Abstract

The research sample was 50 respondents who were taken from the owner of the angkringan stalls. The results of the study resulted in a conclusion that there was a significant effect on product quality on business performance, there was a significant effect of price fixing on business performance, there was a significant influence on location on business performance and there was a joint influence on product quality, pricing and business location on micro-business performance. small and medium enterprises in Tangerang City. The location of the business has an influence on business performance, therefore it is recommended that the owner of an angkringan business in determining the location of the business can pay attention to environmental factors around the business location such as the condition of the community around the business location, the comfort and safety of the business place, and easy access to buyers. The results showed that there are still other factors that can affect the performance of the angkringan stalls besides product quality, pricing and business locations, therefore it is recommended that the owners of the angkringan stalls conduct a survey directly to buyers regarding the assessment of consumer satisfaction with product quality, product prices and business location based on buyers' perceptions so that owners of angkringan stalls can make strategies to improve their business according to the characteristics of buyers who are their target market.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of e-WOM, city branding on visiting decisions mediated by the image of the city in realizing a smart city towards the world-class city of Tangerang. This research model becomes very important to provide input to the Tangerang City government in improving the city image of the international community. Research samples from 169 people who have visited Tangerang City and lived in Jakarta, Bogor, and Bekasi, this study uses smartPLS 3 analysis. The results of this study found new findings from the influential city branding model of e-Wom. mediated by Citra City showed significant results and had an impact on increasing tourist visiting decisions. This research deserves to be the basis of a roadmap for the Tangerang City Government to pay attention to the importance of developing a city image model and to provide opportunities for researchers to study it in the future..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor eksternal perusahaan yaitu peluang dan ancaman serta faktor internal Kampus STISIP Yuppentek, yaitu kekuatan dan kelemahan, sebagai dasar penetapan manajemen strategi kampus dalam mengefisienkan dan mengefektifkan kinerja kampus dan perencanaan program kerja Kampus STISIP Yuppentek dalam 5 tahun mendatang. Dengan menggunakan analisis TOWS penetapan strategi Kampus STISIP Yuppentek disarankan untuk menggunakan stategi yang bersifat agresif (S-O), yaitu dengan menggencarkan promosi kampus yang sudah memiliki APS IP dan ABI nilai B dengan memanfaatkan banyaknya lulusan SLTA dan pendapatan masyarakat yang memadai dan meningkatkan kerjasama dengan organisasi pemerintah dan swasta dengan memanfaatkan keinginan masyarakat dalam menunjang karir pekerjaan.
