Abstract

Stroke merupakan penyakit gangguan fungsional otak berupa kelumpuhan saraf atau defisit neurologis akibat gangguan aliran darah pada salah satu bagian otak. Gejala stroke adalah kesulitan berjalan, berbicara dan memahami, serta kelumpuhan atau mati rasa pada wajah, lengan, atau kaki. Hampir 70% kasus stroke terjadi pada penderita hipertensi, dari penelitian yang dilakukan pada tanggal 1-30 April 2021 tentang hubungan tingkat pengetahuan tentang upaya meminimalisir serangan stroke dengan kestabilan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi di Poliklinik RSUD Gambiran Kota Kediri. dengan jumlah 67 responden.

Abstract

Gadget is a modern device which used as a means of communication and many more functions either for children or adults, and can make addicted. It also has influences to development of children’s soft motoric nerves. The objective of this research is to know the relation between gadget usage duration and soft motoric nerves development of 4 years old children in PAUD Putra Bangsa Wajak Lor, Tulungagung Regency.The design of this research was correlational analytics with cross-sectional approach. The population was all of PAUD Putra Bangsa Wajak Lor and and 24 respondents were taken as samples by purposive sampling technique. The independent variable was the duration of gadget usage, and obtained from questionnaires, and the dependent variable was the development of 4 years old children’s soft motoric nerves which obtained from observation. The data analyzed with Spearman Rank Test. The research result were almost all of the respondents or (62.5%) used gadgets the most frequently (66.7%) of the respondents developments of soft motoric nerves were suspected. There was a negative and strong relation between gadget usage duration and the development of 4 years old children’s soft motoric nerves (Spearman Rank, p value 0.000 < 0.05, Correlation Coefficient : -0.668). The conclusion was the higher the duration of the use of gadgets then the development of 4 years old children’s soft motoric nerves in the suspect category, so that need role existence parents for the limit duration usage gadgets on child.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus has psychological impacts such as stress or anxiety, so that they need their families' supports to make the patients' emotional responses good. The objective of this research was to know the relationship between the families' supports and the diabetes mellitus patients' emotional responses in Internal Diseases Clinics Chamber of Delta Surya Sidoarjo Hospital Sidoarjo City. The design of this research was correlational analytics with a cross-sectional approach. The population was 304 diabetes mellitus patients, and 61 respondents were taken as samples by accidental sampling technique. The independent variable was the families' supports and the dependent one was the diabetes mellitus patients' emotional responses. The independent and dependent variable data were obtained from questionnaires, and analyzed with Spearman Rank Test with Mean value p < 0.05. The research results were 33 respondents (54.1%) had good families' supports, and 37 respondents (60.7%) had good emotional responses. There was a relationship between the families' supports and the diabetes mellitus patients' emotional responses (Spearman Rank, p value = 0.000 < ? 0.05). The relation level was high and positive (Correlation Coefficient: 0.610). The conclusion was there was a relationship between the families' supports and the diabetes mellitus patients' emotional responses, where the better the families' supports the better the patients' emotional responses. The research recommends that family members maintain and continue to give full support to patients.

Abstract

Diabetes melitus memberikan dampak psikologis berupa stres dan kecemasan, sehingga dukungan keluarga sangat diperlukan agar respon emosional pasien diabetes melitus baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan respon emosional pasien diabetes melitus di Ruang Poli Klinik Penyakit Dalam RSUD Gambiran Kota Kediri. Desain penelitian adalah analitik korelasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 61 pasien diabetes melitus yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik Accidental Sampling. Data variabel independen dan variabel dependen dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Spearman Rho. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 33 responden (54,1%) memiliki dukungan keluarga yang baik, dan 37 responden (60,7%) memiliki respon emosional yang baik. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan keluarga dengan respon emosional pasien diabetes melitus (p-value = 0,000; α<0,05). Semakin baik dukungan keluarga yang Anda dapatkan, semakin baik respons emosionalnya. Kecemasan pasien menjelang operasi dapat menurun dengan adanya dukungan keluarga yang baik. Kurangnya dukungan dari keluarga mengakibatkan rendahnya kepatuhan terhadap pengobatan diabetes dan buruknya kontrol glikemik

Abstract

Kepatuhan pengobatan merupakan aspek penting dalam mengelola kondisi kronis seperti diabetes mellitus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak video edukasi terapi farmakologi terhadap kepatuhan pengobatan pada pasien diabetes melitus. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah korelasional dengan pendekatan Pra-Eksperimental. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari pasien diabetes melitus di RS Toelongrejo Pare Kabupaten Kediri. Sebanyak 25 responden dipilih secara konsekutif sampling, dan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pemberian kuesioner. Variabel bebasnya adalah pemberian video edukasi tentang terapi farmakologi, dan variabel terikatnya adalah kepatuhan minum obat. Analisis data meliputi coding, scoring, tabulasi, dan menggunakan uji statistik Wilcoxon. Sebelum intervensi, ditemukan 13 responden (52%) yang patuh dalam meminum obat. Namun, 24 responden (96%) menunjukkan peningkatan kepatuhan pengobatan setelah intervensi video edukasi. Analisis statistik menggunakan SPSS memberikan hasil yang signifikan dengan p-value sebesar 0,000 (α ditetapkan pada 5%), yang menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis penelitian diterima. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menyediakan video edukasi tentang terapi farmakologis berdampak positif terhadap kepatuhan pengobatan pada pasien diabetes melitus. Intervensi multimedia dapat menjadi alat yang berharga dalam meningkatkan hasil pasien di rangkaian layanan kesehatan. Penelitian lebih lanjut disarankan untuk memvalidasi hasil ini dan mengeksplorasi dampak jangka panjang dari intervensi tersebut terhadap pengelolaan penyakit kronis.

Abstract

One of the potential causes of the increasing prevalence of diabetes mellitus is the occurrence of wounds. Uncontrolled wounds will get worse and hamper the healing process. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between wound care techniques and the level of satisfaction of diabetes mellitus wound patients This research design is analytic correlation with cross sectional design. The population in this study were all diabetes mellitus wound care patients as 30 patients, the sample was 30 respondents with total sampling technique. instrument in this study with a questionnaire. analyzed by the spearman rank test with α < 0.05.The results showed that most of the wound care techniques were good as many as 19 respondents (63.3%). Most of the patient satisfaction levels were good as many as 18 respondents (60%). From the results of the spearman rank test analysis, the p value = 0.000 < α = 0.05, the value of r = 0.932. There is a relationship between wound care techniques and the level of satisfaction of diabetes mellitus wound care patients. It is expected that wound care is carried out by competent nurses so that patient expectations can be realized and feel satisfied.
