Abstract

Sebagai pengajar atau pendidik, guru merupakan salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan setiap upaya pendidikan. Itulah sebabnya setiap inovasi pendidikan, khususnya dalam kurikulum dan peningkatan sumber daya manusia yang dihasilkan dari upaya pendidikan selalu bermuara pada faktor guru. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa betapa eksisnya peran guru dalam dunia pendidikan. Agar dapat mengajar efektif, guru harus mampu meningkatkan kesempatan belajar bagi peserta didik (kuantitas) dan meningkatkan mutu (kualitas) mengajar.Tujuan diadakannya Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS) ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauhmana peningkatan kinerja guru dalam perancangan pembelajaran melalui supervisi akademik kepala sekolah di SD Negeri 10 Cakranegara Kota Mataram Semester Satu Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Dari hasil tindakan yang dilakukan terbukti dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru dengan mencapai standar ideal. Hasil penelitian pada siklus I observasi Kepala Sekolah rata-rata (3,30), observasi guru rata-rata (3,50) dan hasil supervisi akademik guru kelas rata-rata nilai (69,08). Pada siklus II observasi kepala Sekolah rata-rata (4,60), observasi guru rata-rata (4,67) dan hasil supervisi akademik di sasaran rata-rata nilai (90,19). Indikator keberhasilan telah tercapai, penelitian di nyatakan berhasil dan dihentikan pada siklus II.Kesimpulan; Hasil penelitian tindakan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru dengan ketuntasan mencapai 100%. Dengan demikian penerapan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah efektif meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam perancangan pembelajaran di SD Negeri 10 Cakranegara.

Abstract

Interest in learning is a person's tendency towards something he wants and creates a feeling of pleasure about that something. Interest is very influential on the achievements achieved, people who do not have an interest in a job, it is impossible to master it properly. If someone feels something is profitable for him then his interest will be higher, and it can bring satisfaction from within, if someone feels dissatisfied, then interest in something will also decrease. If the interest is ingrained in the student, the willingness to learn will drastically arise by itself. . Interest in learning means that if someone is interested in a lesson, he will have a feeling of interest in that lesson. He will study diligently and continue to understand all the knowledge related to that field, he will follow the lessons enthusiastically and without any burden on him. Like the children at the Shade of Kasih Kemuliaan Orphanage, they want to increase their interest in learning, especially in English lessons. And really need help to increase their interest in learning. The process of providing this assistance was carried out in the PKL 2 mini project activities, namely by using the Groupwork method as a social work technical approach aimed at helping individuals who experience problems with face-to-face services. Several stages consist of Assessment, Program Planning, Intervention, Program Evaluation and the last stage is Termination. The focus of solving client problems is to convince the client to be even more active in the learning process. The purpose of this strategy was declared successful with significant client changes including in the learning process which increased interest in learning for him.

Abstract

The management system at the Rancaekek DTP Health Center is still processed manually, so it is less effective and efficient. Officers are still experiencing difficulties in collecting data. The purpose of this research is to facilitate the management of office stationery. The result of this study is a desktop-based office stationery management information system application at the Rancaekek DTP Public Health Center in Bandung Regency. The data processing method in this study used qualitative and the waterfall software development method, with Analysis and Design tools using UML (Unified Modeling Language), language visual basic programming and Microsoft Access database. The developed application is informative. Login and password will ensure data confidentiality and an attractive interface. We hope this application can speed up the process of managing office stationery and reduce errors of using a manual system, so that reports can be properly accounted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan motivasi belajar pada murid SDI Al Furqon Bangkalan Madura. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 30 orang. Alat ukur motivasi belajar berupa kuesioner skala Likert sebanyak 20 item. Hasil validitas alat ukur menunjukkan semua item valid. Reliabilitas menunjukkan skor 0,824. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat motivasi belajar pada murid SDI ini tergolong sedang. Temuan lainnya yaitu dimensi pembentuk motivasi ini didominasi keinginan murid untuk berhasil dalam belajar (21%), diikuti oleh dimensi penghargaan dalam proses belajar (20%) yang sama besarnya dengan dimensi kegiatan belajar yang menarik (20%), selanjutnya dimensi kebutuhan dalam belajar (16%), dimensi cita-cita masa depan (9%), dan yang terkecil adalah dimensi lingkungan yang kondusif untuk belajar (14%).

Abstract

The System Information Management (SIM) website of Universitas Qamarul Huda Badaruddin BAGU serves as a digital platform designed to support academic and administrative services. This study aims to evaluate the quality of the website by combining functional testing using the Equivalent Partitioning technique and usability assessment through the System Usability Scale (SUS). Functional testing was performed on key features such as the login page, digital library (DILA), user profile, SISKA academic module, and e-money services. The results indicated that the login feature functioned as expected, while several weaknesses were identified in other modules, including the absence of input restrictions in DILA, incomplete validation in profile forms, and insufficient error handling in SISKA and e-money transactions. The usability evaluation involved 80 respondents from various study programs who completed the SUS questionnaire. The analysis yielded an average score of 46.91, corresponding to Grade D, which reflects low usability. While users appreciated the website’s visual appearance and the ease of checking payments via e-money, concerns were raised regarding navigation, error handling, and the effectiveness of learning support features. Overall, the findings suggest that although the MIS website fulfills its basic functions, significant improvements are needed in terms of input validation, interface design, and user experience. This research contributes practical insights for enhancing the reliability and usability of university information systems and provides a foundation for future development aimed at creating more efficient and user-friendly platforms.
