Abstract

This research aim to to lay open behavioral influence of individual to officerperformance at Regional Office of Department Religion of Provinsi Riau. Type Researchtaken is Expost-Facto, with technique withdrawal of sampel is Simple Random Samplingamounting to 87 people. Data collected to pass enquette by using scale of Likert, techniqueanalyse data the used is Analysis of Regresi Linear Modestly, by using program of SPSS(Statistical Product For Social Sciene). Result of research is individual behavior have aneffect on signifikan to officer performance at Regional Office of Department Religion ofProvinsi Riau. Form equation the found is Y  27,451 0,196X  meaning that changeat individual behavior equal to 1% will result change of officer performance equal to19,6%. Value correlation coefficient found equal to 36% meaning there are relation whichare positive between individual behavior and officer performance and pursuant tocoefficient value of determinasi found by the level of behavioral contribution of individualto officer performance at Regional Office of Department Religion of Provinsi Riau is equalto 13%. To increase officer performance at Regional Office of Department Religion ofProvinsi Riau suggested that can give appreciation to officer which is have achievement toand employees which successful always in running duty.

Abstract

Cooperative is a business unit engaged in economic and social basically have the same goal of helping boost economic growth which is the main goal of economic development. Research samples of 40 people. Daily merchandise respondents are 13 people or 32.5%. Rubber plantations are 9 people or 22.5%. Palm plantation 11 people or 27.5%. Agricultural businesses are 2 or 5%. Farm business 5 people or 12.5%. In analyzing the study data using qualitative descriptive method, only describes the results of the field when the interview questions. With the number of respondents 11 people who claimed the existence of cooperatives have as much impact on the welfare of 27.5% or 11 people borrower has oil palm plantations. While the impact of economic decline household income is a rubber plantation with respondents 9 people or 922.5%.

Abstract

This research aim to to know the Body Role of is Effort Countryside Property ( BUMDes) in Make-Up of Society Economics, specially society of consumer of fund BUMDes in Countryside of Week of Tebih of District of Fullness of Pate;Upstream of Sub-Province of Rokan Pate;Upstream. Research Population is some of consumer of fund of BUMDes of Countryside of Week of Tebih year 2013 counted 277 people and determination sampel use the method Proposional so that its sampel research amount to 42 people. Abstract

The study of organizational conflict is a study that needs to receive attention in the ever -changing organizational code in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 today, so this study contributes to the organizational conflict literature that specifically to test the role of organizational conflict on organizational justice and performance. This study was conducted on private universities lecturers in Riau Indonesia region of 298 respondents through stratified proportional random sampling method, using questionnaires and data analysis using SEM PLS. The results of the study found that organizational justice positive and insignificant to performance, organizational justice negative and significant to organizational conflict, organizational conflict negative and significant to performance, and organizational conflict fully mediate the relationship of organizational justice and performance.

Abstract

Isu yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah masih rendahnya efektivitas kepemimpinan dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) di KPUD Anugrah Makmur Jaya, Desa PIR Trans Sosa IA, Kecamatan Sosa Timur, yang berdampak pada belum optimalnya kesejahteraan petani anggota koperasi. Fokus kegiatan pengabdian yang menjadi acuan penelitian ini adalah peningkatan kapasitas kepemimpinan dan penguatan sistem pengelolaan SDM untuk mendukung produktivitas dan kesejahteraan petani. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan, mengidentifikasi pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap pengelolaan SDM, dan menilai dampaknya terhadap kesejahteraan petani. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi non-partisipan, dan dokumentasi, dengan teknik purposive sampling yang melibatkan lima informan kunci, yaitu pimpinan, karyawan, dan anggota koperasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan model Miles dan Huberman melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan yang dominan adalah transformasional dengan unsur transaksional, yang mampu membangun visi bersama dan memotivasi anggota. Namun, keterbatasan dalam transparansi keputusan, minimnya partisipasi anggota, serta kurangnya program pelatihan berdampak pada pengelolaan SDM yang belum optimal. Peningkatan transparansi, pelatihan berkelanjutan, diversifikasi usaha, dan penguatan perlindungan sosial diidentifikasi sebagai strategi penting untuk memperkuat peran koperasi dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan strategi pengembangan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Pasir Pengaraian (FE UPP) dalam upaya pencapaian visi dan misi fakultas, dengan menggunakan dua pendekatan pengembangan strategi, yaitu analisis PEST dan analisis SWOT. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui studi literatur, studi data sekunder, serta diskusi kelompok terarah. Studi literatur digunakan terutama untuk mendapatkan data data tentang analisis eksternal organisasi yang meliputi studi peluang dan ancaman. Sedangkan metode studi data sekunder dan diskusi kelompok terarah digunakan untuk mendapatkan data-data tentang kondisi internal FE UPP meliputi kondisi kekuatan dan kelemahan internal, serta juga untuk mendapatkan data tentang strategi-strategi pengembangan FE UPP melalui diskusi kelompok terarah. Analisis data dilakukan melalui pendekatan tabel matrik TOWS untuk menghasilkan jenis strategi yang dihasilkan. Hasil penelitian pengembangan strategi FE UPP dapat dilihat dari sembilan kriteria, yaitu meliputi visi, misi, dan strategi, tata pamong, tata kelola dan kerja sama, mahasiswa, sumber daya manusia, keuangan, sarana, dan prasarana, pendidikan, penelitian, pengabdian kepada masyarakat, luaran dan capaian tridharma.
