Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic microfinance on the level of development of small and medium micro enterprises in BMT members in West Java. The research method is carried out using a type of quantitative associative approach. The population of this study are members of BMT Baytul Ikhtiar Bogor, BMT ItQan Bandung, BMT Amanah Bersama Bandung and BMT Ibadurrahman Sukabumi, which number 40 people. While the technique for analyzing data is using Simple Linear Regression analysis. The results of the study found that the role of Islamic microfinance in providing business capital to members of BMT has an important role to improve small and medium micro enterprises. The R-Square value is 0.529 or 52.90%. It is seen that the independent variable of Islamic microfinance in explaining the dependent variable of SMEs Business Development Levels on BMT members is 52.90%, the remaining 47.10% is explained by other variables outside the model that are not examined. Based on the results of testing the F test, the value of Fcount> Ftable is 61.875 > 3.24 with the hypothesis H0 being rejected and Ha being accepted with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lokasi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan nasabah pada Kantor Cabang Bank BJB di Cianjur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Metode Kuantitatif. Adapun variable penelitian adalah Lokasi (X1) Kualitas Pelayanan (X2) dan Kepuasan (Y) dengan menggunakan Teknik pengambilan Simple Random Sampling. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh nasabah Bank BJB KC Cianjur, dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 orang. Sedangkan alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh Lokasi dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada Bank BJB KC Cianjur.ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of location and service quality on customer satisfaction. The population in this study uses customers at Bank BJB Branch Offices in Cianjur. The research method used is the Quantitative Method. The research variables are Location (X1) Service Quality (X2) and Satisfaction (Y) using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The population in this study were all customers of Bank BJB KC Cianjur, with a total sample of 100 people. While the data collection tool used is a questionnaire. The results of the research analysis show the effect of location and service quality on customer satisfaction at Bank BJB KC Cianjur.

Abstract

ABSTRAKInovasi PT. Pos Indonesia Dalam Menjaga Eksistensi Dan Daya Saing Pelayanan Publik. Dalam dunia modern, inovasi merupakan tantangan besar bagi setiap organisasi termasuk organisasi penyedia layanan publik.Tulisan ini merupakan hasil penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk inovasi, keberhasilan dan kegagalan inovasi, serta faktor-faktor pendorong dan penghambat inovasi PT. Pos Indonesia Cianjur dalam menjaga eksistensi dan daya saing pelayanan publik.Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) bentuk-bentuk inovasi PT. Pos Indonesia Cianjur untuk menghadapi tantangan organisasional adalah inovasi produk dan proses. 2) PT. Pos Indonesia telah berhasil dalam melakukan inovasi karena inovasi layanan yang ada, seperti layanan pos express, pos payment, wesel pos prima dan instan, perangko prisma, dan lain sebagainya, memiliki sifat baru yang lebih efektif dan efisien dengan memanfaatkan teknologi jaringan online sehingga dapat diterima oleh masyarakat pengguna layanan. 3) akan tetapi, inovasi-inovasi yang ada masih belum menjawab semua tantangan organisasional yang dihadapi PT. Pos Indonesia Cianjur karena inovasi produk dan proses belum mampu mengatasi masalah organisasional yang dihadapi terkait dengan kualitas dan kuantitas SDM. 4) Di lingkungan internal PT. Pos Indonesia Cianjur faktor yang mendorong pengembangan inovasi adalah terkait dengan SDM serta visi dan misi, faktor penghambat yang ada di lingkungan eksternal adalah sarana dan prasarana serta biaya operasional. Sedangkan faktor yang mendorong pengembangan inovasi dari lingkungan eksternal adalah kebijakan pemerintah, kemajuan teknologi, dan munculnya jasa pengiriman swasta. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah pelanggan atau pengguna jasa layanan. ABSTRACTInnovation PT. Pos Indonesia Cianjur is a product and process innovation. 2) innovations are still not answered all the organizational challenges faced by PT. Pos Indonesia Cianjur for product and process innovation has not been able to solve organizational problems encountered related to the quality and quantity of human resources. 3) PT. Pos Indonesia has succeeded in innovatin for innovation of existing services, such as express mail service, postage payment, money orders and instant prime, stamps prisms, and so forth, have novel propertiesmore effectively and efficiently by utilizing online networks so it canbe accepted by the users of the service. 4) Internally within PT. Pos Indonesia Cianjur factors that promote the development of innovationis related to human resources and the vision and mission, the inhibiting factors in the external environment is the infrastructure and operational costs. While the factors that drive innovation development of the external environment is government policy, technological advances, and the emergence of private delivery services. While inhibiting factor is customers orservice users.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat religiusitas dan pengetahuan terhadap minat menjadi nasabah di bank syariah pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Islam Universitas Suryakancana. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan metode deskriptif dan asosiatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode random sampling dengan total sebanyak 86 menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa Tingkat Religiusitas berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Minat Menjadi Nasabah, dengan hasil uji T yang menunjukkan thitung > ttabel yaitu 2,099 > 1,992 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,039 < 0,05. Dan Pengetahuan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Minat Menjadi Nasabah, dengan hasil uji T yang menunjukkan thitung > ttabel yaitu 8,219 > 1,992 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000< 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel tingkat religiusitas dan pengetahuan berpengaruh signifikan dan berarah positif terhadap minat menjadi nasabah di Bank Syariah pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Islam Universitas Suryakancana Cianjur. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil pengujian parsial (Uji F) pada tingkat religiusitas dan pengetahuan diperoleh nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 dan nilai Fhitung sebesar 56,447. Hasil tersebut menunjukan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan Fhitung> Ftabel yaitu 56,447 > 3,105 dengan demikian Ha3 diterima dan Ho3 ditolak. ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of the level of religiosity and knowledge on the interest in becoming a customer in a islamic bank in students of the Islamic Economics and Business Faculty, Suryakancana University. This study uses a quantitative approach, descriptive and associative methods. Sampling using random sampling method with a total of 86 using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study stated that the level of religiosity had a significant effect on Interest in Becoming a Customer, with the results of the T test showing t count > t table, namely 2,099 > 1,992 with a significance value of 0.039 < 0.05. And Knowledge has a significant effect on Interest in Becoming a Customer, with the results of the T test showing tcount > ttable, namely 8.219 > 1.992 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the variables of the level of religiosity and knowledge have a significant and positive effect on the interest in becoming a customer at Islamic Banks in students of the Islamic Economics and Business Faculty, Suryakancana University, Cianjur. This is evidenced by the results of the partial test (F-test) on the level of religiosity and knowledge obtained a significant value of 0.000 and an Fcount of 56.447. These results show a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and Fcount> Ftable that is 56.447> 3.105, thus Ha3 is accepted and Ho3 is rejected.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mencari tahu seberapa besar pengaruh Sukuk dan Penyaluran ZIS terhadap Pertumbuhan ekonomi Tahun 2016-2023. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan ialah metode deskriptif dan asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan data sekunder time series. Serta menggunakan 30 sampel untuk masing-masing variabel. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengakses laporan publikasi oleh Badan Pusat Statistik, Otoritas Jasa Keuangan serta Badan Amil Zakat Nasional. Setelah itu, data yang terkumpul kemudian diproses memakai program analisis SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan secara simultan variabel sukuk dan penyaluran ZIS memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada pertumbuhan ekonomi. Sedangkan secara parsial variabel sukuk memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada pertumbuhan ekonomi. Sementara variabel penyaluran ZIS secara parsial tidak mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi. Nilai R square yang didapat sebesar 0,908, artinya besarnya pengaruh variabel Sukuk dan Penyaluran ZIS terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi yaitu sebesar 90,8%. Sedangkan sisanya yakni 9,2% merupakan pengaruh faktor lain diluar penelitian ini. This study aims to determine the extent to which Sukuk and ZIS (Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah) Distribution influence economic growth during the period 2016–2023. The research employs a descriptive and associative method with a quantitative approach using secondary time-series data, consisting of 30 samples for each variable. Data were collected from publicly available reports published by the Central Bureau of Statistics (Badan Pusat Statistik/BPS), the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan/OJK), and the National Zakat Agency (Badan Amil Zakat Nasional/BAZNAS). The collected data were then processed using the SPSS version 25 statistical analysis software. The results reveal that, simultaneously, the variables Sukuk and ZIS Distribution have a significant effect on economic growth. Partially, the Sukuk variable shows a significant positive influence, while the ZIS Distribution variable does not have a significant effect on economic growth. The R-square value obtained is 0.908, indicating that 90.8% of the variation in economic growth can be explained by Sukuk and ZIS Distribution, while the remaining 9.2% is influenced by other factors beyond the scope of this study.
