Abstract

Information technology has developed rapidly, and affects several aspects of human life, including buying and selling transactions. Online transactions allow sellers and buyers not to meet in person. The development emerged a new buying and selling system called dropship. Even in the trade law, buying and selling online is a concern. About selling IDX online has been explained in Law no. 7 of 2014 concerning Trade (Trade Law) and Law no. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection (Consumer Protection Law) is a reference for every business actor in conducting trade transactions, both conventional trading and trading through online or e-commerce. The purpose of this study is to describe how the views or interpretations of Law No. 8 of 1999 relate to the responsibilities of business actors who use the drop shipper system. The research method is a library reaseach. The results of this study are the positive law of dropshipping buying and selling law is permissible and the validity and terms of the agreement can be based on Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions and Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection where startups, especially Tokopedia, remain responsible answer in accordance with the provisions of law no. 8 of 2011.

Abstract

The central bank as the monetary authority uses several monetary instruments including the application of interest rates to create monetary stability. Interest has determined every economic activity, such as consumption, savings, investment, employment opportunities, export-import, and others. This study aims to describe the assumptions of how to conduct monetary policy without interest, using qualitative methods through library research. As for the background of this research, there are some fatwa in Muslim countries regarding the prohibition of interest while interest as monetary instruments. This research will contribute to the body of existing literature of Islamic economic development.

Abstract

The first and foremost reason riba is haram is because Allah declared it so. It is based on Allah’s infinite wisdom that He deems an action to be obligatory or prohibited, prescribing matters in man’s best interests, in this life and in the Hereafter, as He is the All-Wise, All- Knowing. The scholars of Islam have suggested the following reasons as to why riba is haram:There are many proofs showing that riba is haram and one of the most serious sins in Islam.Abu Hurayra said, the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: A time will come over mankind when not a single person will remain who does not consume riba (usury, interest); and if one does not consume it, the vapor or dust of it will reach him.nowdays Living in a capitalist society makes it difficult to completely avoid riba.however, the threat is not enough for the community to avoid the usury case. the effect of usury in real terms must be clearly described, in order to raise public awareness.the consumption behavior of motor vehicles is one of the causes of congestion in urban areas, many people use usury (Leasing) to buy vehicles, There are many reasons why we suffer traffic jams every day. One of these is the rapid growth of the population. As a result of this, the number of cars is increasing annually. Jakarta was named the world city with the worst traffic in one index last year. An estimated 70% of the city’s air pollution comes from vehicles. this paper found that congestion in Jakarta is caused by usury, this can be seen from the high use of usury instruments in motor vehicle financing (leasing).

Abstract

Zakat is one of the pillars in Islamic economics that can be an indicator of the economy on a wider scale in a state setting. Zakat management in Islamic countries, especially in Indonesia, has not shown a positive implication.This journal examines the history of zakat management from several phases in the history of Islam, in order to see the proper management based on Islamic history, and the phase in which zakat management begins regardless of historical control. the management of zakat in Islam initially proceeded with the management of centralization in which the state became the official manager and authority in the collection and distribution of zakat. History recorded that Umar bin Abdul Aziz became the pioneer of productive zakat management. Centralization pattern shifted when some Umayyah caliphs were more focused in millitary aspects.it raises the distrust of the people who build self-management rather than submit to the state,
