Abstract

Until now, Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is still a public health problem whose number of sufferers continues to increase from year to year and its spread is increasingly widespread. DHF cases are also still endemic and continue to spread in several districts / cities in Southeast Sulawesi Province. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with a population and the sample used is all data on DHF cases from the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Health Office from 2015 to 2019 as many as 7142 cases. The data that has been collected is then analyzed with the help of the SPSS program to describe the trend of DHF cases based on epidemiological measurements. The results of this study indicate that trend of DHF cases in Southeast Sulawesi based on prevalence rates, Isidence Rate (IR) and Case Fatality Rate (CFR) in the last 5 years from 2015 to 2019 has fluctuated. The trend of DHF cases in Southeast Sulawesi peaked in 2016 year with a prevalence of 0.122% and an IR of 122.3 per 100,000 population while the CFR rate peaked in 2017 year  at 1.01%. Keywords: CFR, DHF, epidemiological, IR, prevalence, trend

Abstract

Advances in information technology today have a broad impact on health services. The presence of information technology will facilitate services in the health sector. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using the "Mobile JKN" application on the ease of access to services "Health Social Security Implementing Agency" (BPJS Kesehatan) in Kendari City. This study is a qualitative study involving 7 informants, namely 5 JKN participants and 2 BPJS officers. Data was collected through observation and in-depth interviews. The results of the study indicate that the use of the "Mobile JKN" application has an effect on the ease of access to BPJS services. Some of the conveniences that can be obtained by JKN participants are easy registration, changing membership data, access to participant data information, billing payments, payment of contributions, complaints and requests for JKN information. It can be concluded that the use of the "Mobile JKN" application facilitates access to BPJS services.Keywords: BPJS service; Mobile JKN; access ABSTRAK Kemajuan teknologi informasi saat ini berdampak luas pada pelayanan kesehatan. Hadirnya teknologi informasi akan memudahkan pelayanan pada sektor kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi ”Mobile JKN” terhadap kemudahan akses pelayanan ”Badan Pelaksana Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan” (BPJS Kesehatan) di Kota Kendari. Studi ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang melibatkan 7 informan, yakni peserta JKN sebanyak 5 orang dan petugas BPJS sebanyak 2 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi ”Mobile JKN” berpengaruh terhadap kemudahan akses pelayanan BPJS. Beberapa kemudahan yang dapat diperoleh oleh peserta JKN adalah kemudahan pendaftaran, pengubahan data kepesertaan, akses terhadap informasi data peserta, tagihan pembayaran, pembayaran iuran, pengaduan dan permintaan informasi JKN. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi ”Mobile JKN” memudahkan akses terhadap pelayanan BPJS.Kata Kunci: pelayanan BPJS; Mobile JKN; akses
