Abstract

Di Indonesia penelitian simpang dilakukan berdasarkan persyaratan MKJI 1997. Di beberapa negara lainnya ada program komputer yang dirancang khusus untuk perencanaan persimpangan seperti program aaSIDRA 2.0 dari Australia. Dalam penelitian ini akan dibandingkan hasil analisisperhitungan kinerja berupa kapasitas, derajat kejenuhan, antrian, tundaan, dan Level of Service dari persimpangan berdasarkan pendekatan MKJI 1997 dan Program aaSIDRA 2.0.Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kota Manado yaitu pada persimpangan Patung Kuda Paal 2 di Jalan RE Martadinata. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 1 (satu) minggu mulai tanggal 02 Mei 2011 sampai dengan tanggal 08 Mei 2011 Mulai Pukul 06.00 – 18.00. Data yang diambil adalah data geometri,kondisi lingkungan, arus lalu lintas dan waktu sinyal persimpangan Paal 2 Manado. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisa regresi dan metode pendekatan iterasi untuk memberikan perkiraan kapasitas dan statistik kinerja dari persimpangan. Baik MKJI 1997 maupun program aaSIDRA 2.0 akan mengeluarkan hasil perhitungan dari kinerja persimpangan Paal 2 Manado berupa kapasitas, derajat kejenuhan, antrian, tundaan dan level of service.Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan program aaSIDRA 2.0 maupun menggunakan MKJI 1997 menunjukkan bahwa arus kendaraan di persimpangan Paal 2 telah melampaui jenuh. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada hasil perhitungan derajat kejenuhan dengan menggunakan MKJI 1997 dan Program aaSIDRA 2.0 untuk pendekat selatan 0.301, dan 0.996, pendekat timur 0.671 dan 1.039, pendekat barat 0.498 dan 0.877, pendekat utara 0.754 dan 0.417. Secara umum program aaSIDRA 2.0 dapat diaplikasikan dalam persimpangan untuk perencanaan transportasi kota.Untuk meningkatkan kinerja persimpangan Paal 2 Manado dapat direkomendasikan untuk dilakukan penambahan kapasitas jalan dengan mengadakan pelebaran jalan.Kata Kunci : Persimpangan, MKJI, aaSIDRA.

Abstract

Abstract The GMIM Synod Youth Services Commission is part of the ministry of the Evangelical Christian Church in Minahasa in the Province of North Sulawesi. In its service under the auspices of the Evangelical Christian Church in Minahasa (GMIM) the Youth Services Commission specializes in providing services to teenagers aged 12-16 years according to the administration of the GMIM church. With the current technology, the GMIM Synod Youth Services Commission has developed a sistem to assist the implementation of each activity or program implemented in the form of an Integrated Activity Information Sistem (SIKAT). The development of this Information Sistem has not been widely known by adolescents and youth coaches so that in practice there are still congregations or coaches who have not used this sistem. Therefore, the development of this information sistem needs to be followed by training on how to use an integrated activity information sistem (SIKAT), so that in the implementation of the GMIM Synod Youth activities all can be recorded properly through the sistem that has been built. Activity Output: Integrated Information Sistem Application for GMIM Synod Teens.

Abstract

Abstract It is a must that any infrastructure built must pay attention to the aspirations, needs and problems associated with all user groups with the aim of creating a sense of security and comfort. A gender-responsive infrastructure will be considered successful if it is able to accommodate all the needs of men, women, children, the elderly, vulnerable groups equally and fairly. The existence of pedestrian paths, in addition to facilitating pedestrian access, can also be a means of city promotion which has a positive impact on improving the urban economy and reducing pollution levels due to motor vehicle exhaust emissions for better air quality. The Piere Tendean pedestrian street along the Boulevard on Business area is one of the PUPR infrastructure built by the Manado City Government. By looking at the pedestrian principle as a public space that is used for all groups, this infrastructure should have been built based on gender responsive infrastructure criteria. The evaluation was carried out using the Gender Impact Assessment (GIA) as a guide to measure the level of gender responsiveness of public works infrastructure and settlements by involving respondents from direct users of the pedestrian path. Afterwards, it was found that, in general, the pedestrian paths built did not meet the 5 (five) criteria used, so there is still a need for improvement and further development to meet gender responsive infrastructure standards. Abstract

Green construction merupakan bagian dari sustainable construction yang merupakan proses holistik yang bertujuan untuk mengembalikan dan menjaga keseimbangan antara lingkungan alami dan buatan. Dengan demikian green construction merupakan salah satu bagian terpenting untuk tercapainya sustainability dalam pelaksanaan konstruksi. Penelitian ini melakukan analisis bibliometrik untuk mengetahui perkembangan penelitian mengenai green construction dalam konteks sustainable construction melalui kata kunci green construction. Penyelidikan dilakukan diawal penelitian dengan web Dimensions untuk melihat perkembangan penelitian terkait kata kunci. Penelitian dilanjutkan dengan menggunakan teknik science mapping berdasarkan co-word analysis dengan aplikasi VOSviewer menggunakan database google scholar dan tahun tinjauan utama 2017-2023 berasal dari aplikasi Publish or Perish. Berdasarkan analisis bibliometrik. penelitian terkait green construction jarang ditemukan di tahun 2017 kebelakang tetapi mengalami peningkatan setelahnya. Hasil analisis juga menunjukan tidak ada keterkaitan langsung antar terms green construction dan sustainable construction, juga didukung dengan tingkat kemunculan (occurrence) dari terms yang didapat juga rendah. Hal ini menunjukan potensi pengembangan topik penelitian mengenai green construction dalam konsteks sustainable construction masih perlu ditingkatkan. Untuk mengkonfirmasi terkait hasil penelitian ini perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut dengan menggunakan sumber database lain, analisis bibliometrik dengan teknik yang berbeda dan penelitian berikutnya juga dapat lebih dalam meneliti terkait risiko dalam penerapan green construction. Abstract

Construction projects inevitably encounter challenges related to time, labor, cost, and materials. If these issues aren't addressed promptly and effectively, new problems inevitably arise, such as delays in work duration, inefficient labor distribution, and delays in equipment and materials. The construction of the Amaris Hotel in Manado encountered significant challenges, particularly in structural work. A clear imbalance in labor allocation was identified, where the availability of labor in the field did not align with the project's needs. This discrepancy was exposed through unit price analysis of daily reports. This study aims to optimize human resources using the Resource Leveling method with Microsoft Project 2021 Software, addressing the ground floor structure to the roof floor. The results of the analysis showed that the duration of time required after the analysis did not change, namely 303 days. The study also determined the number of effective workers: 63 laborers, 34 builders, 3 foremen, and 3 building foremen.
