Abstract

This study aims to test whether cash flow, return on assets, rupiah exchange rate, company size, net profit margin, and debt equity ratio have an effect on the company's stock return. This research was conducted on textile and garment sub-sector manufacturing companies for the period 2018 – 2020 with a research population of 21 (twenty one) companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling and then obtained a sample of 10 (ten) companies. The data used are the financial reports of each sample company published on the www.idx.co.id website. The research method used is associative analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis method. The dependent variable is cash flow, return on assets, rupiah exchange rate, company size, net profit margin, and debt equity of ratio. The results showed that partially cash flow and return on assets had a significant effect on stock returns, while the rupiah exchange rate, company size, net profit margin, and debt equity of ratio had no significant effect on stock returns.

Abstract

The purpose of investing investors is to get a return in the form of dividends while the company expects continuous growth for the survival of the company and strives to provide prosperity for the shareholders. This study aims to see the effect of dividend payout ratio, BI interest rates, profitability (NPM ), and net profit on stock prices in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector that are listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the period 2012-2016. Determination of the sample uses purposive sampling method and the samples studied are 14 methods of data analysis using multiple regression analysis.

Abstract

The research objective is to test and analyze the effect of Cash Turnover, Net Interest Margin, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Operational Efficiency and Cost Efficiency (BOPO) on return on assets (ROA) in Conventional Banking Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2012-2016 period. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The nature of the research is explanatory research design. The research model is multiple linear regression. The results of this study are that Cash turnover has a significant and partially significant effect on return on assets (ROA) in Conventional Banking Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2012-2016 Period. Net Interest margin has a significant and partially significant effect on return on assets (ROA) in Conventional Banking Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2012-2016 period. The loan to deposit ratio has a significant and partial effect on return on assets (ROA) in Conventional Banking Registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2012-2016 period. Operational Efficiency and Cost Efficiency (BOPO) has a partial and significant effect on return on assets (ROA) in Conventional Banking Registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2012-2016 period. Cash Turnover, Net Interest Margin, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Operational Efficiency and Cost Efficiency (BOPO) have a significant and simultaneously significant effect on return on assets (ROA) in Conventional Banking Registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2012-2016.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), NIM (Net Interest Margin), BOPO (Operating et al.), and LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio) on ROA (Return on Assets) in BUMN Banks in the period 2013 - 2022. The data source for this research is secondary through the websites of each company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population used in this study The population in this study are state-owned banks listed on the Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). The sample in this study is the financial statements of state-owned banks, namely Reports on Calculation of CAR, NIM, BOPO, LDR, and ROA financial ratios for 2013-2022, a total of 40 samples. The analysis technique used is R Square analysis and Path Analysis. The results of the study show that NIM and LDR have a positive effect on ROA. CAR and BOPO hurt ROA, while CAR, NIM, BOPO, and LDR affect ROA in R Square.

Abstract

Literasi keuangan dalah sebuah investasi jangka panjang yang sangat dibutuhkan dan bemanfaat pada masyarakat dalam mengelola dan menjaga keuangan agar dapat terjaga dan dapat dibutuhkan setiap saat yang memiliki kebutuhan yang mendesak. Adapun tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk mengetahui bahwa peranan literasi dalam perkembangan keuangan sangat diperlukan. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan oleh dosen universitas prima Indonesia fakultas ekonomi sebagai tri darama perguruan tinggi. dilaksanakan di Kantor PT Pegadaian Gajah Mada Alamat: Jl. Gajah Mada, Sei Sikambing D, Kec. Medan Petisah, Kota Medan, Sumatera Utara 20114. Waktu pelasanaan 27 Oktober 2023. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode ceramah dan diskusi. Literasi keuangan juga dapat mendukung kekayaan financial dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi. Dengan memahami literasi keuangan maka seseorang dapat menentukan produk investasi sesuai dengan kemampuan dan kebutuhn untuk jangka panjang.

Abstract

The method of implementing this service program will include financial management training and preparing financial reports. This training was held Thursday, September 26 2024. The address is Percut Village in Percut Sei Tuan sub-district, Deli Serdang Regency. The data collection techniques used are observation and community service methods, and the information is presented through lectures and discussions. Conclusions can be drawn from the results of the implementation of community service, including the following: a. Participants/Mothers of the Forest Farmers and Earth Mangrove Fishermen group, Percut Village, Deli Serdang Regency, have knowledge related to Financial Management and Financial Report Preparation material. B. Participants/residents of the Forest Farmers and Earth Mangrove Fishermen group, Percut Village, Deli Serdang Regency, have the ability to manage finances and prepare financial reports for future needs.

Abstract

A financial ratio analysis is critical for understanding a company's financial situation. Financial ratios play a vital part in determining How Many financial factors influence a company's future performance. This study was carried out to gather empirical data on the impact of equity and liquidity on profitability at PT Bank Sumut Pusat in Medan City. The data was gathered from monthly financial records evaluated at PT Bank Sumut Pusat in Medan City. Data was gathered through interviews and data management and then analyzed using multiple linear regression. In this study, the data was processed via SPSS. This study employed a sample of 36 monthly reports collected over three years. Specifically, the years 2020–2022. This study's findings demonstrate (1) Equity and liquidity do not have a concurrent and small impact on profitability, and (2) partial equity (3) Partial liquidity has no influence and is not substantial on profitability
