Abstract

Latex just been tapped has a high level ofmoisture content. To be useful for production, latex should be dried toreducewater content. Latex drying by rubber farmers is commonly to do conducted in opened areas for 14 dayswith a very thick size of latex. Therefore, we should be solutions to make latex drying faster. This research, latexdryingwas treatment by using greenhouse effect dryerwith difference of thickness. The aims of this researchwasto find out characteristics of latex drying using dimension of greenhouse effect dryer is 150 x 70 x 120 cm. Latexwas coagulated on containers, with dimension of containers is 40 x 10 x 15 cm. Latex was formed with anequipmentwhich intervals of 2, 1.5, and 1 cmand thenslabwas dried. Result of this research, latexwas driedwithgreenhouse for 9 hour/day for 6 days along. Temperatures of greenhouse effect dryer ranged from30 to 500Cwithrelative humidity of approximately 47%. The treatment with thickness of 2, 1,5 and 1 cm has final moisturecontent respectively were 9.53%, 8.96%, and 5.87%bb, and drying acceleration during drying process were0.3773%, 0.4119%, and 0.4445%w/w / day. Keywords :DryingAcceleration, GrenhouseDryer, Latex,Moisture Content, Thickness

Abstract

The development of digital technology has drastically changed the marketing paradigm, forcing companies to adapt to new approaches that are more interactive and data-driven. This research aims to analyse the transformation of marketing strategies in the digital era through a literature study that examines various changes in traditional marketing methods towards digital. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this research identifies the role of social media, technology, and e-commerce in changing the marketing landscape. The results show that social media has become a key channel for building interactive relationships with consumers through visual content and influencer marketing. Technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, and marketing automation are also proven to increase the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by providing a more personalised experience. On the other hand, e-commerce platforms provide great opportunities for companies to expand market reach and improve competitiveness through promotions and loyalty programmes. The study also underlines the importance of innovation in marketing strategies to survive in an increasingly competitive market. This research makes an important contribution in understanding the dynamics of digital marketing and its implications for companies, especially in facing the challenges and opportunities that arise in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of local culture on recruitment and selection processes in multinational companies, as well as the challenges faced in integrating cultural values with global recruitment policies. Local culture plays an important role in shaping the mindset and behaviour of candidates and influencing their expectations of the organisation. Therefore, companies operating in different countries need to adjust their recruitment and selection strategies to accommodate cultural differences. This research examines how culture influences the selection process, especially in the context of Indonesia as a country with high cultural diversity. Using a qualitative approach and literature review, this research found that understanding local culture can improve the effectiveness of recruitment and selection. The main challenge faced is creating a balance between the company's global standards and sensitivity to local social and cultural norms. The results of this study provide insights into how companies can design more inclusive and effective recruitment strategies, as well as how technologies such as e-recruitment can play a role in creating greater diversity in the work environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze working capital management in multinational companies, focusing on centralized cash management, cash flow optimization, and excess cash investment. In the context of multinational companies, efficient cash management is essential to ensure adequate liquidity, reduce dependence on external financing, and increase profitability. Centralized cash management allows companies to consolidate all funds owned and optimize cash flow across various branches or subsidiaries.Meanwhile, cash flow optimization is carried out through efficient cash cycle management, by accelerating receipts and slowing debt payments. Excess cash investment, which consists of funds not used in operational activities, is an important source for companies to increase returns while maintaining sufficient liquidity. This study also explores the application of technology in cash management, such as the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and integrated cash management systems, which enable faster and more accurate decision making in cash flow management and excess cash investment. The results of the study indicate that good cash management can improve operational efficiency and strengthen the financial position of multinational companies, with a positive impact on long-term performance. Therefore, the right working capital management strategy is essential for multinational companies to survive and thrive in a dynamic global market.
