Patient safety has been recognized as the biggest challenge in the global public health system. A good patient safety climate initiates planning for safe care. Also, the patient safety climate issue has become a top priority in the X Hospital. This study aims to reveal empirical evidence of the effect of occupational health and safety management systems, teamwork on patient safety climate with the mediation effect over work environment based on empirical research. In this research, we use cross-sectional method to processed path analysis with a 49 of total sampling at X Hospital. The data is obtained using a questionnaire form. The results show, path analysis of occupational health and safety management system had a positive effect on the patient safety climate, teamwork had a positive effect on the patient safety climate, the work environment had a positive effect on patient safety climate, and the safety and health management system had a positive effect on the work environment, teamwork had a positive effect on the work environment. In the case of the mediating effect of the work environment, the correlation of the occupational health and safety management system and teamwork was also positive. Improved occupational health and safety management systems, as well as teamwork mediated by the work environment, will enhance the patient safety climate

Abstract

With work motivation as an auxiliary variable, this study seeks to ascertain the impact of leadership style and organizational culture on the performance of specialist doctors. This study is a cross sectional study with 65 specialist doctors as respondents. Collecting data for the four variables using a linkert scale of 1-5 points and as a test tool descriptive statistical analysis is used with a three box method approach which is divided into three scale ranges, namely H (High), M (Medium), and L (Low). The results of the analysis of sub-structure 1 and the probability value simultaneously and partially indicating that the leadership style, organizational culture, and work motivation simultaneously and partially have a positive and substantial impact on performance. Sub structure 2 and the comparison of probability values simultaneously and partially shows that simultaneously and partially leadership style and organizational culture have an effect positive and significant effect on work motivation. The equation of path of total influence shows that job motivation influences leadership style and organizational culture in a way that enhances the performance of specialist doctors.

This research is based on information from the personnel department regarding problems that describe the low organizational citizen behavior (OCB) of nurses in 2021. The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of servant leadership and compensation on OCB with organizational commitment as an intervening variable, using a cross sectional study design. The population in this study were 100 nurses, the sampling technique used a saturated sample which made the entire population a sample. The results of the analysis prove that simultaneously and partially servant leadership and compensation have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and OCB, and organizational commitment has a direct positive and significant effect on OCB, and organizational commitment provides positive intervention on the relationship of servant leadership and organizational commitment, so that with commitment organization, nurses are able to increase OCB higher through servant leadership and compensation. The importance of work engagement will bring about a situation where career and leadership development will make nurses' organizational commitment higher in supporting the achievement of organizational goals.
