Abstract

Wirausaha merupakan potensi pembangunan dan akan lebih baik jika ditunjang oleh wirausahawan yang dapat mendukung perekonomian di Indonesia. Mahasiswa mempunyai potensi yang besar dalam berwirausaha. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan antara peubah Lingkungan, Kepribadian, dan Motivasi berwirausaha terhadap Minat berwirausaha (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial antara peubah Lingkungan, Kepribadian, dan Motivasi berwirausaha  terhadap Minat berwirausaha. Metode pengumpulan datanya adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner pada  mahasiswa STIE Malangkucecwara yang disebar secara acak kepada 112 dengan teknik pengambilan sampelnya adalah teknik simple random sampling.Hasil Penelitian menujukkan bahwa hipotesis 1 dan 2 adalah mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan baik secara simultan dan parsial. Sedangkan pengaruh yang paling dominan adalah peubah lingkungan keluarga.

Abstract

The role of entrepreneurship in development is able to absorb labor so that it will have an impact on a country's economic growth. For this reason, the role of entrepreneurship must continue to be developed in order to increase the country's economy and national security and not be dependent on other countries. This shows that small businesses can be used as an opportunity for people to create jobs. . The objectives in this study are: (1) To examine the partial effect between capital factors, independence and family factors on entrepreneurship in entrepreneurship? (2) To examine the simultaneous effect between capital factors, independence and family factors on women in entrepreneurship. The population in this study was UMKM Posdaya under the guidance of STIEMalangkucecwara. The results show that there is a significant and simultaneous influence between capital factors, independence and family factors on entrepreneurship in business people. Furthermore, which has the greatest influence is the capital factor variable that is equal to 0.522

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ROA dan BOPO terhadap tingkat bagi hasil deposito mudharabah pada bank umum syariah di Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah bank umum syariah yang terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dan Bank Indonesia (BI). Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 11 bank umum syariah dan objeknya selama tahun 2016-2018. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa variabel ROA (X1) berpengaruh negative signifikan terhadap deposito mudharabah (Y) dan variabel BOPO (X2) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap deposito mudharabah (Y)

The export products such as fruit chips increasingly demanding public. Malang is known as one of the premier tourist destination in East Java, it's cold many sites of historical sites and many interesting attractions, along with the rapid development of tourism is also developing in the center by the poor with andalanya icon is tempe chips and fruit chips. Science activities for Export Product performed on both partners to produce fruit chips, namely CV Kajeye Food Arjosari Malang and CV Jago Pakis Jaya in Malang aims to provide reinforcement for both partners in the application of technology and improving the quality and quantity of products to be exported. Both partners feel the support that is appropriate to their needs to improve its business mainly in activating the export of products in the form of support equipment frezeer / Coolstorage, Spinner and Vacuum Frying and mentoring to both the UKM partners in order to improve the quality and quantity of the products supplied in the form of training to improve employee productivity through 5 R.

Abstract

Activities that support the development of children in the golden age (1-5 years) can be done both at home and in PAUD and TK schools. Child growth at this time is fast. If the child can do the task given according to his age, then the chances of his success in carrying out other tasks according to the child's age development in the following year will be greater. The media used in children's cognitive development in early childhood and kindergarten is basically a safe and enjoyable medium. The teacher can use the media as an intermediary in delivering. An activity favored by PAUD and TK children is playing activities. Almost all playing activities actually use educational games (APE). "Harapan" PAUD and TK in Bajulmati village, Kec. Gedangan Malang Regency is in a very remote area and far from urban development. All-improper conditions cause the learning process to run simply. Limited facilities in the learning process cause the results of students are not optimal. The learning method applied by the teaching teacher is also still with old knowledge, not yet using the latest learning methods according to the development of the modern era education. The learning process will be more increased, interesting and the child will get the opportunity to develop all the potential that exists, the child will find himself, namely strengths, weaknesses, abilities and interests, even his own needs. So that it can improve cognitive development in children through learning strategies with game media in early childhood. Activities that have been carried out in the Community Partnership Program have been carried out to increase outdoor educational game equipment in the form of rocking and rocking bridges, as well as indoor educational games in the form of letters and numbers, lego puzzle pipes, pyramid, magic sand, color beams, puzlle beams , stamps, and equipped with lockers for storing student bags, as well as assistance with tambourine music equipment to balance right and left brain functions.

Abstract

Degenerative disease is a disease that needs special attention because with age, the functions of the organs of the body begin to decline. In connection with this, Community Service in the form of counseling about degenerative diseases and conducting health checks on local residents. This activity was carried out as a form of collaboration between STIE Malangkucecwara and LKSA At Taufiq Islamic Boarding School. The main goal is that residents gain sufficient insight and knowledge about degenerative diseases and know how to handle them. It is hoped that this counseling and examination will create people who are more alert and have a high awareness of health for a better life in the future.

Abstract

One of the efforts to develop the Kajoetangan heritage village of Malang is the development of product diversification. This is an effort that can be developed in order to find a unique heritage village of Kajoetangan, Malang city with other tourist villages in Indonesia. This form of diversification is the buildings of ancient houses that can be fixed so as to present the atmosphere of the Dutch colonial era to visitors to this tourist village.In addition to buildings, it also presents old products that can support this, such as ancient chandeliers, old moped, vintage motorbikes, as well as old furniture and household items.Supporting the product diversification is a strategic plan for culinary centers or traditional hawker sellers carried out by local residents so as to support the colonial era nuance to visitors of the Kajoetangan heritage village of Malang city.Another supporter of this diversification is the strategic plan for the center for selling souvenirs typical of the Kajoetangan heritage village in the form of t-shirts with Kajoetangan heritage images, old-style lurik clothes, Malangan blangkon, and other souvenirs. This will make the characteristic of a wooden heritage village that distinguishes it from other tourist villages. This is a good strategic plan for the development and promotion of media for the Kajoetangan heritage villageStrategy Plan for Diversification of tourism products that do not exist in other tourist villages in Malang and other cities in Indonesia. Abstract

Muharram month is the month for Muslims to maximize their practice by sharing with others. For this reason, the service team of STIE Malangkucecwara together with Lazis Sabilillah Malang carried out spiritual activities with the theme of the meaning of Muharram as well as providing entrepreneurial motivation for orphans and poor people in the Sabilillah mosque area of Malang. This activity is at the same time providing compensation as a give away for orphans and dhuahas. This activity is expected to make the month of Muharram more meaningful and meaningful by making them happy and encouraging them to rise.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan perusahaan menggunakan analisis rasio keuangan.Rasio keuangan yang digunakan yaitu rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas dan rasio aktivitas.Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yaitu laporan keuangan PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero), Tbk dari tahun 2016 sampai dengan 2018.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi.Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode time series analysis yaitu membandingkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan dalam beberapa periode.Hasil perhitungan rasio likuiditas adalah perusahaan mampu memenuhi kewajiban keuangannya yang berjangka pendek.Hasil perhitungan rasio solvabilitas adalah tidak baik dikarenakan jumlah hutang lebih besar dari pada modal.Hasil perhitungan rasio profitabilitas perusahaan telah mampu dalam meningkatkan laba perusahaan namun pada ROI dan ROE perusahaan belum cukup mampu menghasilkan laba.Hasil perhitungan rasio aktivitas adalah perusahaan kurang efisien dalam menggunakan aktiva perusahaan.Kata Kunci :Rasio Likuiditas, Rasio Solvabilitas, Rasio Profitabilitas, Rasio Aktivitas Abstract This study aims to determine the company's financial performance using financial ratio analysis. The financial ratios used are liquidity ratios, solvency ratios and activity ratios. Data sources in this study are secondary data namely PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero), Tbk from 2016 to 2018. The data collection technique used is documentation. The analysis method used is the time series analysis method, which compares the company's financial performance in several periods. The result of calculating the liquidity ratio is that the company is able to meet obligations short-term financial results. Solvability ratio calculation results are not good because the amount of debt is greater than capital. The results of the calculation of the profitability ratio of the company has been able to increase company profits, but the ROI and ROE companies have not been able to generate profits. less efficient in using company assets.Keywords: Liquidity Ratio, Solvency Ratio, Profitability Ratio, Activity Ratio
