Abstract

Contemporary Islamic education faces the challenge of dichotomy between intellectual and spiritual development of learners, resulting in fragmented learning that impacts graduate quality. This conceptual article aims to construct a holistic education paradigm from Islamic perspective through harmonization of three fundamental dimensions: cognitive (aqliyah), affective-spiritual (ruhiyah), and psychomotor (jismiyah). Through philosophical-theoretical analysis of tarbiyah syumuliyyah (comprehensive education) concept, this study explores the epistemological foundation of holistic education in classical and contemporary Islamic thought. This study employs conceptual analysis method with hermeneutic approach to primary texts (Qur’an, Hadith) and secondary sources (classical scholars’ works and contemporary Muslim intellectuals). The analysis reveals that Islamic holistic education paradigm is based on the concept of insan kamil (perfect human) which integrates the development of intellect (‘aql) for critical thinking, heart (qalb) for spiritual piety, and body (jism) for practical skills. The integration of these three dimensions forms a dynamic balance reflecting the principle of wasathiyyah (moderation) in education. Recent research confirms the urgency of integrating these three domains in creating meaningful learning and producing graduates who are intellectually competent, spiritually mature, and practically skilled. Theoretical implications of this paradigm include reconstruction of non-dichotomous Islamic education curriculum, development of learning methods that activate all human potentials, and formulation of educational objectives oriented toward forming khalifah fil ardh. This article provides conceptual contribution to the development of Islamic education theory that is responsive to contemporary needs without losing the essence of spiritual values.

Abstract

This article will discuss the role of religion as a basis for curriculum development in Salafi education in East Lombok. This research uses qualitative methods with a field research approach . Data collection techniques include participant observation, structured interviews, and documentation. The data analysis stages refer to the procedures of Milles and Haberman. The results of this research show that firstly it is based on spiritual values based on the Al-Quran and Hadith, as the foundation of the curriculum it emphasizes aqidah, shari'ah and morals based on As-Sunnah values, as a guide to learning methods by applying the talaqqi and musyafahah, halaqah, exemplary, tahfiz, muhadatsah methods, as learning evaluation assessments are carried out through oral exams, book exams, observation of morals and behavior, as well as reports on the development of worship. Secondly, maintaining the purity of the teachings of As-Sunnah by upholding correct justification according to the Qur'an and As-Sunnah and rejecting practices which are categorized as bid'ah or practices which are not based on clear evidence, forming an Islamic personality through dormitory activities, book learning, tahfîdz programs, the habit of carrying out the Sunnah, and social activities of da'wah, as well as becoming a Mujahideen army. The third requirement for students is to conduct an initial assessment of each student, arrange tiered classes for tahfis, provide special guidance programs for students who are late in understanding, provide enrichment materials, and implement the Islamic Boarding School curriculum as a distinctive feature

Abstract

Marriage is a physical bond between a man and a woman as a husband and wife with the aim of forming a happy family (household). Apart from lack of knowledge resulting from low education, all women who marry at an early age are 53 married women who is in Pakisan Village, Tlogosari Subdistrict, Bondowos Regency. Research Purpose: To determine the factors that cause early marriage in Pakisan Village, Tlogosari Subdistrict, Bondowoso Regency in 2013. This study uses a descriptive survey method with cross-sectional approach. The population in this study is all women who had early marriage in 2013 were 53 people, and 53 samples were also taken. This research was conducted in Pakisan Village, Tlogosari Subdistrict, Bondowoso Regency, conducted on September 22 to September 27, 2014. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires Research Results: from the results of 53 respondents obtained, that respondents (66.03%) education level was in the middle category first, (62.27%), have less knowledge about early marriage, (73.59%) of respondents have less income and (88.68) are in the category of traditional culture. Of the 53 respondents who sampled the results of the study it can be concluded that the causes Early marriage is the most dominant culture. Suggestion: the results of the study found the factors causing it is wrong Stunya education in junior high school level, etc. according to researchers, better socialization about early marriage such as counseling is held for the community so that people's mindsets can be changed and more advanced
