Abstract

This study discusses a case that wants to be completed using the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method. Some people are often confused and confused, how to solve the problem of a case using methods that have been applied. Basically all the problems and all the cases that we want to solve or want to find the decision-making system are enough with some methods that we want to do. Here the method used is the SAW method, the SAW method is very easy to understand and to be used in various cases. One of the examples discussed here is the case of searching for a selection of silat athletes from East Sekotawaringin East from 1 to 100 people will be tested and judged from the determined alternatives, until in the end searching and finding which champion 1 of 100 people who get the best rank.

Abstract

Tubuh manusia terdiri dari berbagai organ yang setiap saat diperlukan oleh manusia untuk beraktivitas. Aktivitas manusia dapat dilakukan jika kesehatan tubuh dalam keadaan baik. Salah satu penyakit yang berakibat komplikasi bahkan berujung kematian adalah diabetes. Penderita penyakit diabetes dari tahun ke tahun meningkat. Hal ini disampaikan oleh artikel Atlas Diabetes yang diterbitkan pada edisi ke-7 tahun 2015 dari IDF menyebutkan ditahun 2015 penderita penyakit diabetes akan mencapai 415 juta pasien dari 220 negara kemudian penderita diabetes akan meningkat menjadi 642 juta pasien di tahun 2040. Bidang keilmuan data mining ikut melakukan riset. Data mining salah satu bidang ilmu yang melakukan pengolahan terhadap data untuk mengetahui pengetahuan baru terhadap suatu kasus. Paper ini dilakukan suatu pemodelan algoritma klasifikasi data mining. Penerapan pemodelan dilakukan dengan menggunakan algoritma C4.5 dan C4.5 berbasis PSO. Penerapan pemodelan akan dilakukan peninjauan berdasarkan nilai performa akurasi dan AUC. Setelah dilakukan peninjauan terhadap kedua pemodelan tersebut, diperoleh hasil bahwa C4.5 berbasis PSO memiliki performa terbaik sehingga masuk pada kategori good classification

Abstract

The assessment of tilawati jilid promotion refers to an activity performed to the students’ ability before they study the next jilid. This step is to determine the success of learning of the jilid. The research was carried out by applying the profile matching method to calculate the values by using the standard values. By using the Profile Matching method, the results were that 5 students were promoted to the next jilid and 2 students had to improve their ability. In the accuracy test, 7 test data were used based on the original test data and system test data. Based on the comparison, the 7 data had the same results as the original data. Therefore, the accuracy calculation obtained a rate of 100%.

Abstract

Indonesia has a poverty rate of 24.79 million. Kotawaringin Timur is inhabited by 27.4 thousand people with an income of less than Rp. 416,777/month. The provision must be right on target, and recipients of assistance must use the assistance following the rules determined by the government. This research is to formulate a conceptual model of the Neural Network Algorithm structure that can be used to predict the use of assistance funds. This research applies the Knowledge Discovery Data methodology with Neural Network Algorithm for classification. The research has shown that the application of the Neural Network Algorithm with feature selection can improve performance with values AUC=0.974, CA=0.977, F1=0.977, Precision=0.977, Recall=0.977. The level of performance value for accuracy of Neural Network Algorithm in classifying is the excellent classification category. The recommended Neural Network parameter models are Neurons in hidden layers 100, Activation ReLu, Solver Adam, Regularization, α = 0.0001, and a Maximal number of iterations 200.

Abstract

Salah satu Model Bisnis dari E-Commerce yang berkembang adalah E-Marketplace. Persaingan antara E-marketplace satu dengan yang lain sangat ketat sehingga ada beberapa E-Marketplace lebih berhasil dari pada yang lain. Sebuah E-marketplace dikatakan berhasil jika diterima dengan baik oleh penggunanya. Oleh karena itu penelitian tentang penerimaan E-marketplace menjadi penting. Pada penelitian ini mengambil studi kasus di salah satu pasar Indonesia yaitu Pusat Perbelanjaan Mentaya (PPM) mengenai penggunaan E-marketplace. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui penerimaan adopsi teknologi Informasi. Model penerimaan teknologi informasi yang digunakan yaitu Model Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan cara menyebar kuisioner atau survey. Data yang diperoleh berjumlah 240 yang berasal dari konsumen PPM yang menggunakan aplikasi E-marketpalce. Kemudian data akan digunakan untuk menguji hubungan antar variable dari model yang diusulkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa presepsi kemudahan menggunakan layanan aplikasi E-marketplace berpengaruh terhadap presepsi manfaat. Ini disebabkan bahwa kemudahan dalam mengoperasikan layanan E-marketplace mempengaruhi pengguna sehingga transaksi penjualan dan pembelian menjadi lebih efektif dan efesien. Selain itu, di dapatkan juga presepsi kemudahan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap sikap penggunaan. Ini menunjukan pengguna layanan E-marketplace merasa bahwa menggunakan layanan tersebut meningkatkan efektifitas dan bermanfaat, maka mereka tidak akan menolak menggunakan layanan E-marketplace. Hasil dalam penelitian ini variable sikap penggunaan terhadap Behavioral Intention tidak diterima, karena sikap dalam menggunakan layanan E-marketplace tidak menentukan perilaku penggun dalam waktu yang akan datang. Penelitian ini fokus pada adopsi penerimaan teknologi informasi menggunakan TAM. Untuk kedepannya diharapkan adanya kombinasi model penerimaan teknologi yang lain seperti UTAUT dan TPB.

Abstract

Abstract: One business models of E-commerce which well-developed is E-Marketplace. The internal competition of E-Marketplace remains tough yet some achieve its successful compared to the others. The parameter of successful E-Marketplace can be seen by the numbers of acceptance by the costumers. Hence, this research on E-marketplace acceptance is significant to be done. This research takes a case study in one of the Indonesian markets, named the ‘Pusat Perbelanjaan Mentaya’ (PPM) regarding the use of the E-marketplace. This research aims to find out the adoption of e-marketplace acceptance. Our research model based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) which is modified by adding shopping enjoyment variable (Flow Theory). This research applies quantitative research method; spreading questionaries and surveys. The data obtained were 240 from the PPM consumers who use E-marketplace application. Then the data would be used to examine the relationship between the variables of the proposed model. The results of this study show that the perception of the use of E-Marketplace application effects the perceived benefits. This due to the ease of operating the E-marketplace service affects users, moreover, sales and purchase transactions become more effective and efficient. In essence, the ease perceived also has an influence of the users’ attitude. This shows that E-marketplace service users feel that using these services increases effectiveness and benefits; they will not refuse to use E-marketplace services. Abstract

Abstrak. Layanan informasi kepada warga Rukun Tetangga (RT) pada Komplek Perumahan Bumi Raya 1 Baamang Barat masih diselenggarakan secara manual dan atau menggunakan teknologi aplikasi layanan pesan instan oleh petugas RT, sehingga tidak efektif, terutama yang berkaitan dengan permohonan surat-surat untuk administrasi kependudukan yang memerlukan sistem penyimpanan data/arsip secara baik dan aman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model sistem portal Web untuk mendukung petugas RT dalam pendataan dan penyelenggaraan pelayanan administrasi kependudukan serta jenis layanan administrasi lainnya kepada warga komplek perumahan. Sistem aplikasi dikembangkan menggunakan metode pengembangan Waterfall, didesain menggunakan model desain berbasis objek Unified Modelling Language (UML), dan diimplementasikan menggunakan Framework Bootstrap dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySql. Dari hasil analisis sistem diperoleh beberapa kebutuhan fungsional berupa fitur untuk registrasi warga, registrasi mutasi warga, layanan informasi kepada warga, serta layanan surat-surat administrasi kependudukan. Hasil pengujian BlackBox menunjukkan fitur-fitur fungsional pada aplikasi dinyatakan valid dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna.Kata kunci: Layanan Administrasi Kependudukan; Warga Masyarakat; Berbasis Web; Framework Bootstrap; Unified Modelling LanguageAbstract. Information services to residents of the Neighborhood Association at the Bumi Raya 1 Baamang Barat Housing Complex are still carried out manually and/or using instant messaging service application technology by Neighborhood Association officers, making it ineffective, especially with regard to requests for letters for population administration that require a good and secure data/archives storage system. This study aims to develop a Web portal system model to support Neighborhood Association officers in data collection and administration of resident administration services and other types of administrative services to residents of housing complexes. The application system was developed using the Waterfall development method, designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) object-based design model, and implemented using the Bootstrap Framework with the PHP programming language and MySQL database. From the results of the system analysis, several functional requirements were obtained in the form of features for citizen registration, registration of citizen mutations, information services to residents, and services for resident administration letters. The results of the BlackBox test show that the functional features of the application are declared valid and in accordance with user needs.Keywords: Resident Administration Services; Citizens; Web-Based; Bootstrap Framework; Unified Modeling Language

This restaurant business has many transactions with consumers. However, it is hindered by the absence of informative online media for ordering that explains in detail the food offered as a promotional medium to facilitate ordering by customers for food and beverages. manual, and the transaction process is not properly archived so that business owners find it difficult to know the amount of income each month. The development of information technology is currently growing rapidly, with so many positive impacts on people's lives in general. With current developments, there are more and more community needs such as financial needs as well as personal needs. This can be seen from the information technology that provides convenience in many aspects of people's lives, including crediting. Each company usually faces very tough competition, as many credit companies have sprung up to lend funds and BPKB as collateral. DIVA Eletronic and Furniture are engaged in credit financing companies. Credit financing is an institution that provides temporary credit services in the form of guarantees. The company establishes policies in the credit extension process requiring consideration and analysis from the credit party based on regulations and the existence of credit financing policies. PT. DIVA Eletronic and Furniture is a subsidiary of PT. COLOMBUS with the aim of building a network of business units throughout the city that provides the most complete, quality and guaranteed goods. So with the number of consumers who began to increase so that the company experienced difficulties in managing data and in determining creditworthiness. Not infrequently due to errors in determining consumer eligibility, bad credit occurs so that companies have to withdraw electronic goods or furniture from the consumers themselves. So with that it intends to make with the title: Credit Information Technology Renewal for Decision Support System for granting creditworthiness at PT.
