Abstract

The success of financial management during the Covid-19 pandemic is the role of school strategic management to prepare planning, organizing, controlling, and directly in school financial management. The research aims to examine educational institutions' financial management strategies in upper secondary education units. This type of research is field research with qualitative methods of case studies at MAN 2 Yogyakarta. The respondents of this study are the Principal, committee, and financial manager of the school. The data collection process is carried out by making observations, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis researchers use with the Miles and Huberman Models is condensation, data presentation, and inference/verification. The results of this study show that the strategy carried out by the Principal in managing school finances during the Covid-19 pandemic is an evaluation of budget, fund efficiency, and efficiency of program implementation through the stages of the financial management process. The strategy then, in the policy in the form of a 30% cut in SPP costs and the temporary elimination of visit transportation costs, waiver of payment time extension for parents whose businesses are affected by Covid-19, a 10% cut to school activity budget.

Abstract

Food is a source of energy for humans, including in early childhood. For early childhood who have not been able to manage their own nutritional needs, parents need to pay attention to the food intake eaten in early childhood. Foods that contain good and healthy nutrition are mostly found in vegetables and fruits. The introduction of vegetables and fruits can be done through learning. Learning about nutritious food can be done in schools, namely by doing lessons in the school garden. A school garden is a place for children's learning media directly. Through the school garden, children get real learning resources, so that children can more easily understand the learning that is being carried out. The purpose of the research is to explain the greenhouse as a learning resource and a means to appreciate mana in early childhood. The method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative method, in which the data is obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. Interviews were conducted with one principal, one school gardener, and two school teachers. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Miles and Huberman data analysis, model. The results of the study said that planting the value of appreciating food can be done by involving children directly in the process of plant growth that will become children's foodMakanan merupakan sumber energi bagi manusia, termasuk pada anak usia dini. Bagi anak usia dini yang belum dapat mengelola kebutuhan gizinya sendiri, sehingga orang tua sangat perlu untuk memperhatikan asupan makanan yang dimakan oleh anak usia dini. Makanan yang mengandung gizi yang baik dan sehat lebih banyak terdapat pada sayuran dan buah-buahan. Pengenalan sayuran dan buah-buahan dapat dilakukan melalui pembelajaran. Pembelajaran mengenai makanan yang bergizi dapat dilakukan di sekolah, yaitu dengan melakukan pembelajaran di kebun sekolah. Kebun sekolah merupakan salah satu tempat untuk media belajar anak secara langsung. Melalui kebun sekolah anak mendapatkan sumber belajar yang nyata, sehingga anak dapat lebih mudah dalam memahami pembelajaran yang dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian menjelaskan green house sebagai sumber belajar dan sarana untuk menghargai manakan pada anak usia dini. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, yang mana data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan kepada satu orang kepala sekolah, satu orang pengurus kebun sekolah, dan dua orang guru sekolah. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis data Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian mengatakan bahwa penanaman nilai menghargai makanan bisa dilakukan dengan melibatkan anak secara langsung untuk proses pertumbuhan tanaman yang akan menjadi makanan anak.
