ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Kepatuhan dalam melakukan diet sangat penting karena dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien dan menurunkan angka morbilitas penyakit DM, sedangkan tidak patuhnya pasien menyebabkan tejadinya komplikasi akut dan kronik akhirnya memperberat kondisi penyakit bahkan bisa menimbulkan kematian. Masalah penelitian adalah masih adanya penderita diabetes mellitus tipeII yang mengalami komplikasi di Puskesmas Tanjung Harapan. Tujuan penelitian diketahui hubungan tingkat kepatuhan diet dengan munculnya komplikasi pada pasien diabetes mellitus tipe II di Puskesmas Tanjung HarapanMetode : Metode penelitian menggunakan desain Cross sectional study. Populasi sebanyak 45 orang dengan teknik total sampling dan sampel sebanyak 39 orang Analisis data yang digunakan univariat dan bivariate dengan uji chi-square test. Hasil : Hasil penelitian didapatkan responden sebagian besar (64,4%) tidak patuh dalam melakukan kepatuhan diet dan sebagian besar (40,0%) mengalami komplikasi diabetes mellitus tipe 2 di Puskesmas Tanjung Harapan. Hasil uji statistic didapatkan p 0,013 (p< 0,05).Simpulan : Simpulan ada hubungan tingkat kepatuhan diet dengan munculnya komplikasi pada pasien diabetes mellitus tipe 2 di Puskesmas Tanjung Harapan. Disarankan kepada perawat untuk terus memberikan edukasi tentang diabetes mellitus tipe 2 setiap program dan menyediakan brosur untuk dibagikan setiap pasien diabetes mellitus tipe 2.Kata Kunci : Diabetes Mellitus, Kepatuhan Diet, Komplikasi ABSTRACT Background : Compliance with diet is very important because it can improve the patient's quality of life and reduce the morbidity of DM, while non-adherence to the patient causes acute and chronic complications, which in turn aggravates the disease condition and can even lead to death. The research problem is that there are still type II diabetes mellitus sufferers who experience complications at the Tanjung Harapan Health Center. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between the level of dietary compliance with the emergence of complications in patients with type II diabetes mellitus at the Tanjung Harapan Health Center. Methods : The research method uses a cross sectional study design. The population as many as 45 people with a total sampling technique and a sample of 39 people. The data analysis used was univariate and bivariate with the chi-square test.Results : The results showed that most of the respondents (64.4%) did not comply with diet compliance and most (40.0%) experienced complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus at the Tanjung Harapan Health Center. The statistical test results obtained p 0.013 (p < 0.05).Conclusion : The conclusion is that there is a relationship between the level of dietary compliance with the emergence of complications in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus at the Tanjung Harapan Health Center. It is recommended for nurses to continue to provide education about type 2 diabetes mellitus in each program and provide brochures to be distributed to each type 2 diabetes mellitus patient.Keywords : Diabetes Mellitus, Diet Compliance, Complications

Seiring waktu perkembangan teknologi berkembang sangat pesat, salah satuperkembangan dalam penyimpanan data digital adalah dengan komputerisasi. Karenadata disimpan dan membutuhkan penyimpanan data yang lebih luas karena itukomputerisasi diperlukan untuk penyimpanan dan pencarian data yang dibutuhkan olehpengguna selain penyimpanan komputerisasi dengan menggunakan lebih efisien dalambeberapa hal mulai dari biaya untuk ruang penyimpanan tidak membutuhkan tempat yangluas. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut dibutuhkan suatu perangkat lunak yang handaldan mampu bekerja secara optimal. Rancangan desain telah dibuat untukmenyederhanakan alat pengolahan data barang inventaris di PT.Makara Mas UI Depok.Dalam Perancangan Sistem Inventaris Barang pada PT.Makara Mas UI Depok penulismenggunakan aplikasi perangkat lunak,yaitu Microsoft Visual Studio.Net, MySQLServer dan Adobe Photoshop.

The purpose of making this application is to make it easier for customers to get / book hotels easily using the application and facilitate reception in making rooms, guests to be faster and better. In a university, there must be lecturers and students. Lecturers at a university have different teaching schedules between one lecturer and another, so even with students they will not be able to take courses at the same time. If the lecturer or student schedule is not well arranged, the schedule will be messy. At the National Institute of Science and Technology in particular the Information Systems Study Program has used a computerized system in the lecture process, but its use is still limited. Here we will create a Knowledge Management application that is processing lecture schedules using Visual Basic Net and SQL Server 2005 Database. By designing the system using UML (Unified Modeling Language) with database design obtained by several table structures. The result is an application program for knowledge management for scheduling special lectures in the Information Systems study program. This lecture scheduling system functions to manage lectures in the information system study program, this system is made to produce a combination of course pairs and lecturers as a whole. The process of selecting the Leader of the ISTN Information System Association is through general elections where the implementation is still manual which results in inefficient because it takes a lot of time, space and costs. In order to run elections more efficiently, e-voting is the best way to carry out the election and implement the system using a web-based computer so that it is guaranteed in terms of speed and data processing. In this study, face recognition with the lbphface method was chosen as an additional security so that web-based selection is guaranteed security. The results of the election will be immediately known because the calculations are carried out automatically by the computer system and can be seen by the admin.

The spread of information technology around the world has many changes in systems and lives. Internet technology turns conventional systems into digital systems, where everything becomes efficient and effective. In terms of the utilization of information technology in the Tessellant Instrument Works Music Store, the processing of transaction data is still conventional or uncomputed, therefore data processing is less effective and efficient. The new system proposes an integrated system of online trading and user- friendly. In designing this system, the researchers used six stages in the Spiral method, namely information gathering, planning, analysis, designing, application creation and program testing. The development of technology is growing rapidly, it is happening in Indonesia. Even the role of technology is considered really capable of replacing humans on some activities. However, the growth of technology itself is not always accompanied by the use of technology. The lack of knowledge of its application is the main reason the problem occurs. The same thing happened in APTIKA field in Diskominfo Depok City At the research site, the lack of technology utilization in terms of management schedule process. Where APTIKA staff have to do scheduling manually by writing the meeting schedule on the board while staff who have a lot of work sometimes forget to write the agenda. This becomes a problem so that the writing of the schedule becomes difficult for APTIKA staff, knowing that the scheduling condition is not carried out properly and the lack of optimal activities. The system to be created is designed to help APTIKA staff schedule web-based meeting agendas. While the research methodology used in this research is an object-oriented method. Cooperative is a business entity consisting of a person or a cooperative legal entity as well as a people's economic movement based on the name of kinship. However, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, traditional cooperative activities cannot be carried out either by cooperatives or cooperative members. The purpose of this research is to design and build applications that can help build cooperative applications to quickly obtain information on cooperative members in the Microservice-Based Customers Relationship Management (CRM) application in the Cooperative Information System. This research uses the observation method, and the latest literature study in using the data collection method, the design design system used in this research is the Javascript programming language and Node.js as the back-end language.

This research was motivated by the virality of cases of acts of violence by artists or public figures in 2022. The prevalence of these acts of violence shows that the Indonesian people are very opposed to acts of violence so that this research can formulate how the level of acts of violence occurred in all provinces in Indonesia . The purpose of this study was to carry out the process of grouping provinces based on the environmental categories where acts of violence occurred. This study will analyze 34 provinces in Indonesia using the hierarchical cluster method. The results obtained from this study are able to determine the level of security and the condition of security and order in all provinces in Indonesia.

Internet information technology is an information medium that is effective and efficient in disseminating information that can be accessed anytime and anywhere. But the internet also comes with several negative sides, one of which is the crime of data theft. Therefore, information sources are needed to support activities, including the Al Mukhlisin Qur'an House which requires an information system. This application will be created using the PHP programming language version 8.0 using the Laravel 9 framework and Postgresql as the database. Apart from that, the Role-Based Access Control concept will also be implemented to ensure that each menu available in this information system application can only be accessed by the type of user who has access. The method that will be used in the design process of the Qur'an house information system is the Waterfall method. This application will be a place to store data such as teacher assessment data for students and proof of transfer of students' infaq and sodaqoh payments which is expected to facilitate data access for users based on each user's access rights.
