Abstract

Current technological developments, encourage every organization to process data quickly, completely and accurately. One technology that can help in processing data in an organizational environment is to use computer devices and computerized systems that are good and appropriate. This research was conducted at the Sibabangun District Head Office in Central Tapanuli District, the form of research used in this study was descriptive qualitative to help analyze data and facts obtained. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that the role of computerization in increasing employee work productivity at the Sibabangun Sub-District Head Office in Central Tapanuli Regency is very helpful for the work process carried out in the sub-district office. In addition, computers are tools that support the work processes used by the employees of the Sibabangun sub-district office to create systems and services that produce good work productivity for the sub-district.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has greatly impacted all people in various walks of life and sectors of life, especially in the food and beverage service business industry such as at PT. Bisa Group Outlet Paradise Dynasty.  So the main step from the government, especially in the city of Medan, is to issue Medan Mayor Regulation No. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method which was conducted by means of open and in-depth interviews.  The theory used in this study is the theory of G. Shabbir Cheema and Dennis A. Rondinelli models to determine the success of the implementation of several variables used, namely: environmental conditions, resources, organizational relationships, and characteristics of the implementor. The results of this study based on the presentation and analysis of data by the author, it can be concluded that the implementation of the adaptation of new habits in the conditions of the covid-19 pandemic at the determining paradise dynasty outlet was successfully implemented based on indicators of environmental conditions, resources, organizational relations, and characteristics of the implementor.  .  However, from the successful implementation of the adaptation, the obstacle encountered was the lack of awareness of visitors to comply with health protocols

Abstract

Optimization is part of maximizing activities so as to realize the desired or desired profit. That with the optimization efforts can be realized activities and or programs effectively and efficiently. This research is based on the service and performance of the Bandar Rejo Village government in the field of community empowerment in Bandar Rejo Village. This study aims to determine the study of village institutions in carrying out their duties and functions to regulate and manage the interests of the community. The research method used is descriptive method with qualitative analysis, namely data collected from interviews with resource persons to describe the service system and performance in the field of community empowerment, through open interviews with the village head's office as many as 4 (three) people. The results show that leadership in community empowerment has been going quite well, but there are still obstacles given that there are associations of citizens who have opinions and thoughts on their lives so that community participation in empowerment activities is not optimal so that there are several work implementation processes that have not been implemented. optimal.
