Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan menawarkan konsep peng-integrasian pengelolaan KKPD berbasis wilayah kelola hukum adat laut di Aceh. data diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode empiris. Hasil kajian menunjukan bahwa, konsep KKPD hampir mirip dengan konsep pengelolaan berbasis hukum adat laot di Aceh, dimana dalam kearifan lokal adat laut juga memiliki zonasi-zonasi adat yang ditetapkan sebagai wilayah yang boleh dan wilayah larangan penangkapan ikan. Diharapkan kepada Pemerintah Aceh dan Kabupaten/Kota untuk mengadopsi konsep pengelolaan wilayah adat laut sebagai salahsatu konsep pengelolaan KKPD. Management of Regional Marine Conservation Area in Aceh Province Based on Hukum Adat Laot This paper aims to offer the concept of integration of KKPD management based on local wisdom in Aceh. Data were obtained by using empirical method.The result of the study shows that KKPD concept is almost similar to the concept of Management based on HukumAdatLaot in Aceh, where in indigenous local wisdom also has customary zoning which is designated as a permissible territory and a fishing ban area.It is expected that the Government of Aceh and the Regency / City to adopt the concept of marine customary territories Management as one of the concepts of KKPD Management.
