Abstract

This article is the result of a study of the local wisdom values of the Lampung indigenous people (Pi`il Pusenggighi) in the ancient manuscripts of Kuntara Rajaniti and Jugulmuda. More specifically, this article wants to know the basic values of the social philosophy of the Lampung indigenous people are in the ancient text and how the content of Islamic teachings on the husband and wife rules. The research was conducted using a socio-philosophical approach and content analysis theory to answer this question. As a result, there are many Islamic values contained in the ancient manuscripts of Kuntara Rajaniti and Jugulmuda and the basic values of the social philosophy of the indigenous people of Lampung (Pi`il Pusenggighi). Another conclusion is that the basic values of the social philosophy of the Lampung indigenous people are full of Islamic values. Especially in the introduction to describe the Prophet Muhammad. Besides that, it also applies the analogy proposition similar to the Qiyâs proposition in Islam.Keywords: Pi`il Pusengighi, Social Philosophy, Lampung, Ancient manuscripts, Kuntara.

Abstract

Abstract: Money Politics in the View of the Positive Law and the Sharia. Money Politics is a phenomenon that has been going on from election to election and is often untouched by law enforcement in Indonesia. This symptom is clearly in contrast to the principle of fairness and may potentially result in uncredible leaders. In the Islamic view, money politics can be clasified as an act of bribery (risywah), that is money or a gift given to other people, persuading him to do a certain thing in return. Risywah is forbidden in Islam and its prohibition was revealed in since the early period of Muhammad prophethood, together with a ban against the practice of idolatery. The Qur’an mentions several times about the prohibition against bribery and it is also supported by a number of Hadith. Abstrak: Politik Uang dalam Pandangan Hukum Positif dan Syariah. Politik uang adalah gejala yang telah berlangsung dari pemilu ke pemilu dan seringkali tidak tersentuh oleh penegakan hukum. Gejala tersebut bertentangan prinsip kejujuran dan dapat mengakibatkan terpilihnya pemimpin yang tidak kredibel. Dalam pandangan Islam, politik uang dapat dikiaskan dengan perbuatan suap/sogok atau risywah yaitu suatu pemberian dalam bentuk hadiah yang diberikan kepada orang lain dengan mengharapkan imbalan tertentu yang bernilai lebih besar. Risywah terlarang dalam Islam dan larangannya diturunkan Allah sejak masa pertama kenabian Muhammad Saw. berbarengan dengan larangan melakukan praktik penyembahan terhadap berhala. Alquran menyebutkan beberapa kali soal keharaman suap/sogok ini yang didukung pula oleh sejumlah Hadis Nabi yang melarang perbuatan yang sama.
