Abstract

Pengabdian ini berjudul “Pemberdayaan Kewirausahaan Ibu – ibu Rumah Tangga melalui Pelatihan Pembuatan Kerajinan Tangan di Desa Pabuaran”.Jumlah Ibu Rumah Tangga (IRT) yang banyak bisa menjadi sumber daya manusia yang potensial dalam membangun perekonomian keluarga dan daerah. Tetapi sebagian besar IRT tidak memiliki keterampilan untuk berwirausaha. Oleh karena itu, tim melakukan upaya pemberdayaan IRT melalui kewirausahaan tempat pensil menggunakan stik ice cream. Tujuan kegiatan ini ada dua, yakni memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan membuat tempat pensil kepada IRT  serta meningkatkan minat IRT untuk berwirausaha. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan Metode PRA (Participatori Rural Appraisal) dengan tahapan penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjuk bahwa pemberdayaan kewirausahaan IRT melalui pelatihan kerajinan tangan dapat dikatakan berhasil. Selain itu, IRT semakin termotivasi untuk berwirausaha. Antusias peserta terlihat dari awal sampai akhir kegiatan. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian ini adalah peserta penyuluhan sudah memahami tetapi belum maksimal, hanya mengetahui materi dasarnya saja mengenai enterpreunership serta pentingnya kewirausahaan di era globalisasi seperti sekarang ini, namun dengan kondisi yang berbeda. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian Melalui pelatihan ini, peserta berhasil memahami pentingnya berwirausaha dengan barang – barang yang mudah ditemukan dalam meningkatkan kualitas usahanya dan manfaat dari kerajinan tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kondisi fisik ruang kerja dan dorongan kerja  terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Inti Hijau Indonesia Jakarta baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui pendekatan asosiatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling yaitu sampel jenuh dengan jumlah 50 responden yang diambil dari seluruh karyawan perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu: uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi sederhan & berganda, uji koefisien korelasi secara parsial & simultan, uji koefisien determinasi secara parsial & simultan, uji T dan uji F. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi linear berganda didapatkan persamaan  Y = 1,761 + 0,288X1 + 0,703X2, menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kondisi Fisik Ruang Kerja dan Dorongan Kerja memiliki koefisien yang bernilai positif terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan. Koefisien variabel Kondisi Fisik Ruang Kerja memberikan nilai sebesar 0,288, menunjukkan bahwa jika variabel Kondisi Fisik Ruang Kerja meningkat dengan asumsi variabel lain tetap maka variabel Kinerja Karyawan akan meningkat. Koefisien variabel Dorongan Kerja memberikan nilai sebesar 0,703, menunjukan bahwa jika variabel Dorongan Kerja meningkat maka variabel Kinerja karyawan akan meningkat. Dan nilai korelasi atau nilai R sebesar 0,826 dan nilai R square sebesar 0,682  atau 68,2% menunjukkan hubungan yang kuat antara kondisi fisik ruang kerja dan dorongan kerja dengan kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji F juga menghasilkan nilai sebesar  50,372 > 2,80 . Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Ho3 ditolak dan Ha3 diterima. Oleh karena itu, dapat dikatakan bahwa kondisi fisik ruang kerja dan dorongan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Purpose – The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the impact of Leaders authority and work fulfillment on work performance in South Tangerang District Methodology/approach – The method used is descriptive quantitative with an associative approach. The population of all employees in South Tangerang District, the sample is 67 people, the technique of the sample is saturated. Findings – It was found that. The result of this research is that Leaders authority has a significant effect on work performance with 0,994 correlation coefficient value. there is a simultaneous significant impact between Leaders authority and work fulfillment on work performance in South Tangerang District Novelty/value – This research focus on Work Performance that influenced by leaders authority and work performance. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that these two variable have the same strong impact.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of skills development and employee development on work productivity at Gambir Station of PT Kereta Api Indonesia both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative method through an associative approach. The sampling technique in this study uses a non- probability sampling technique, namely a saturated sample with a total of 60 respondents taken from all company employees. Data analysis techniques used are: validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, simple & multiple regression test, partial & simultaneous correlation coefficient test, partial & simultaneous determination coefficient test, T test and F test. Based on the results of the multiple linear regression test, the equation Y = 9.149 + 0.118X1 + 0.696X2 is obtained, indicating that the variables of Skills Development and Employee Development have a positive coefficient on the variable Work Productivity. The coefficient of the Skills Development variable gives a value of 0.118, indicating that if the Skills Development variable increases with the assumption that other variables remain constant, the Work Productivity variable will increase. The coefficient of the Employee Development variable is 0.696, indicating that if the Employee Development variable increases, the Work Productivity variable will increase. The correlation value, or R value, of 0.624 and the R-square value of 62.4% indicate a strong relationship between skills development and employee development and work productivity. The F-test also yields a value of 47.327 > 2.770. This indicates that Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that skills development and employee development influence work productivity

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to examine the effect of rewards and career development on employee retention at PT Cerita Rasa Nusantara, South Jakarta. The study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 60 employees as respondents. The data analysis techniques employed are simple linear regression and multiple linear regression using SPSS version 28. The partial test results indicate that rewards (X1) have a positive and significant effect on employee retention (Y), with a significance value where t-calculated > t-table (5.650 > 2.002). Meanwhile, career development (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on employee retention, with a significance value where t-calculated > t-table (9.609 > 2.002). Simultaneously, rewards and career development have a significant effect on employee retention, as indicated by an F-calculated value of 46.129 > F-table of 3.16, with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.618 indicates that rewards and career development contribute 61.8% to employee retention, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors outside this study

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to determine the partial and simultan effects of Work Environment and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at PT Karya Solusi Prima Sejahtera. The method used in this research is quantitative with an associative approach, which aims to identify the relationship between two or more variables. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, and data were collected through questionnaires, resulting in 81 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS version 26. The analytical techniques employed include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that the Work Environment has a significant effect on Employee Performance, with a coefficient of determination of 48.1%, and the hypothesis test results show t-count > t-table (8,557 > 1.665). Organizational Commitment also has a significant effect on Employee Performance, with a coefficient of determination of 34.4%, and the hypothesis test results show t-count > t-table (6,440 > 1.665). Furthermore, the Work Environment and Organizational Commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance, with the regression equation Ŷ = 7.747 + 0.552X1 + 0.251X2, and a correlation value of 0.587. The coefficient of determination is 0.523 (52.3%), while the remaining 47.7% is explained by other factors. The hypothesis testing shows that F-count > F-table (42.715 > 3.115), indicating that the model is statistically significant

Abstract

Abstrak. This study aims to determine the influence of non-physical work environment and work engagement on employee job satisfaction at PT Tampah Boga Nusantara in South Tangerang City. This research method used quantitative research methods. The data collection method used was a questionnaire survey. The population used in this study consisted of 80 employees. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, and obtained a sample of 80 respondents. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, correlation coefficient, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The hypothesis testing partially on the variable of non-physical environment (X1) obtained a calculated t-value > table t-value (12,677 > 1,991), which is also reinforced by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. This means that non-physical environment (X1) has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Partial hypothesis testing of the work engagement variable (X2) obtained a calculated t-value > table t-value (12,625 > 1,991), which is also reinforced by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. This means that the work engagement (X2) has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t-value > table t-value (160,713  > 3.120), which is also reinforced by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, it can be said that the non-physical work environment and work engagement simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The coefficient of determination obtained an R Square value of 0.671, meaning the non-physical work environment and work engagement together contribute a 67.1% influence on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Optimalisasi peran kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) dalam membangunetika kerja dan profesionalisme siswa SMK menjadi tantangan sekaligus peluang dalam duniapendidikan vokasi. Penelitian ini menganalisis kondisi, tantangan, dan strategi penerapan AI diSMK Fadilah untuk mendukung pembentukan karakter kerja yang beretika dan profesional.Kendala utama yang ditemukan adalah keterbatasan infrastruktur digital, kurangnya pelatihanguru, dan minimnya pemahaman siswa tentang penggunaan teknologi secara etis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture and the physical work environment on employee performance at PT Arddy Mitra Karya Serpong, South Tangerang. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population consists of 50 employees of PT Arddy Mitra Karya Serpong and a saturated sampling technique was applied so that the entire population became respondents. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression, supported by validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The t-test results indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t = 4.699 > t-table = 2,012; p = 0.000 < 0.05) and the physical work environment also has a positive and significant effect (t = 4.095 > t-table = 2,012; p = 0.000 < 0.05). Simultaneously, the F-test confirms a significant joint effect of organizational culture and the physical work environment on employee performance (F = 59.574 > F-table = 3,195; p = 0.000 < 0.05). These findings imply that strengthening organizational culture values and continuously improving the physical work environment can optimally enhance employee performance
