Abstract

Diatom merupakan suatu mikroalga unisel (kadang berkoloni) yang mempunyai peranan penting dalam dunia riset dan penelitian. Identifikasi diatom merupakan pekerjaan yang rumit. Hal ini dikarenakan diatom memiliki ratusan taksa dengan banyak variasi bentuk dan karakteristik biologi yang menyebabkan proses identifikasinya tidak mudah bahkan bagi seorang pakar. Penelitian ini menerapkan Principal Component Analysis (PCA) untuk reduksi data dan Jaringan Saraf Tiruan (JST) untuk identifikasi diatom. Proporsi PCA yang digunakan ialah 80% dan 90%. JST yang digunakan adalah propagasi balik dengan satu hidden layer. Data yang dipakai pada penelitian ini adalah citra diatom berformat JPG yang diambil menggunakan mikroskop elektrik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa generalisasi terbaik sebesar 90% diperoleh pada percobaan menggunakan proporsi PCA 90% dengan persentase data latih 80%.

Abstract

The problem of this research was the students’ ability in writing tales by using listening and writing technique in class VII of SMP Negeri 27 Padang. This research was designed for describing the students’ ability in writing tales by using listening and writing technique in class VII of SMP Negeri 27 Padang. This was a quantitative research which used descriptive method. Based on the results of the research some conclusions were drawn. First, the students’ ability in writing tales by using listening and writing technique for the first indicator was more than adequate (72,3) in which their average score was in the range of 66-75%. Second, the students’ ability in writing tales by using listening and writing technique for the second indicator was very good(90,4) in which their average score was in the range of 86-95%. Third, the students’ ability in writing tales by using listening and writing technique for the third indicator was more than adequate (75,2) in which their average score was in the range of 66-75%. Fourth, the students’ ability in writing tales by using listening and writing technique for the fourth indicator was very good (91,4) in which their average score was in the range of 86-95%. Fifth, in the general, the average score of the students’ ability in writing tales by using listening and writing technique was good (82,3) in which their average score was in the range of  76-85%.

Abstract

Kesenjangan antara keterampilan lulusan pendidikan kejuruan dengan kebutuhan industri masih menjadi tantangan dalam pengembangan SDM di Indonesia, hal ini tercermin dari tingginya angka pengangguran lulusan SMK yang mencapai 9,01% pada Agustus 2024. Systematic Literature Review ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi manajemen kerja sama SMK-DUDIKA dalam pengembangan keterampilan kerja siswa. Penelitian menggunakan protokol PRISMA dengan menelaah artikel empiris periode 2020-2024 dari database scopus, google scholar dan portal Indonesia (Sinta, Garuda), dari 1235 artikel yang diidentifikasi, 47 artikel memenuhi kriteria inklusi untuk analisis final. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan empat aspek kunci manajemen kerja sama: (1) perencanaan strategis berbasis analisis kebutuhan industri, (2) pengorganisasian tim lintas institusi yang efektif, (3) implementasi program terintegrasi seperti prakerin dan teaching factory, serta (4) evaluasi berkelanjutan dengan pelibatan multi-stakeholderds. Teaching factory menunjukkan efektifitas tertinggi dalam pengembangan technical skills, sementara program guru tamu unggul dalam pengembangan softskills.  Pengembangan keterampilan kerja memerlukan proporsi seimbang antara technical skills (38%), softskills (34%), dan adaptive skills (28%). Keberhasilan implementasi ditentukan oleh kepemimpinan transformasional, komunikasi intensif, dan ketersediaan sumber daya, meski masih menghadapi tantangan kesenjangan teknologi dan perbedaan kultur organisasi. Temuan ini memberikan kerangka kerja bagi penguatan kerja sama SMK-DUDIKA dalam meningkatkan kesiapan kerja lulusan.

Abstract

Mandarin proficiency is an essential 21st-century skill. However, current instructional materials and partnerships with DUDI must be improved to develop students' practical communication abilities. This article analyzes the Business and Industrial World (DUDI) relevance by improving Mandarin communication skills for vocational high school students to enhance their employability. Literature reviews of data from the Central Statistics Agency and analysis of government regulations were conducted to formulate a conceptual framework. The framework underlines the need for a competency-based curriculum, contextual teaching materials, and collaborative training programs between schools and companies in the field of Mandarin language. Students' listening and speaking abilities need particular improvement to meet professional communication demands. On the other hand, collaboration between SMK and DUDI has been minimal, mostly limited to internship programs without substantive cooperation in curriculum or materials development. DUDI plays a vital role in formulating competency standards tailored to industry needs. The materials should be competency-based and interactive and encourage active communication skills. Trials of such tailor-made curricula have confirmed improved language performance in class. This model needs to be expanded to more SMK nationwide. Thus, increased synergy in customizing Mandarin training to DUDI requirements promises to bolster the competitiveness and absorption of graduates. This will ultimately support national economic productivity through better-skilled human resources.
