Abstract

This paper intended to describe the implementation of electronic leitz ordner base of electronic filing system of PT Taspen (Incorporated) Secretariat Section. The main informants were: an assistant manager of archive depreciation; an executive staff of archive depreciation, and an executive staff of archive management. The qualitative descriptive research conducted for this research. Data acquired through participant observation, structures interviews, and document analysis. The resultshowed that the system supported by scanner hardware, compress and or reduce application software of “Orpalis”; Scanner software “scandAll PRO” and the main system “Electronic Leitz Ordner”. The stages of electronic filing system based on Electronic Leitz Ordner were (1) weeding the archive, to separate the archive from harmful things; (2) data recording (scanning) by scanner hardware’s aided by scanAll PRO software; (3) archive saving and recovering from computer internalsaving files and reducing and compressing application; (4) backing up the reduced data by efs elo application’ (5) sending backed archive manually from branches to center office, and; (6) archive depreciation by removing the archives to secretariat department; (7) archive extermination, and handover the archive to ANRI (National Archive Center of Indonesia).

Abstract

The tourism sector is confirmed to be a significant economic growth sub-sector in Indonesia, especially on Pari Island which has tourism potential that can contribute to the country's foreign exchange. However, complex problems with digital marketing communication strategies and Covid-19 have occurred in recent years. This study aims to explore digital marketing communication strategies for increasing tourist visits. This type of research is Mix Method Exploratory Sequential Design used with 2 phases. Phase 1 is the qualitative technique, purposive sampling, data collection is by observation and semi-interviews and the analysis is Interactive Model Analysis and phase 2 is a quantitative technique, saturated sampling (N=20), and the analysis is Simple Linear Regression. The results show that in phase 1 (qualitative approach), the travel manager of the Pari Island tourist attraction applies a digital marketing communication strategy to increase tourist visits, namely Advertising, Sales promotion, Direct Marketing, Personal selling, and Public Relations. Phase 2 (quantitative approach) confirms that the digital marketing communication strategy has a significant effect on tourism interest. The implications of the research suggest that tourism travel managers and tourism offices can implement good digital marketing communication strategies in order to increase tourist visits to Pari Island after the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The era of the Covid-19 pandemic until the new normal is confirmed to have affected all aspects of life, including the scope of marketing, especially the retail industry. It seems that knowing consumer decisions in making purchases is important, one of which is the influence of price strategy. Thus, this study aims to determine the effect of price strategy on purchasing decisions. Prima Freshmart was chosen as the representative object. The research method uses quantitative associative, simple linear regression data analysis technique is used with the stages of validity - reliability testing, classical assumption test, and simple linearity test, as well as non-probability sampling technique (purposive sampling) is used (obtained a sample of 88, Prima Freshmart consumers). The data processing application used is SPSS 26.0. The results of the study are that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant and positive influence on the price strategy on purchasing decisions. Future research suggestions are also discussed.
