Dalam pelaksanaan suatu proyek pembangunan kapal, perencanaan biaya merupakan fungsi yang paling pokok dalam mewujudkan tujuan proyek seperti halnya kesesuaian biaya, waktu dan mutu perlu dilakukan secara terpadu dan menyeluruh, terlebih khusus dalam hal biaya diperlukan untuk upah dan bahan. Banyak kontraktor yang mengalami kerugian dalam proyek bangunan kapal karena harga penawaran proyek tidak mampu menutupi biaya – biaya operasional dan upah karyawan buruh. Salah satu penyebab kontraktor mengalami kerugian adalah tidak mampu menghitung biaya – biaya yang harus di keluarkan dalam proses pembangunan proyek kapal. maka dari itu dibutuhkan sebuah sistem. Penyelesaian masalah produksi menggunakan metode Sugeno menggunakan konstanta atau fungsi matematika dari variabel input, dan pada proses defuzzifikasinya mengunakan metode rata-rata terpusat.

Based on the Batam City government program to increase the food security of Batam City so as not to depend on other regions where Batam City has been fulfilling its basic needs such as rice, fruit and vegetables, import  from West Sumatra and North Sumatra, the success of its food security program will specifically choose an island to develop agriculture because each island in the Batam Islands is not suitable to be designed as an industrial area so that the specificity of an island developed for agriculture is needed. To participate in supporting the Batam City government program in developing food security in agriculture, a good irrigation or irrigation system is needed. The problem of irrigation water distribution occurs when the amount of water available is smaller than the needs of irrigation water, especially during the dry season. So that efficient use of irrigation water is needed. The uneven distribution of water due to poor management of irrigation water sources will greatly affect the success of the production of an agricultural product. to build a smart irrigation system using soil moiture sensors and Arudino-based water level sensors, it can be seen that the prototype system can function because the components used work in the order, and the results are obtained when the sensor water level is greater than 600 then the LED lights live red and buzzer will sound loudly indicating water tank below the level, when the value of soil moisture sensor is greater or equal to 700 then the red LED light is on and the buzzer sounds low indicating dray soil conditions and the water pump / selenoid valve will be on and green LED lights will live, when the value of soil moisture sensor is smaller 700 then the live yellow LED lights show moist soil and water pump / selenoid valve conditions, and when the value of soil moisture sensor is smaller than 300 then the blue LED light will live shows Soggy soil and water pump / selenoid valve off, the prototype of the smart irrigation system has the same design as it has been made.

Pelatihan Perancang dengan Menggunakan Perancang CAD untuk UKM Garmen Kabupaten Batu Aji, Batam. Industri garmen di Batam menjadi perhatian khusus pemerintah kota Batam untuk mempersiapkan keterampilan para pekerja dan juga para pemain industri garmen kecil untuk menghadapi tantangan-tantangan ini. Kondisi seperti itu tentu saja ideal untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan dapat memasarkan hasil produksi garmen yang dihasilkan berdasarkan teknologi informasi dan komputer. Dalam layanan ini, pengembangan usaha kecil industri / garmen dalam pembuatan desain mode menggunakan sistem CAD sebagai solusi alternatif untuk menggantikan cara manual dalam membuat desain mode. CAD adalah teknologi yang terkait dengan penggunaan sistem komputer untuk membantu dalam penciptaan, modifikasi, analisis, dan optimalisasi desain. Alat yang digunakan adalah Marvelous Designer 3 Software yang memiliki fungsi untuk mempermudah proses pembuatan pakaian dan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen yang memesan karena memiliki fungsi memberikan tampilan nyata bagaimana pakaian yang akan dirancang terlihat. Sehingga membuat desain menggunakan sistem CAD tentu memiliki keunggulan dalam akurasi, kemudahan, kesesuaian dengan hasil, biaya dan waktu yang dihasilkan.

The purpose of this research is to control, monitoring, and broadcast video, audio, text with digital signage system based on cloud and IPTV. It also provides multi content on one screen display included YouTube channel and RSS feed. Network connection transfer using internet protocol, the component of cloud-based and IPTV included with a content management system and a broadcast management system. Companies provide digital signage services are still using one of the ads in large size, this can alleviate the cost of advertising using digital signage. Therefore, the result is a designed from a display of how the content can be variatif when displayed on a digital signage as well through cloud-based and IPTV.

The company has many branch or dealer as CV. This new TJAHAJA, requires locations that must be considered in setting up a new branch, should be able to influence consumer purchasing patterns, because the pattern of purchase every consumer is different – different. This needs to be analyzed further so that it can yield useful information, as well as maximize the benefits to be gained. Data Mining can be usedby large companies to dig up the data to get information that can support and improve the business processes of the company. Then in this research done testing with FP-Growth algorithm to help companies figure out the pattern of consumer purchase transactions and sales of spare parts. Keywords: Data Mining,Algoritma FP-Growth, Consumer PurchasingPada perusahaan yang mempunyai banyak cabang atau dealer seperti CV.TJAHAJA BARU ini, membutuhkan lokasi yang harus diperhatikan dalam mendirikan sebuah cabang baru , harus dapat mempengaruhi pola pembelian konsumen, karena pola pembelian setiap konsumen berbeda – beda. Hal ini perlu dianalisis lebih jauh sehingga dapat menghasilkan informasi yang bermanfaat, serta memaksimalkan keuntungan yang bisa diperoleh. Data Mining bisa digunakan oleh perusahaan besar untuk menggali data untuk mendapatkan informasi yang dapat menunjang dan meningkatkan proses bisnis perusahaan tersebut. Maka dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pengujian meggunakan algoritma FP-Growth untuk membantu perusahaan mengetahui pola pembelian konsumen dan transaksi penjualan spare part.Kata kunci: Data Mining,Algoritma FP-Growth, Pembelian konsumen

The Generate and Tesr algorithm is a very simple method in a heuristic search. The completion process of this algorithm is a combination of depth-first search with backtracking because the solution must be generated completely before testing. systematically and following procedures will find a solution. The problem in this study is that if the problem discussed in the Generate test algorithm is very broad, it takes a long time to solve it. The main purpose of this study is to find the shortest alternative route to find a solution in order to obtain the smallest route so as to save transportation costs. The final result of this study obtained 8 paths to the final destination, 2 paths that have the shortest route, namely the A-C-F-I-T and A-C-E-G-T routes. So that the tests carried out can pass through 2 paths to be able to visit the city.

Vocational High Schools that are located close to each other, but have not synergized in the utilization of existing resources in each school are seen as less efficient. On the other hand, several vocational schools have adequate resources and potential to expand and simultaneously improve education services to the community through various education and training programs. In connection with these conditions, the Directorate of Vocational High Schools has programmed to combine these schools in one management and increase the capacity of Vocational High Schools through various education and training programs under the name Development of Large Vocational Schools. Financial statements function as a tool to analyze financial performance that can provide information about financial position, business, performance and cash flow so that it can be used as a basis for making economic decisions. The object of this service is aimed at the Batam Business School Vocational High School (SMK) around the Sekaran Village, where the majority of Batam Business School Vocational High School (SMK) players do not have financial reports. The purpose of this service program is to provide training to Batam Business School Vocational High School (SMK) actors in the preparation of accounting standards based on Financial Accounting Standards for Entities Without Public Accountability (SAK ETAP) as well as to design simple manual and computerized accounting systems that can help and facilitate students. The aim of this study is to design a network attached storage (NAS) that is easy to implement, also in terms of cost, affordable for small and medium businesses. We use Raspberry mini computers as media. Raspberry is very flexible and easy to apply for various needs, especially in the field of networking and IoT. With the Openmediavault as an Operatisng System, we success to turn external hard disks into NAS storage that can be easily configured and adapted to storage needed in an office or Small and Medium Business. Based on the evaluation results of NAS network stability with Raspberry Pi 3, showing good network stability status.

Tujuan penelitian ini merupakan sistem inovasi daerah dalam mengelola dana desa dengan mempersiapkan inovasi berbasis teknologi informasi untuk mengelola semua data yang dihasilkan sehingga pemerintah daerah memantau penggunaan keuangan daerah dengan jelas. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yaitu terlibat langsung terhadap objek penelitian yaitu pemantauan keuangan di salah satu desa yang terdapat di Kota Batam. Instrument yang digunakan adalah observasi data ke lokasi dan pelaksanaan wawancara dan juga teknik kuisioner. Hasil dari data instrument ini di kendalikan melalui sistem Teknologi Infromasi. Teknologi Informasi yang dimaksud yaitu Client & Server yang berfungsi mengontrol analisa data. Data yang dapat dikontrol mulai dari perencanaan RAB hingga penggunaan realisasi anggaran yang telah digunakan. Selain itu, Data based postgres SQL merupakan aplikasi yang berfungsi sebagai database yang tersambung langsung ke jaringan internet. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu memberikan gambaran sistem inovasi daerah berbasis teknologi informasi sebagai acuan untuk mengatur dana desa yang transparan dengan bantuan teknologi informasi sehingga data yang diproses dan diolah dapat di monitor menggunakan internet. Hal ini sangat bermanfaat bagi pemerintah kota Batam karena kucuran dana dari pemerintah pusat dapat terkontrol melalui sebuah sistem berbasis teknologi Informasi. Aplikasi ini juga dapat dikembangkan menggunakan teknologi berbasis cloud server, sehingga aplikasi dapat diakses darimana saja menggunakan internet. Kata Kunci: Sistem Inovasi Daerah, Teknologi Informasi, Internet. Abstract The purpose of this study is a regional innovation system in managing village funds by preparing information technology-based innovations to manage all the data produced so that the local government monitors the use of regional finances clearly. This research method uses qualtative research which is directly involved with the object of research, namely financial monitoring in one of the villages in Batam. The instrument used is observation to the location and interview. The results of this instrument data are controlled through the Information Technology system. Information Technology in question is Client & Server that functions to control data analysis. In addition, Data based SQL postgres are applications that function as databases that are connected directly to the internet network. The results of this study are giving an overview of information technology-based regional innovation systems as a reference for managing transparent village funds with the help of information technology so that data that is processed and processed can be monitored using the internet. This is very beneficial for the Batam city government because the funding from the central government can be controlled through an Information technology-based system.
