Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan kebutuhan yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan manusia, juga sebagai sasaran utama upaya pembangunan manusia. Pendidikan diyakini mampu mengubah pola pikir masyarakat yang nantinya diharapkan membawa perubahan bagi bangsanya. Setiap lembaga atau organisasi sosial, khususnya sekolah/madrasah dalam melaksanakan aktivitas selalu berkaitan dengan usaha mengembangkan kerja sama satu kesatuan, dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya yang ada guna mencapai tujuan tertentu dalam organisasi yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya (pre determine objective).. Untuk memudahkan dalam mencari data atau informasi yang terkait dengan kajian ini, maka perlu membatasi masalah. Kajian akan fokus pada proses, visualisasi, konstruksi dan tujuan membagun keunggulan bersaing di MAN 2. Dan lebih khusus adalah tentang bagaimana analisis lingkungan, bagaimana akuntabillitas lembaga, dan bagaimana bentuk kerjasama lembaga dengan masyarakat baik masyarakat sekitar maupun masyarakat luas pada umumnya. Kajian ini diharapkan dapat berkonstribusi pada; (1) menambah dan memperkaya khazanah keilmuan pendidikan khususnya manajemen pendidikan Islam dalam mengaplikasikan bagaimana strategi kemitraan dalam membangun keunggulan bersaing guna menciptakan lembaga pendidikan yang bermartabat dan berdaya saing dalam rangka mengembangkan dan memajukan pendidikan. (2) Bagi para pembuat dan pengambil kebijakan sebagai salah satu acuan terkait dengan strategi kemitraan dalam membangun keunggulan bersaing pada lembaga pendidikan guna mengembangkan dunia pendidikan Islam formal maupun non formal, (3) Bagi para pelaksana kebijakan pendidikan dalam mensosialisasikan dan menanamkan nilai-nilai kebersamaan guna membangun dunia pendidikan dan lembaga pendidikan dengan menerapkan strategi kemitraan dalam membangun keunggulan bersaing di lembaga pendidikan Islam. Bagi para peneliti lainnya sebagai bahan acuan dalam melaksanakan penelitian selanjutnya terutama tentang strategi lembaga pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

Perguruan tinggi tidak dapat berkembang dengan baik, bila hanya memfokuskan diri pada pengajaran semata dan tidak memberikan perhatian pada riset dan pengabdian masyarakat. Kenyataan ini dapat dilihat dari lulusan perguruan tinggi yang belum banyak memenuhi standar akademik yang baik, lulusan perguruan tinggi sangat terbatas penguasaan bidang ilmu yang ditekuni, profesionalisme yang rendah, dan kesadaran riset yang terbatas, telah menyebabkan mereka tidak aplicabel dan marketable. Dominasi dharma pendidikan dan pengajaran, mengecilnya riset dan pengabdian masyarakat telah menyebabkan lulusan perguruan tinggi hanya melakukan transfer pengetahuan (transfer of knowledge), sehingga kesadaran riset dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat semakin rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis budaya integritas di Prodi-Prodi di Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan Dan Fakultas Ushuluddin dan Studi Agama UIN Mataram. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan tehnik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya integritas di kedua fakultas tersebut tercermin pada: (a) keselarasan antara hati, pikiran, perkataan, dan perbuatan yang baik dan benar, (b) tekad dan kemauan untuk berbuat yang baik dan benar, (c) berpikir positif, arif, dan bijaksana dalam melaksanakan tugas dan fungsi, dan (d) mematuhi peraturan perundang-undangan, serta menolak korupsi, suap atau gratifikasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the thinking and movement of TGH. Muhammad Sibawaihii Mutawalli Yahya Al-Kalimi, the leader of the Darul Yatama wal Masakin Islamic Boarding School, Jerowaru, East Lombok, regarding environmental issues as stated in his teaching points, works, as well as sustainable activities or movements and is contained in the educational curriculum in the Islamic boarding school environment. This research is a field research as a form of qualitative research with an interdisciplinary approach that is adapted. Collecting data through field observations, documentation, literature studies and interviews with related parties within the Islamic Boarding School, both families, educators, students, communities, and figures who are directly involved. This study concludes: first, environmental da'wah has become a movement as a result of TGH's thinking. Muhammad Sibawaihi Mutawalli Yahya Al-Kalimi. Second, reforestation, conservation, cultivation, animal husbandry and fisheries bring Islamic boarding schools into the category of environmental-based boarding schools. Third, environmental activities involve students and the community, so that it can be categorized as a participatory-based Islamic boarding school tradition.

Abstract

This paper aims to find out the urgency of risk management in the development of private Islamic religious tertiary institutions, to read threats and opportunities, leadership commitment, the contribution of risk management implementation to institutional progress, and to use swot analysis in calculating policies and decisions. This institution has several characteristics in academic, sociological, anthropological and political aspects with internal and external problems in the form of limited human resources, infrastructure and accreditation of institutions and study programs which are still low and a very poor partnership network. Qualitative methods are used to study various phenomena and problems by matching empirical reality with an objective focus, with a case study approach, determining key informants and researchers as key instruments. Primary data collected is directly related to research questions, data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. Data was collected and then analyzed with an interactive approach. The application of risk management in private Islamic religious tertiary institutions can reduce threats and increase opportunities, establishing program certainty can be a guarantee to the community. Leaders of foundations, Islamic boarding schools and institutions implement risk management to increase public trust in PTKIS in Lombok, as evidenced by the resilience to acculturation and empowerment in the community running effectively. SWOT analysts are able to provide signals to community members to accelerate quality management.

Abstract

Leadership has a very strong relationship with power. Therefore, power has juridical power and can influence others to act as expected. This paper aims to analyze the strategic role of leadership in developing a religious culture. In addition, this paper seeks to explore how leadership can develop a religious culture in Madrasahs, and furthermore to understand the implementation of leadership as an important part in developing a religious culture in State Madrasah Aliyah throughout the city of Mataram. The method used in this paper is qualitative, this approach emphasizes the quality or the most important of social phenomena, events and phenomena. In this study, researchers analyzed social phenomena, phenomena and events regarding the implementation of leadership as part of developing a religious culture in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in Mataram. Data collection in this study was carried out using in-depth interviews, observation and documentation of the data found in the field. The data analysis of this research uses interactive model data analysis techniques that take place continuously until complete. The analysis takes place simultaneously which is carried out simultaneously with the data collection process, with the flow of stages: (1) data collection (data collection), (2) data reduction (data reduction), (3) data presentation (data display) and (4) conclusions or verification (conclusion drawing and verifying. The results of the research are that Madarsah Aliyah Negeri in the city of Mataram, is a leading educational institution at the secondary education level which is slowly but surely developing a religious culture within their respective madrasah. This can be seen from several activities that the researchers found in the field, for example, the development of a religious culture which is heavily influenced by the policies of the madarsah principal, and this can be seen through (1) the many regulations that are religious in nature that are applied, (2) the religious activities that are routinely carried out by the madrasah. students (3) and the discipline and cleanliness of the study program environment is quite well maintained. (4) the growth of order that reflects harmony and order in the association between madrasa residents, (5) exemplary as part of the leadership orientation in the development of religious culture in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in Mataram City, and can have implications for instilling students' faith in madrasas. (6) Openness as part of the transparency nature of the school management system and on any issues. The openness of every member of the school is expected to close the existence of mutual suspicion, prejudice, envy, slander and other bad qualities that tend to persecute and damage the rights of others.
