Abstract

The convenience that is currently obtained in doing work is the role of rapidly developing technology and the need to complete a job quickly. It is undeniable that there are still many people who are very reluctant to technology use. This reluctance can be caused by lack of will learning or inadequate facilities and the absence of motivating or construction. Guidance on the use of application software aims to make Church administrators Bethel Indonesia (GBI) Rawa Indah RT.03 RW.12 No.10 Kibing Batu Aji can understand how to use application software, namely Microsoft office excel to assist in how to use application software for good church activities in the form of making good financial reports, good invitation letters and others etc. The method of service carried out is by providing material about the use of application software in the form of tutorials that are made simply with easy-to-understand steps and direct practice and accompanied by a coaching team in addition to that will be given training to evaluate the level of understanding of the coaching participants. Therefore, application software development it will be indispensable for church administrators who are interested in studying it. The main target of this development is to create a society that can implement technology, especially application software to make it easier to work on work, especially in financial reporting by utilizing software application and understand how to use the application software. Results dedication shows that the targets set can be achieved, namely the management GBI Rawa Indah church can apply Microsoft Excel to make reports finance.

Abstract

Many MSMEs fail in the initial operational process, one of the reasons for the failure of these MSMEs is the lack of analysis of the feasibility study of the business being carried out. In the process, most of the PESSAs members who work as traders experience many problems in developing and determining the location of the business. For this reason, community service this time is coaching in understanding and making a business feasibility study of a business, the method used in community service this time is first the Lecturer Team gives lectures and explanations about the theory of business feasibility studies, both participants will be given coaching in making business feasibility studies starting from investment costs to socio-economic analysis, the three participants will be given the opportunity to discuss the problems faced in making a business feasibility study. It is hoped that this community service program can contribute in the form of: First, participants are motivated to make business feasibility studies, second, participants are able to be skilled in making business feasibility studies. Based on the guidance that has been carried out by members of PESSAS, they are able to make their own business feasibility studies

Abstract

AbstrakWilayah Batu Aji Kota Batam memiliki sejumlah pengusaha baik itu usaha mikro, kecil maupun menengah (UMKM).UMKM tersebut memiliki perencanaan dalam memanfaatkan digital marketing bagi tumbuh dan kembangnya usaha yang dikelola oleh UMKM tersebut. Perencanaan program ini diharapkan juga dapat membantu menambahkan pendapatan masyarakat. Masyarakat telah memiliki cara pemasaran sendiri. Akan tetapi, pengetahuan mengenai digital marketing yang masih minim. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi terhadap hal tersebut, dengan pembinaan pemanfaatan digital marketing bagi UMKM Kecamatan Batu Aji. Peserta dalam pembinaan ini akan diberikan kepada para pelaku UMKM batu aji. Pelaksaan kegiatan akan dilakukan minimal tiga kali pertemuan. Dimana kegiatan terdiri dari sosialisasi, praktek langsung dan melihat hasil dalam pelaksanaan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dalam bentuk pembinaan. Ekspektasi tim pengabdian adalah peningkatan pendapatan dan keunggulan produk di UMKM batu aji serta dapat membuka lapangan pekerjaan ataupun membukabisnis dengan pemanfaatan digital marketing.Kata Kunci ; Digital, Marketing, UMKM AbstractThe Batu Aji area of Batam City has a number of entrepreneurs both micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). UMKM has a plan in utilizing digital marketing for the growth and development of businesses managed by these MSMEs. This program planning is also expected to help increase community income. The community has their own marketing method. However, knowledge about digital marketing is still minimal. This service activity aims to provide solutions to this, by fostering the use of digital marketing for SMEs in Batu Aji District. Participants in this training will be given to the stone aji SMEs. Implementation of activities will be carried out at least three times a meeting. Where the activity consists of socialization, direct practice and see results in implementation. Community service activities are carried out in the form of guidance. The service team's expectation is to increase revenue and product excellence at UMKM Batu Aji and be able to open jobs or open businesses using digital marketing.Keyword : Digital, Marketing, MSMEs

Abstract

Drying clothes is one activity that moften done in household life. Batam islands almost rainfall throughout the year and the people of Batam City are working in the industrial and government sectors indirectly often outside the house so that the activities of drying clothes left abandoned or working, so become it rains or when the night come can not lift clothesline. Based on these problems the researcher wishes to design and build a system that can work automatically by using arduino uno R3 as control system and fuzzy logic method mamdani as logic control system and utilizing water sensors and LDR sensors as input data from the outside environment in case of change. Based on the result of testing of smart clothesline system based on Arduino using fuzzy logic method can be concluded that the system has been in accordance with the rule base created using fuzzy mamdani logic approach. That servo motors can move from angle 0˚ to angle 90˚, which means to move close when the water sensor exposed to water (rain) and LDR sensor when not exposed to light (night), and servo motors can move from corner 90˚ to corner 0 ˚ which means moving open when the dry water sensor (Heat) and the LDR sensor are exposed to light (Daylight).

Abstract

The stock market has been very hard hit during the Covid 19 pandemic, many stock prices have plummeted which is influenced by negative sentiment in the form of uncertainty about when this Covid will end. On the other hand, this situation is a very big opportunity to invest because it buys cheap stock prices. Prediction is an instrument that can assist in making decisions about buying and selling shares. We can process daily time series data of stock prices as a reference in estimating the ups and downs of stock prices. In this study, the data used are daily data on the highest stock pricesduring the Covid-19 period. This data pattern formation is assumed with six days as input and the seventh day as the expected target. The data pattern that is formed is divided into two parts, namely the training data pattern and the test data pattern. The prediction method used is the Generalize Fuzzy Inference System (Genfis3). Genfis3 is a combination of Fuzzy C-Means and Adaptive Neural Fuzzy Inference (ANFIS). The training data will be clustered into 3 (low, medium and high) using FCM then the membership function of each cluster will be entered into ANFIS to form an inference engine. Based on the results of the research, Genfis 3 could recognize the pattern of training data well with a MAPE of 3.7%. Based on the test with the test data pattern, GENFIS 3 is able to predict the test data pattern very well with a MAPE of 2.24%.

Abstract

The increasing number of customers at minimarkets creates problems in the convenience and effectiveness of the shopping process at the minimarket. The problem of information regarding the data of goods is often complained of by customers, such as there is often a difference in the price listed on the shelf with the price at the checkout and the lack of information makes customers busy looking for employees to ask about item details. The purpose of this study is to produce an android-based cashier application to help minimarket visitors to see information about the price of goods, the amount of groceries and the total shopping to be paid at the cashier. In addition, this application also includes information on expired items so that customers can find comfort in the forest. This application has a barcode scanning feature where each item is scanned and can view item details such as id, name, dimensions, quantity, color, price, and images of goods and expiration date. This mini market application is based on android which is integrated on a server via the internet and is supported by the MYSQL Database. By using a system like this, customer comfort and satisfaction when it is expected will increase and become more value from the minimarket side itself so that it helps cashiers in the process of managing sales data more effectively, efficiently and accurately so that customers get comfort in shopping activities and do not feel suspicious about the cheating of convenience stores.
