Abstract

This study aimed to measure the effect of work-family conflict and social support (supervisor, peer, and family support) on the job satisfaction of the female employees of two private companies in Indonesia. Data collection was done by simple random sampling of 145 population of female employees. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 139 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that work-family conflict, peer support, and family support have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Meanwhile, supervisor support has not a significant effect on job satisfaction. This new research proposed a model for building job satisfaction among the private company employees in Indonesia through enhancing social support and manage work-family conflict.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to measure the effect of hard skills, soft skills, organizational learning, and innovation capability on the lectures performance of an Islamic University in Indonesia. Data collection was done by simple random sampling to 261 population an Islamic University in Indonesia. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 244 samples. SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software is used for data processing. The findings of the study reveal that hard skills, soft skills, organizational learning, and innovation capability have a direct positive and significant effect on the lecturer's performance. Besides, soft skills have the greatest influence on lecturer performance among other variables. This research proposed a model for building the lecture's performance among the lecturers of an Islamic University in Indonesia through enhancing hard skills, soft skills, organizational learning, and innovation capability. This research could pave the way to improve the lecturer readiness in facing the 4.0 education era.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of social support (supervisor, peer, and family support) on teacher performance in five private elementary schools in Tangerang. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling to 102 primary school teacher populations. The results of the questionnaire were valid and returned as many as 92 samples. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that all social support factors consisting of supervisor support, peer support, and family support had a positive and significant effect on performance. While the support supervisor has no significant effect on the performance of elementary school teachers. This new research proposes a model for building performance among private primary school teachers in Tangerang through increasing social support for teacher employment.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan peningkatan kemampuan publikasi artikel ilmiah Jurnal nasional dan International Bereputasi pada Mahasiswa S3 Manajemen Pendidikan Unnes. Permasalahan yang dihadapi beberapa mahasiswa mengalami hambatan dalam publikasi jurnal international bereputasi yaitu kurangnya wawasan kemampuan menulis artikel, keterbatasan waktu, kesibukan, keterbatasan bahasa dan keterbatasan akses jurnal, ketersediaan langganan jurnal online. Metode pelatihan berupa pemberian materi secara tatapmuka, peserta dapat bertanya secara langsung tanpa perlu berkumpul. Pada akhir kegiatan dilakukan dengan sesi tanya jawab sebagai bentuk evaluasinya. Hasil setelah mengikuti pelatihan, para pesertas berhasil menyusun dan menerbitkan beberapa artikel pada jurnal nasional dan internasional bereputasi.

Abstract

This study aims to create a model of integration of social intelligence in the character education curriculum for elementary school students. The variables contained in this study include situational awareness, presence, authenticity, clarity and empathy. The research method was carried out by respondent observation, data collection and analysis test using SEM. The results showed that all variables, both situational awareness, presence, authenticity, clarity and empathy had a positive influence on curriculum development. The integration of social intelligence is expected to shape the character of students who are more aware of other people and the surrounding environment
