the Research & Development (R&D) methodology with a mixed method approach. The results of the data to be analyzed from the form of input, output, and outcome. Research results include input, substance organization and knowing the lack of features in repairing data through a system that has managed each substance. Output, the data that is managed begins to be organized, the students access it via the FRID Card automatically. The form of evaluation as reporting and follow-up of data can be seen more clearly and measurably. The quality competence of members as users seems to be getting used to the simatren in supporting soft skills and hard skills even though it is still in the transitional stage (trial and error). Outcome, the training process as a strengthening of management life skills by observing its development includes A yielding a percentage of 57%, while B yielding a percentage of 73.3%. This study concluded that simatren is a form of appropriate infrastructure in overcoming problems related to management and data collection in regulating quality management in a clear and sequential manner.

Abstract

PAUD environmental design management in terms of procedural planning concepts. This study aims to describe the environmental design management of PAUD green schools with insight, the waste management process towards learning activities and the supporting and inhibiting factors of waste management. This study used a qualitative research approach with descriptive data and a type of case study research (case study). Research result. Management design linkages such as place arrangement, indoor and outdoor displays are in accordance with procedural assessment standards. The waste management process for learning can focus on the character of children to become stronger to always love the environment. As for the specifications of the 3-R method as findings (1) Reuse reuses waste that is still functioning, especially used bottle feeding as a roof (2) reduces efforts to minimize waste used by children such as eating together with banana leaf mats. (3) Recycle manages useful products, especially towels, into flower pots. Supporting factors for waste management include solid teamwork, financing processes, supporting facilities and exemplary teachers. Meanwhile, the obstacle is the lack of integration in a more intensive learning process for children. Conclusions and suggestions can provide direction in keeping the environment clean, and even more creative in utilizing waste. manage waste and create works of art that sample high-value creativity.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a pop-up book media that focuses on discussing the language development of children aged 4-5 years in the reading aspect. Using research and development (R&D) methods, which is a research process used to produce certain products, and test the effectiveness of these products. The results of the validation by media experts got a percentage of 98%. Material expert validation I and IIgot a percentage of (I) 96% until (II) 100%. In small and large groups. Observation I got an average score of 42%, then, observation II got an average score of 58%. The results of the large group trial, in observation I got a score of 44%. observation II got a score of 56%. The results of the study show that the pop-up book media deserves to be used as a learning medium that can provide a stimulus to develop aspects of children's language, especially in learning to read. Suggestions for development, to develop pop-up book media products that are visual and digital, can be adjusted to the criteria of early childhood.

Abstract

The Mining games aim to develop children's cognitive-mathematical abilities in learning mathematics. The purpose of the research includes to describe the process of learning mathematics in mining games to improve children's cognitive abilities. This type of research uses a case study and the approach uses classroom action research (CAR). Teaching by (Home Visit) visits to students' homes in one week with 3 meetings. Data analysis techniques were obtained from observation data, interview data, and documentation data. The results and discussion of the research include the process of learning mathematics that can use modifications from the use of existing learning media. The average result of the increase between cycles I and II in each meeting (I) was 67.70%. (II) 75.78%, (III) 81.51% through the evaluation of 16 children in group A. The study concluded that mining games in mathematics learning had increased very significantly. The application process that pays attention to aspects of concentration, speed, and accuracy in cognitive-mathematical abilities in early childhood.

Abstract

Learning (Service Learning) is an approach that provides a practical application, new knowledge and skills to the needs of the community to develop the quality of learning for students. This study aims to describe the Service Learning process at KB Raudlatut Tholibin Bulupitu Gondanglegi-Malang. The qualitative research method is to understand what cases are experienced by the research subject holistically. Indicators developed in the form of curriculum implementation, developing learning strategies and learning management. The service learning process includes (1) the teacher must make the learning process as interesting as possible, (2) the messages conveyed through learning must be interesting, clear and real, (3) foster motivation to learn, (4) let children learn according to their interests. The strategy for the process of implementing Service Lerning is based on the awareness as an educator that it emphasizes teachers and school members complying with learning norms with discipline, guiding and directing to solve work problems, willing to provide assistance in a proportionate and professional manner. Suggestions related to teacher competence that the competence of teachers in this institution still needs to be improved.
