Abstract

Indonesia has a poverty rate of 24.79 million. Kotawaringin Timur is inhabited by 27.4 thousand people with an income of less than Rp. 416,777/month. The provision must be right on target, and recipients of assistance must use the assistance following the rules determined by the government. This research is to formulate a conceptual model of the Neural Network Algorithm structure that can be used to predict the use of assistance funds. This research applies the Knowledge Discovery Data methodology with Neural Network Algorithm for classification. The research has shown that the application of the Neural Network Algorithm with feature selection can improve performance with values AUC=0.974, CA=0.977, F1=0.977, Precision=0.977, Recall=0.977. The level of performance value for accuracy of Neural Network Algorithm in classifying is the excellent classification category. The recommended Neural Network parameter models are Neurons in hidden layers 100, Activation ReLu, Solver Adam, Regularization, α = 0.0001, and a Maximal number of iterations 200.

Abstract

Development of the application of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) as one of the supports for the operation of a business field that is integrated with business and has better data accuracy. An ERP system consists of various modules and sub-modules that can represent specific business components. If data is entered in a module (eg data on rice uduk sales) then other modules such as payment and inventory will be automatically updated as well. These updates occur in real time or right at the time of the sale. Implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or customer relationship management which is indirectly said to be computerized customer data. This is so that the company knows what the needs and desires of customers are so that good relationships can be established with customers. Abstract

In today's technological era, the development of systems and information technology is very important. What is different from building a system is the function and requirements of the system itself. On the other hand, most people already use computer hardware that already has a system that can access all information quickly and precisely, most of them already have high specifications that can provide information faster when the user needs the information to be used, then the system user it will be easier to do. Risky Flower is a shop that provides several types and sizes of flower boards for parties and events to suit their individual needs. Orders made so far are still not fast because it takes a very long time, where customers must communicate directly to the place of sale of the flower board by choosing the type and size that will be used for the event to be held according to customer needs. With the existence of a system, it is hoped that it can help the process of ordering flower boards and can provide information about what customers will need in making their choices quickly without having to go to the place where the flower board is sold. The proposed system fully uses the web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) method.
