Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of failure in parenting for early childhood and factors that inhibit or support parents in parenting. This research is a correlation study with product moment correlation analysis. The method in this study is to use a case study approach, instruments or tools used to obtain data through the dissemination and filling of questionnaires by parents, direct interviews with parents and documentation as secondary data so that the data obtained is more complete. After going through a fairly long process of data collection, processing and analysis, it can be seen that there are significant effects of gadgets in parenting for early childhood. The presentation was permissive parenting 88.31%, democratic parenting 61.65% and authoritarian parenting 50.04%. With the analysis that the three parenting styles above are influenced by gatget in the process of parenting parents to early childhood but the most strongly influenced are parents with permissive parenting. The factors that hinder parenting are many 5-year-olds who use gadgets, 5-year-olds can already be friends and choose friends, 5-year-olds have their own desires, and global technological developments. The factors that hinder parents in parenting are many 5-year-olds who use gadgets, 5-year-olds can play with friends and choose friends, 5-year-olds have their own desires, and increasingly sophisticated technology. Supporting factors for parents in parenting are good cooperation in the family, having the same commitment, consistency in caring for children, parents providing educational tools in accordance with the age of the child, and parents providing time to play with children. The solutions for parents, children and early childhood education institutions in caring for children should not be affected by gadgets. For parents, it is better to do and multiply positive activities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the function of the gadget, the direction of the use of the gadget, the factors of gadget use, the method used is descriptive qualitative. Research results 1. Gadget function is that most of the gadgets for communication are around 93.33%, while the remaining 6.67% are very varied, such as to add insight, entertainment, lifestyle, business places and some who use gadgets for things. which is a threat to him. 2. Factors that influence the development of early adolescents are internal factors (creativity, ability, intelligence, talents and interests), external factors (parenting style, school environment, peers, society, geography). 3. Efforts to direct the positive functions of gadgets, namely a. not allowed to use gadgets at school, b. Can bring gadgets or laptops during IT learning, c. There is supervision and control from parents in using gadgets. 4. The effect of the use of gadgets is that there is no significant effect on the development of adolescents, especially students of grade 1 SMPN 2 Bengkalis with a correlation value of 0.46%, which means that there is no effect of gadgets on the development of adolescents, especially in terms of religious, secondary school, behavior and attitudes. However, gadgets still affect early adolescents, gadgets are used to communicate. while the development of adolescents, especially the development of religious, secondary sec, behavior and attitudes are influenced by parents, school and friends.

Abstract

This article is about the understanding and the implementation of civil servants’ gender understanding in the Department of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in Bengkalis Regency Government. In addition, it also asks the public response on the implementation of program-based gender conducted by the civil servant. The data obtained through the questionnaires toward 36 respondents and did the interviews to the informants who have been chosen based on various interests. This data was analyzed by descriptive qualitative analysis. The results found that the civil servants’ understanding based on gender in Department of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of the Bengkalis Regency Government already understands the gender well, so that the programs carried out always consider welfare based on gender equality. In addition, it contributes to the strengthening public knowledge about welfare based on gender equality.

Abstract

Anak usia dini, yang berada dalam rentang usia 0- 6 tahun, mengalami perkembangan pesat dalam berbagai aspek, termasuk fisik, kognitif, sosial, emosional, dan bahasa. Pada masa ini, pendidikan dan stimulasi yang tepat dari lingkungan sangat penting untuk membentuk fondasi yang kuat bagi perkembangan kepribadian dan karakter anak di masa depan. Seni musik memiliki peran signifikan dalam membentuk karakter positif pada anak usia dini. Kegiatan musik, seperti bermain alat musik dan bernyanyi, membantu anak-anak mengembangkan disiplin diri, kerjasama, empati, kreativitas, dan percaya diri. Melalui musik, anak-anak juga belajar pengendalian diri, ketekunan, dan kepekaan terhadap lingkungan. Musik mengajarkan nilai-nilai moral dan kebudayaan, yang membantu anak-anak menghargai keragaman dan menumbuhkan rasa toleransi. Keterlibatan dalam seni musik sejak dini mempersiapkan anak untuk menjadi individu yang lebih baik, berkarakter kuat, dan mampu beradaptasi dalam kehidupan sosial yang lebih luas.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of inclusive education at Early Childhood Education (PAUD) institutions on the socialization abilities and character development of early childhood at TKIT IBU HARAPAN. Inclusive education allows children with special needs to learn together with other children in the same environment, so that social interaction and character formation can develop in an inclusive atmosphere. This research uses a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Through observations, researchers recorded interactions between children in inclusive classes, especially seeing how children with special needs behaved and were accepted in the group. In-depth interviews were conducted with teachers, teaching staff, and parents to gain perspectives on the influence of inclusive education on children's socialization and character, as well as the challenges and successes they experienced. Documentation includes daily activity records, progress reports, and evaluation of the school's inclusion program to understand the overall changes that have occurred. The research results show that inclusive education has a significant positive impact on early childhood socialization abilities, including increasing the ability to share, cooperate and empathize with peers. Children learn to appreciate differences and develop empathy by helping friends in need. Inclusive education has also been proven to support the development of children's character, especially in the aspects of independence, honesty and self-confidence.
