Abstract

Educational foundations is as philosophical, sociological, and cultural foundations, which has important role for determining educational goals. Furthermore, scientifict and technological foundations will encourage the next for the future of education. Lexically, foundation means pedestal, foundation or base. Therefore, foundation is as the place for pedestaling or starting point or base on pedestaling. These are able to be materialistic. (eg: aeroplane foundation); it can also be conceptual (eg: educational foundation). Conceptual foundations are identical of assumption, as assumption can be divided into three kinds of assumptions, namely axioms, postulates and secret premises. Some implications of educational foundation are, religious implications that influencced by al-Ghazali thought especially in islamic education. The implication of educational philosophy is a set of philosophy that a serve as a strarting point in education. Social implications that’s occur in society, that case able to give an effect of education, both of science and activity. The scientific and technological implication are reconstructed by the development of science and technology in order to accelerate the realization of the nation’s integrity and superiority.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPermasalahan yang akan dicari jawabannya pada penelitian ini adalahApakah ada kontribusi kecepatan reaksi kaki terhadap kemampuan lari 100 meterpada siswa putra kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Sirenja?. Berdasarkan rumusan masalah,maka tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk mengetahui kontribusikecepatan reaksi kaki terhadap kemampuan lari 100 meter pada siswa putra kelasXI SMA Negeri 1 Sirenja. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalahmenggunakan metode kuantitatif yang bersifat korelasional.Populasi dalampenelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMAN I Sirenja sebanyak 26 orang putra.Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMAN I Sirenja sejumlah 26orang putra yang diambil secara acak dari kelas XI A sampai kelas XI G.Pengumpulan data penelitian ini melalui tes kecepatan reaksi kaki (TesKemampuan Bergerak Melalui Pemilihan Respon) dan tes lari 100 meter. Analisisdata penelitian ini diolah dengan korelasi product moment secara manual. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan diterima, yaitu adakontribusi kecepatan reaksi kaki terhadap kemampuan lari 100 meter pada siswaputra kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Sirenja, terbukti dengan hasil analisis koefisienkorelasi diperoleh rhitung = 0,391 lebih besar dari r tabel = 0,388 dengan tarafsignifikan 95% atau α = 0,05 dengan N = 26. Jadi hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak danhipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima artinya Ha diterima adalah ada kontribusikecepatan reaksi kaki terhadap kemampuan lari 100 meter pada siswa putra kelasXI SMA Negeri 1 Sirenja dan besar kontribusinya adalah 15,28%. Sesuai hasilanalisis pengujian hipotesis dengan berdasarkan pada masalah yang diajukan,maka dapat ditarik simpulan bahwa ada kontribusi yang signifikan antarakecepatan reaksi kaki terhadap kemampuan lari 100 meter.Kata Kunci: Kontribusi, Kecepatan Reaksi, Lari 100 meter.

Abstract

AbstrakIjin lokasi yaitu ijin tertulis yang diberikan kepada perusahaan atau perorangan dalam rangka memberikan pengarahan lokasi penanam modal sesuai dengan rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah dan sekaligus sebagai ijin untuk memperoleh tanah yang diperlukan. Prosedur pemberian Hak Guna Usaha secara jelas telah diatur dalam Pasal 20 Peraturan Menteri Negara Agraria/Kepala BPN Nomor 9 tahun 1999. Terhadap perusahaan yang mendaf-tarkan hak guna usahanya tidak memenuhi prosedur pemberian izin lokasi akan berakibat hukum pembatalan sertifikat hak guna usaha sebagaimana disebutkan di atas maka berdasarkan Bagian kedua Pasal 106 Peraturan Menteri Negara Agraria Nomor 9 Tahun 1999 Tentang Tata Cara Pemberian Dan Pembatalan Hak Atas Tanah Negara dan Hak Pengelolaan, dan Pasal 107 Peraturan Menteri Negara Agraria Nomor 9 Tahun 1999 Tentang Tata Cara Pemberian Dan Pembatalan Hak Atas Tanah Negara dan Hak Pengelolaan Rekomendasi kepada pemerintah perlu adanya suatu peraturan perundang-undangan dan pelaksanaan yang berkaitan dengan kebijakan pengambilan putusan mengenai pembatalan hak atas tanah oleh Kepala Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten/ Kotamadya. AbstractLocation permit, namely a written permit given to a company or individual in order to provide directions for the location of investors in accordance with the Regional Spatial Plan and at the same time as a permit to obtain the required land. The procedure for granting usufructuary rights is clearly regulated in Article 20 of the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs/Head of BPN Number 9 of 1999. Companies that register their usufructuary rights do not comply with the procedure for granting location permits, which will result in the cancellation of the usufructuary certificate as stated in above, based on the second part of Article 106 of Regulation of the Minister of State for Agrarian Affairs Number 9 of 1999 concerning Procedures for Granting and Cancellation of State Land Rights and Management Rights, and Article 107 of Regulation of the Minister of State for Agrarian Affairs Number 9 of 1999 concerning Procedures for Granting and Cancellation of State Land Rights and Right to Management Recommendation to the government that there is a need for a law and implementation regulation related to the decision-making policy regarding the cancellation of land rights by the Head of the Regency/Municipal Land Office. Abstract

Education plays a vital role in creating quality, competitive human resources, which is a national priority, including in Indonesia. This study focuses on the effectiveness of managing the committee funds at MTsN 1 Banyuwangi to support educational financing that is not fully covered by the state budget (APBN). Using a qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and documentation, the results show that the management of committee funds has been efficient. In 2021-2022, the received funds amounted to IDR 1,357,610,000, with a realization rate of 93.87%. The following year, committee funds amounted to IDR 1,130,600,000, with 100% realization and a surplus of IDR 33,600,000, which was carried over to 2023-2024. In this period, the received funds amounted to IDR 1,351,125,000, with a proposed budget of IDR 2,080,715,000. As of now, the realization stands at 64.93%, and the management is ongoing as the school year has not yet finished. The committee funds play a crucial role in fulfilling the educational financing needs not fully covered by the national budget and contribute to the improvement of educational quality at MTsN 1 Banyuwangi.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of luxury brands, design, and brand awareness on willingness to spend and brand loyalty. This study takes a quantitative approach, including data gathered from a survey of Uniqlo customers. 220 respondents were gathered by accidental sampling, which involved purchasers who chance to meet the researcher. The questionnaires were distributed using Google Forms in November 2024 at different Uniqlo outlets in Jakarta and Bekasi. The findings of this study indicate that luxury brands have a considerable influence on willingness to pay and brand attachment, with design serving as the primary mediator. Brand awareness was also discovered to be an essential factor in developing brand connection, which boosts the desire to spend. However, the direct impact of design on willingness to spend is greater than that of premium brands and brand recognition. The outcomes of this study add to the body of theory by deepening our understanding of the interaction between branding aspects in the context of affordable luxury. In practice, this research provides insights for brands such as Uniqlo on how to prioritise innovative design and strong brand awareness strategies in improving consumer value.
