Abstract

Terhitung sekitar 13% gunung api dunia berada di wilayah Indonesia. Salah satunya adalah Semeru. Kawah gunung Semeru setiap jamnya mengalami erupsi sebanyak 3 sampai 4 kali. Bila gunung tertinggi di pulau Jawa ini meletus diperkirakan akan mengancam sekitar lebih dari 60 ribu jiwa. Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana selaku yang bertanggung jawab dalam melaksanakan penanggulangan bencana, melakukan upaya pengurangan resiko atau mitigasi, untuk menekan jumlah korban yang ditimbulkan. Namun dalam penerapannya terdapat permasalahan seperti data mitigasi yang tidak terintegrasi, peta tematik yang bersifat manual, dan terbatasnya pengetahuan mitigasi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, peneliti mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Spasial Mitigasi Bencana Gunung Api untuk mendukung kegiatan pengurangan resiko bencana gunung api. Metode Rapid Application Development dan tools Unified Modelling Language digunakan untuk mengembangkan sistem. Untuk mengumpulkan data, penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Bahasa pemograman PHP dan Java serta framework Laravel dan MySQL digunakan untuk membangun sistem. Untuk pemetaan menggunakan ArcGis sedangkan uji coba sistem menggunakan metode Black Box Testing. Sistem yang dihasilkan dapat menampilkan informasi mitigasi bencana letusan gunung api. Terdapat fitur pemetaan, untuk memberikan visualisasi mengenai daerah rawan serta letak lokasi penting. Melalui sistem ini masyarakat dapat dengan mudah memperoleh informasi terkait pengurangan resiko dan dapat meningkatkan kesiapsiagaannya terhadap bencana letusan gunung api.

Abstract

Gandengtangan.org adalah salah satu perusahaan startup di bidang financial technology (fintech) yang ada di Indonesia. Gandengtangan.org menyediakan layanan pengumpulan pinjaman (crowdlending) untuk para pelaku usaha sosial atau UMKM yang ada di Indonesia. Beberapa masalah yang muncul pada penelitian ini di antaranya: (1) kerentanan penggunaan internet terutama sektor finansial yang menjadi target serangan nomor 2 terbanyak. (2) Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) juga mewajibkan untuk setiap penyelenggara fintech di Indonesia agar dapat memenuhi standardisasi mengenai keamanan informasi pada perusahaannya. (3) Belum pernah dilakukaannya evaluasi terhadap keamanan sistem informasi di Gandengtangan. (4) Terjadinya 4 kasus keamanan informasi: satu kasus terkait phising, dua kasus tentang integrasi data, dan satu kasus terkait ssl (secure socket layer). Hal ini menunjukan keamanan informasi menjadi hal yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian penting pada Gandengtangan.org. Metode penilaian yang digunakan adalah perpaduan antara Process Assessment Model (PAM) dengan COBIT 5 Life cycle. Dipilih 5 domain yang berhubungan dengan keamanan pada COBIT 5 yakni, EDM03 (Ensure Risk Optimisation), APO12 (Manage Risk), APO13 (Manage Security), BAI06 (Manage Changes), dan  DSS05 (Manage Security Services). Penelitian ini menghasilkan usulan keamanan informasi yang menjadi panduan Gandengtangan.org untuk mengantisipasi kerentanan keamanan pada bisnisnya dan untuk memenuhi persyaratan dari OJK.

Abstract

Purpose - This paper presents the results of the performance analysis of Islamic Religious Counselors in 6 provinces on the island of Java during the COVID-19 pandemic. This analysis needs to be conducted considering that on one hand, there are quite complex community problems that need to be managed by Religious Counselors, while on the other hand the number of Islamic Religious  Counselors, especially those with the Civil Servants (PNS) status, is not proportional to the large and diverse number of target audiences.Method - This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The research sample was 96 Functional Islamic Religious Counselors (PAIF/PNS) which were collected using simple random sampling techniques in 6 provinces, namely DKI Jakarta, Banten, West Java, Central Java, Special Region Yogyakarta, and East Java. Data collection techniques were carried out by observing and distributing online questionnaires through google forms. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (Spearman rank correlation) were used for analyzing data.Result - The results showed that: 1) the level of social support, situational support, and the performance of the counselors were classified as moderate, and 2) social support and situational support were positively and significantly related to the performance of the Islamic religious counselors in carrying out their counseling function during the COVID-19 pandemic. This means that the higher the social support and situational support, the better the performance of the religious instructor in carrying out the counseling function during the COVID-19 pandemic, and vice versa.Implication - The level of performance of Islamic religious instructors can be used as a consideration to determine the right training or self-development program for religious counselors in carrying out their functions properly.Originality - This paper is the first research report that analyzes the performance of functional Islamic religious instructors, covering 6 provinces on the island of Java, in carrying out their outreach functions during the Covid-19 pandemic.  ***Tujuan - Makalah ini menyajikan hasil analisis kinerja Konselor Agama Islam di 6 provinsi di Pulau Jawa selama pandemi COVID-19. Analisis ini perlu dilakukan mengingat di satu sisi permasalahan masyarakat cukup kompleks yang perlu dikelola oleh Penyuluh Agama, sementara di sisi lain banyaknya Konselor Agama Islam, khususnya yang berstatus Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS). tidak sebanding dengan jumlah khalayak sasaran yang besar dan beragam.Metode – Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel penelitian adalah 96 Pendamping Agama Islam Fungsional (PAIF/PNS) yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling di 6 provinsi yaitu DKI Jakarta, Banten, Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, dan Jawa Timur. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner online melalui google form. Statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial (korelasi peringkat Spearman) digunakan untuk menganalisis data.Hasil - Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) tingkat dukungan sosial, dukungan situasional, dan kinerja konselor tergolong sedang, dan 2) dukungan sosial dan dukungan situasional berhubungan positif dan signifikan dengan kinerja konselor agama Islam. dalam menjalankan fungsi penyuluhan di masa pandemi COVID-19. Artinya, semakin tinggi dukungan sosial dan dukungan situasional, maka semakin baik kinerja penyuluh dalam menjalankan fungsi penyuluhan di masa pandemi COVID-19, begitu pula sebaliknya.Implikasi - Tingkat kinerja penyuluh agama Islam dapat dijadikan pertimbangan untuk menentukan program pelatihan atau pengembangan diri yang tepat bagi penyuluh agama dalam menjalankan fungsinya dengan baik.Orisinalitas - Tulisan ini merupakan penelitian pertama yang menganalisis kinerja fungsional penyuluh agama Islam yang mencakup 6 provinsi di Pulau Jawa dalam menjalankan fungsi dakwahnya di masa pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Due to its advantageous location on the border of Jakarta and Tangerang, Tangerang Selatan is a highly developed city. In this instance, the Tangerang Selatan Department of Culture and Tourism (Dispar Tangsel) is required to use the application to assist the general public in realizing the availability of information in the Tangerang Selatan area. Twenty to twenty-five restaurants submit applications each year to the Dispar Tangsel Tourism Business Registry (TDUP). Dispar Tangsel must choose and decide on TDUP licensing priorities from among TDUP requests in order to open a restaurant. The purpose of the research is to offer recommendations to the community on food choices. Rapid application development (RAD) was used in the system's development. Additionally, the collaborative filtering technique has been employed by the decision support system to determine the amount of criteria or weight for restaurants using the weighted sum algorithm and for restaurants using cosine-based similarity algorithms. Additionally, the system design tool made use of MySQL as a database, PHP, the Codeigniter framework, and the unified modeling language (UML). The result demonstrates that the system is capable of displaying the output in accordance with the user's expectations during black box testing, which evaluates the functionality of the system based on the specifications. Collaborative filtering in SISRES can yield a significant improvement in recommendation accuracy. By collectively analyzing user preferences and behaviors, the algorithm can provide more relevant and personalized recommendations.

Abstract

The limited ability to memorize, understand Arabic, and access sources are obstacles to understanding Islamic knowledge, especially hadith. Searching for access to sources to obtain hadiths that are in accordance with the theme and the interrelationships between themes improves the quality of the preachers towards religious understanding. This study investigates how to automate the thematic tracking pattern of Prophet Muhammad's hadith using the FP-Growth (Frequent Pattern-Growth) and ECLAT algorithms. The research was conducted using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The next step involves creating a prototype using the dataset development framework. The result of this study is a prototype of hadith tracing using the FP-Growth algorithm with the prophet's hadith dataset based on the Bulughul Maram book.

Abstract

The use of alumni data to support curriculum evaluation continues to face challenges due to the limitations of conventional data collection methods, such as manual surveys, which often result in low response rates. Meanwhile, LinkedIn provides relatively comprehensive and up-to-date alumni career information; however, its potential for supporting tracer studies remains underutilized. This study aims to analyze the career patterns of higher education alumni using LinkedIn data collected through web scraping and analyzed with the K-Means clustering algorithm within the Knowledge Discovery in Databases (KDD) framework. The proposed approach applies the KDD process to generate a data-driven mapping of alumni career patterns as a complement to conventional tracer studies. The dataset consisted of 133 alumni profiles, which were processed through the stages of data selection, preprocessing, transformation, clustering, and evaluation. The results indicate that the majority of alumni are employed in the technology sector and occupy mid-level or specialist positions. The K-Means algorithm identified three distinct career clusters, representing career tendencies in business process and operations, systems and technology development, and data utilization and software quality assurance. These findings reveal the distribution of alumni competencies across business, data, and technology domains. However, the clustering quality was relatively low, as indicated by a Silhouette Score of 0.0321 and a Davies-Bouldin Index of 3.0487, suggesting limited separation among the identified clusters. Therefore, the clustering results should be interpreted as an initial mapping of alumni career patterns rather than definitive classifications. Overall, this study demonstrates the potential of professional social media data as a valuable resource for supporting data-driven alumni career analysis and complementing traditional tracer study practices.
