Abstract

Batik is a work of art belonging to Indonesia that cannot be denied. It is proven that in almost all corners of the archipelago, from the western tip of Sumatra to the eastern tip of Papua, you can easily find traditional batik centers. It is very appropriate that UNESCO has recognized that batik is the original cultural heritage of Indonesia. The tighter competition in batik business required new business breakthroughs both in terms of marketing methods and in terms of productivity. This needs to be done at “B-Dhan” Batik UKM which is located in Sumberbening Village, Bantur District, Malang Regency because the batik business is one of the livelihoods for the surrounding community, which in fact has a lot of seasonal unemployment and realizes the strength of the village economy. The problems faced by SMEs mentioned above are the limited ownership of batik production equipment available and from a management perspective, the ability to record, marketing and business management knowledge is still very low, and this will have an impact on the preparation of business strategies that must be carried out amid increasingly competition. high. The solution is to provide batik production equipment, increase accounting skills for SMEs, mastery of marketing management, and increase batik skills by providing trainings. The implementation of community service programs by considering the potential of batik SMEs in rural areas is expected to create equitable distribution of community welfare.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah agar pelaku usaha memiliki pengetahuan tentang aplikasi media promosi dan pemasaran online yang efektif bagi peningkatan penjualan produknya. Permasalahan yang dimiliki pelaku Usaha Kecil Mikro dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kelurahan Mojolangu Kecamatan Lowokwaru Kota Malang yaitu masih menjalankan usahanya dengan sistem tradisional, dan belum memiliki pengetahuan memadai tentang pemasaran secara online serta belum memiliki ketrampilan yang memadai dalam menggunakan media sosial berbasis web. Metode pendekatannya adalah berupa pelatihan kewirausahaan berbasis teknologi pasar online. Hasil pengembangan dan evaluasi kegiatan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dalam hal pemanfaatan media berbasis web dengan terwujudnya pasar online sebagai sarana kegiatan promosi dan pemasaran produk mereka.

Abstract

Gang 2 Brawijaya kelurahan Ketawang Gede lokasi dimana mitra usaha berada, merupakan daerah bantaran sungai brantas yang masyarakat disekitarnya adalah masyarakat yang kurang mampu. Mata pencaharian mereka antara lain sebagai pemulung, tukang kayu, tukang batu, pekerja kasar dan sektor informal yang lain. Keberadaan pengrajin botol kaca hias sangat berarti bagi masyarakat di sekitarnya. Terkait dengan kondisi tersebut kegiatan IbM ini dimaksudkan untuk mencari jalan keluar guna meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas dan tentunya juga meningkatkan daya saing dari pengrajin botol (kaca) hias. Jika program IPTEKS bagi masyarakat botol (kaca) hias ini terlaksana maka dampaknya adalah akan menampung lebih banyak pemulung (masyarakat sekitar), turunnya angka pengangguran dan kemiskinan, berkurangnya kesenjangan sosial dan pengrajin botol (kaca) hias ini bisa lebih eksis. Tersedianya lapangan pekerjaan akan berpengaruh pada terciptanya hubungan yang lebih harmonis diantara masyarakat, serta terciptanya keamanan dan ketentraman.

Abstract

Candy is a snack that is loved by children and adolescents, because it tastes sweet, has a distinctive aroma and is affordable. Many types of candy both made from artificial ingredients and from natural ingredients. Specially soft and chewy jelly candy is much loved by young people.A businessman partner named Dian Falah Fitriyana, ST is located at Jl. Ikan Hiu II / 19 Tunjungsekar Village, Lowokwaru District, Malang City innovates by producing jelly candy from fruit raw materials (apple jelly candy and dragon fruit jelly candy) and made from vegetable raw materials (Moringa jelly candy and carrot jelly candy). As it is known that apples, dragon fruit and vegetable Moringa and carrots have many health benefits. Raw material for jelly candy is only taken from the juice and not added with preservatives.The purpose of the PKM program is to increase the production capacity of partner entrepreneurs and provide online marketing training, training and accounting assistance, so that partner entrepreneurs can make financial reports needed for a productive business.The problem of micro entrepreneurs in general is not being able to increase their production because of limited capital, which has the effect of not being able to add or replace their more modern production facilities. Marketing limitations and not doing financial records properly. The Community Partnership Program (PKM), which provides production support equipment and management improvements, will certainly increase production outputThe solutions offered by the PKM program to increase the production capacity of partner entrepreneurs are to provide juicers, sterilitators, sealers, digital scales, LPG ovens, containers, trays, containers. Meanwhile, to improve financial management and product marketing, the Team provides training and mentoring in accounting and marketing training. It is expected that partner entrepreneurs are able to make financial records (cash flow) and market their products through internet marketing.Partner entrepreneurs with the help of new equipment from the PKM program are targeting production to increase by 50% to 100%. This optimistic target is achieved due to juice, sterilitators, chopper machines, large ovens and more modern production facilities, entrepreneurs will be able to serve the demands of more consumers.The progress of PKM program activities has reached 70% of the target, but there are still activities to assist in making financial reporting and online marketing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh ekspektasi pendapatan, lingkungan dan kekuatan mental terhadap minat mahasiswa berwirausaha. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode kualitatif dengan paparan deskriptif analisis. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh adalah semua informan berpendapat bahwa ekspektasinya terhadap pendapatan sangat mempengaruhi minatnya untuk berwirausaha, karena bisa mendapatkan penghasilan yang jauh lebih besar dibandingkan bila menjadi seorang pegawai atau PNS. Lingkungan masyarakat banyak memberi pelajaran mengenai cara pengembangan bisnis yang tepat, karena memacu progress bisnis mereka, di lingkungan ini mereka juga banyak belajar dari pengalaman mereka yang terlebih dulu merasakan pahit getir dan jatuh bangunnya berwirausaha. Adapun kekuatan mental wirausaha sangat besar peranannya dalam mempengaruhi minat wirausaha, karena mereka menyadari bila seorang interpreuner itu harus memiliki semangat yang tinggi dan tidak mudah putus asa saat melakukan sesuatu, berani mengambil resiko dan penuh dengan tekad yang kuat. Abstract

Family financial planning is a strategy to achieve family financial goals in the short and long term. Good financial planning certainly cannot be separated from good financial management, because good financial management attitudes start from the implementation of good financial attitudes. Partners in this Community Service Program are women in the Mojolangu village, Lowokwaru sub-district, Malang city. The method of implementing this service is the interview, presentation and discussion method. Based on the results of the interviews, it can be concluded that the problems that occurred, namely: (1) lack of public knowledge in managing family finances and also good financial planning. (2) The community has not recorded their results (3) there are still many mothers who lack knowledge about the importance of saving as a priority. The solutions offered in this service are as follows: (1) provide education/knowledge about the importance of how to manage family finances smartly and carefully, (2) the service team provides education/knowledge about the importance of recording and household financial income from business results, (3) the proposing team will provide education / insight related to the importance of knowledge about saving and investment activities.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the potential for bankruptcy of four cigarette companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 period using the Altman Z-Score method. The data used in the research were secondary data sourced from the financial statements of four companies taken using the purposive sampling method. The results indicated that, in 2018, one company went bankrupt, i.e., PT Bentoel International Investama Tbk. Meanwhile, the other three companies, i.e., PT Gudang Garam Tbk, PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna, and PT Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk, were categorized in a healthy condition. These results can be used as an early warning for investors in making safe investment decisions. As for companies that are predicted to go bankrupt, they can immediately find the right solution to improve their performance. Keywords: bankcuptcy, company share, financial ratio, Z-score

Abstract

Kota Malang terus menggencarkan pertanian perkotaan melalui urban farming mulai dari tingkat RT/RW hingga ke perkantoran. Urban farming merupakan kegiatan produktif untuk memanfaatkan ruang terbuka serta sebagai optimalisasi lahan pekarangan dan lahan kosong sekitar rumah. Urban farming juga bertujuan untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam penganekaragaman konsumsi pangan berbasis sumber daya lokal. Warga di Kelurahan Mojolangu khususnya di kawasan RT 04 RW 18 saat ini sedang menjalankan program urban farming dengan membudidayakan berbagai jenis tanaman, buah dan sayuran dengan berfokus pisang sebagai tanaman icon kampungnya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan konsep urban farming agar dapat memenuhi ketahanan pangan, meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan juga menjadikan lingkungan semakin hijau dan sehat. Tahapan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi pengondisian lapangan pada saat survei dan pelaksanaan kegiatan; menyiapkan bahan- bahan yang disumbangkan kepada warga RW 18 Mojolangu; melakukan dokumentasi; dan membantu menyusun laporan kegiatan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini berupa konsep urban farming yang diterapkan di RW 18 Kelurahan Mojolangu, Kecamatan Lowokwaru Kota Malang
